"You've never been hit with an invisible force and thrown across the room!" Asha argued with a laugh, shaking her head at Cenric's theatrics, leaning into him once he was done and he wrapped his arms around her again. "But you do know that his reaction doesn't actually have anything to do with you as a person, right? You could probably his most favorite person in the whole wide world and he would still act the same way."

Rafe gave Iona an ironic smile. "You always say the nicest things about me," he told her with a perfectly straight face. "I'm no Hellhound, but you could at least pretend to like me," he went on to tease, still with that same straight face. But then he lost his composure and a smile came through.

Ialu sighed a little at Sara's response, not quite having expected that, and he sat up, reaching out and taking her hand. "I'm sorry, Sara... if it makes you feel better, I wanted to make you laugh." He gave her a small smile. "I honestly can't give you any one reason why you... but I do think you're beautiful and amazing. You're a great person and I do happen to like your laugh. It might also help that you're nothing like the women I've been forced to live with my entire life," he joked since she sort of looked like she needed to laugh again now.

Aspen let out a particularly unlady-like sounding snort as Nik voiced her fear that they would disapprove of her. "Nik... before everything happened with the war and all, remember when I went to visit that one time? Ryn was asking when we were going to marry, and she was trying to plan the wedding and everything. And Eli likes you for the simple fact that you make me happy. Don't worry, you were approved a long time ago."

"I know," Cenric said softly, holding her close and running his hands along her back, "It's because you're his daughter." He pressed a light kiss to her temple, "I love you, Asha, and invisible wall or no, I'll always love you."

Iona smiled, reaching out and taking his hand in her, "No, you're not a hellhound, but I do find that I don't have to pretend to like you."

Sara gave him a small smile, knowing that he could see right through it, "Thank you, Ialu." She leaned forward and gently pressed her head to his shoulder, her arms lightly wrapping around his waist, "I'm sorry about asking you... I feel really foolish."

Nik twisted her hands in front of her, biting her lip, "Sorry, sorry... I just... your family is so amazing, 'Spen... and I'm not used to all that."

Asha smiled up at him. "Good, because you're stuck with me now," she teased and gave him a soft kiss. "But you should still know, all the same, that I love you too," she murmured when she pulled back and rested her head against his chest, just enjoying being close and being held by him again.

Rafe squeezed Iona's hand gently with a smile and threaded their fingers together. "Well, I might have to admit that I am relieved, in that case. It would break my heart if you were only pretending to like me, especially since I like you just how you are."

Ialu returned Sara's small smile, wrapping an arm around her and rubbing her back gently as she leaned against him. "You're welcome, and you shouldn't feel foolish. That bad relationship you mentioned... it probably didn't help your self esteem any, and I guess you're just the sort of person who needs to be reminded every now and then why she's loved."

Aspen sighed, and then gave Nik a small smile, going over and taking the angel's hands in her own. "You're amazing too, okay?" she asked softly and kissed her. "Come on, everything will be fine."

Cenric contined to hold her, then started laughing, "I can feel our daughter moving between us," He whispered.

Iona smiled, "Break your heart, huh?" her smile turned into a full on grin, "Like me that much now, do you?"

Sara laughed a little, closing her eyes and resting fully against him, "Loved? That's a bit... unexpected," She said softly, "But thank you. I appreciate what you're doing."

Nik kissed Aspen back, then tangled her fingers with Aspen's and turned to the door as the angel knocked. She waited with Aspen for her family to appear.

Asha gave Cenric an odd look as he began to laugh, but that transformed into a smile at his words. "You can feel her?" she asked. She could feel their little daughter and pretty much every movement she made, but then, she was inside Asha. She hadn't known Cenric could feel her too. "You should say hello. I'm sure she'd love to hear her daddy's voice."

Rafe laughed. "Don't go getting a big head now. Maybe my heart is just easy to break," he bantered. That was also about the time that their food came, and he practically drooled over his steak, which smelled amazing and made him realize how hungry he really was.

Ialu smiled softly, leaning back on the couch. Sara, leaning against him, of course came with him, and he ended up leaned back so far that she was practically laying in his lap -not that he minded or said anything. "You're welcome. Thank you for letting me in when you could have just sent me away," he replied to her softly as he continued to rub her back soothingly.

When he heard knocking on the door, Elias got up. "I've got it," he reassured Ryn, who was burping their little Aella. He went to the door and opened it, only a little surprised to see Aspen and Nik standing there. Aspen had said they would come visiting soon, but he hadn't known when to expect her. He gave them both a grin. "Hey," he said, and opened the door wider to let them in. "Ryn, it's Aspen and Nik!" he called to his mate. He hugged Aspen and Nik both in turn as they came in, and closed the door behind them. "See you're still bald," he chuckled to his little sister.

Aspen scowled up at Elias. "It's growing back," she said defensively. Obviously, it was still a sore subject. But then her eyes lit up and she practically bounced up and down. "I wanna see my niece! Where's the baby?"

Cenric smiled, then knelt before Asha, lifting her shirt a bit before framing her belly and pressing his lips to her skin in a little kiss, "Hello, my little one," He said softly, smiling against her skin, "Hello."

Iona sat back as the food was placed before her. She cut into the steak, sighing, "It smells really good."

Sara smiled, "Well, you are Kyle's father," She said softly, her fingers lightly playing with his shirt, "but you're welcome... I'm glad you're here," She said softly.

Ryn was in the kitchen with Aella when Aspen bounded in. Ryn took one look at Aspen and burst out laughing. It took her a bit to calm down enough to talk through all the laughter, "Oh... my," She grinned, walking closer, "When Elias said you were bald I didn't... I didn't realize."

Nik bit her lip as she followed Aspen into the kitchen, unable to hold back her smiles as Ryn teased the angel.

Asha sat still with a small smile as she watched, and before long, Cenric's greeting was answered in the form of what was either a hand or a foot pressing out. "I think she's trying to tell you hello."

Rafe mumbled his agreement through a mouthful of steak. While they had been holding hands before, now the attention was more on the food for both of them. Rafe practically inhaled his steak and chased it off with his fries and drink in short order. All in all, the consumption of his food probably took about ten minutes, if not less.

"I am too," Ialu replied quietly, and after a while let his eyes close as well. He felt strangely peaceful right then, laying there with Sara, and before he knew it, his breathing evened out as he fell asleep.

Aspen came to an abrupt halt as Ryn began laughing, and sighed softly, shaking her head. "It's growing back," she muttered again. If she had disliked the Selva before, burning all of her hair off her head just made her hate them. She'd had long hair, one of the girliest things about her if she were honest, and she had really liked her hair. "Just let me see my niece," she huffed. Once Aella was in her arms, she grinned down at the baby and made little noises to her. Then she looked over at Nik and beckoned her over. "Come on. You're pretty much her aunt too," she smiled. "You know you want to meet her."

Cenric smiled, pressing another kiss to her abdomen, "Hello, beautiful," He said softly, "I can't wait until you're here and I can hold you."

Iona had only finished maybe half of her steak by the time Rafe was done. She set her plat to the side so that the waitress could box it up for her, "So... I see you really enjoyed dinner," She teased, "Sure you don't want to order another one?"

Sara quickly followed Ialu, falling asleep as she rested against him. When she woke in the morning she was still against him and she smiled softly, nestling a bit against him since Kyle hadn't woken yet.

Nik bit her lip, then walked forward, gently letting the baby grip one of her fingers, "She's so adorable and little..."

Ryn walked to Elias, grinning, "I'm so glad Aspen came today. I honestly didn't believe you when you said she was bald."

Another bump made its appearance, almost as if their baby were agreeing with Cenric. From the couch, Binx lifted his head, looking over towards Asha and Cenric curiously, and then hopped down onto the ground and nosed his way over with a huff, obviously wanting to be in whatever was going on.

"Nah, I'm full," Rafe assured Iona with a grin. "But don't worry... I'll just finished yours off for you if I decide otherwise." He reached out and took Iona's hand. "So... what do you wanna do once we leave?" he asked her with a small smile.

Ialu was still asleep, his arms around Sara's waist. He was laying back on the chest with Sara on top of him, which was how he woke up in the morning. "Hey," he smiled softly at her as he saw that she was awake as well.

Aspen looked up at Nik as the angel spoke and grinned at her. "Isn't she though?" She glanced back at the baby in her arms. "Nik, meet Aella."

As Ryn walked over, Elias wrapped an arm around her and pressed a kiss to her temple. "Well, I guess it's just one of those things you have to see in person... I wouldn't have believed it either, if I were you."

Cenric decided to be nice to Binx and make a little bit of room for the pup. It wasn't that he didn't like the canine or anything... but he did want the wolf to know that they needed to share Asha. Still, this was a family moment and Binx was family. Cenric pressed another kiss before standing and smiling at Asha, "I'm glad I haven't missed the birth," He said softly.

Iona shrugged, linking their fingers and smiling, "Hmm... well this is your home town and all, your realm... what is there to do?" she asked softly, leaning a little closer to him, "Any sort of trouble we can get into?"

Sara smiled, blushing a little, "Hello," She said softly, "I... uh... sorry. For sleeping on you..." He quickly got up, sitting on the other side of the couch. She was about to speak again when she heard Kyle's scream echoing around them. Eyes widening she wasted no time in rushing to his room, "Kyle?!"

The boy was sitting in the middle of his scorched bed, tears streaming from his eyes as he looked up at his mom, "I-I ruined my bed..."

"Oh, Kyle," she rushed forward to grab him, but found that his body was still too hot for her. She turned to Ialu, worry in her gaze.

Asha shook her head a little at Binx and made a face as the wolf licked her stomach. "Really?" As Cenric stood, she pulled her shirt back down so Binx couldn't lick her stomach again. "Don't worry, I wouldn't have let you miss it if I could help it," she told him with a small smile. "Remember your dad came back to be with Ryn through Aella's birth?"

Rafe laughed, grinning at Iona. "I think you're the only person I know that would ask an angel about getting into trouble in Heaven," he told her. "And in fact, I do know a few ways to get in trouble. I'm not sure you want me to push you into the fountain at the park though..."

Ialu was quick to follow Sara to Kyle's room, eyes widening as he saw Kyle's scorched bed. Though Sara couldn't approach, Ialu did and sat down beside Kyle, pulling his son into his lap. "What happened?" he asked. "Are you okay?" He glanced back at Sara and met her gaze, trying to tell her that everything was going to be okay. Then he turned back to Kyle, who was still crying and whose body still felt burning to the touch.

Cenric nodded as he took Asha's hand, leading her back to the couch to sit, "That's true. I still can't believe that this is happening..." He shook his head as his arms held her close, "I mean... Asha, we're going to have a child."

Iona grinned, "No, I'd rather not jump around in the fountain," She teased, sitting back in her seat, "But tell me, what do you like to do while you're here?" She shrugged, "There's got to be something you do on your free time... or do you not have any free time?"

Kyle sniffled as he rested against Ialu, "I-I had a ni-nightmare..." He stuttered through his tears, holding onto Ialu tightly, "And wh-when I woke up I was bu-burning!"

Sara stood in the doorway, arms wrapped around herself, as she forced herself to stay where she was. If she went closer she'd just get hurt...

Nik grinned at the baby, hesitantly reaching out and running the tip of her finger down the little girl's cheek, "She's so adorable..." Nik said softly, switching her grin to Aspen, "And small..."

Ryn tilted her head back and smiled at Elias, "I'm glad she's back safe though... even hairless."

((Hey, I don't think I ever told you.... but our puppy? We ended up naming her Aspen XD))

"I know," Asha said, and looked up at Cenric. "Trust me, I know. She hasn't let me forget it for months now." She snuggled into him as best she could manage. "It is kind of hard to think of us having a child though..." she admitted softly after a minute. "I mean... we grew up together, though you were off with Iona most of the time, which also equals Ialu too. And then suddenly, it all happens." She looked up at him. "We've spent so little time around each other, but I know I love you." She gave him a small smile. "I don't think the whole 'mates' thing normally works that way. Are you sure your cat wasn't just craving some company?"

"Nope. I have free time. How else do you explain my showing up in hell and meeting you, or sitting here with you now?" Rafe asked, giving her a grin. "Unfortunately, until now my life has been spent either getting in trouble with Aspen or chasing women who all insist on pretending that they don't want me." He sighed mournfully.

"Hey, it's okay," Ialu reassured Kyle, rubbing his back soothingly. "You were just upset. It's okay. Tell you what. How about I stay with you at night? If I wake up because you're getting warm or because you're having a nightmare, I'll wake you up. No nightmare and no more fires. How does that sound?" He was also going to have to somehow teach Kyle how to control this ability... except he didn't have the ability, and he wasn't sure how. Dad had it, but he wasn't sure how Sara was going to feel about him taking Kyle to see the King of Hell.

"I know. I was gone most of the time when they had Cenric and while he was growing up, but I'm definitely spoiling this one. We're going to be the best aunts ever!" Aspen grinned at Nik widely.

"You mean 'especially hairless'," Elias corrected Ryn with a grin. "Because there's no way she's living this one down. At least, not until she has some hair again. Until then, I'm not going to be able to help myself."

(Awww <3 Oh my gosh, she doesn't actually act like Aspen, does she? Because if so, I'm so sorry xD)

(-reads last post- Okay, so... basically, we had just finished with the war and everyone is sort of settling. I think we were in a lull where we're giving everyone a break from stress before we did something horrible to them again. Well, except with Ialu, Sara, and Kyle, since Kyle has been having the fire issues. But yeah... we do need to come up with something xD So... Asha is very pregnant and an Oracle. We should be able to build off that fairly easy, since we discussed that there's only one Oracle at any given time. And Rafe and Iona just need to keep getting close or something. They're kind of awkward at the moment. And we talked about Aspen and Nik adopting a human child since they obviously can't have children?)

((Ok, sweet... maybe.... what if Asha and Cenric;s child is supposed to bring the end of all Heaven and Hell? Since she'd be the daughter of an Oracle and hybrid? And so there's a faction o both angels and demons that want to kill the baby... and try to stop Asha from giving birth?))

(I have missed roleplaying with you. Just... all of our terrible/wonderful ideas and everything. I just had to say that xD And... rather than an "end" to Heaven and Hell, what if it was more like... combining them? Sort of like... all souls go to one place that isn't pure good or evil, but just a place they can rest? Other than that, I think it sounds like a fantastic idea. Maybe they've been looking for the Oracle because of some sort of prophecy but didn't actually know who it was. And then with the war on Purgatory, she gave the warning that something was going to happen, so maybe in all the chaos, something just slipped that hinted at it? But because there was a war, everyone was too busy with stuff. Plus, she was always with Ryn and Iona. But now that things are calming down, that's why it's all of a sudden happening)
