I believe I was previously in this thread but I honestly don't remember when I posted. But I'm currently reading Pygmy, which is hard to understand (I know that's the point but I'm just saying) and quite vulgar but I just started reading it this morning and I'm three chapters in already.
I've read (in order) Snuff, Fight Club, Choke, Rant, Invisible Monsters, Diary, Lullaby, Survivor, and now Pygmy. I have enjoyed all of them immensely (Rant and Fight Club most of all). I still have yet to read Haunted (which I own), Tell-All (his newest), and his two non-fiction books (Fugitives and Refugees and Stranger Than Fiction). I do love his style of writing, and although he does tend to get very graphic and vulgar at times (sometimes going into maybe a little
too much detail), he has shaped the way I write today. I guess I kind of enjoy all of that detail, in a way, but as I said, I do admit that he does go overboard.
Frankly, I'm really excited for the novel that's coming out this Fall. It's called Damned. Has anyone else heard or read about it, and are you as pumped as I am?
