Okay, so what you're saying about the interlude thing is that we'd each write the first round of chapters from our characters point of view, and then the next round would be the interludes with the victims POV? Because if so, I like that. If not, then please explain lol

The edited bit I mean. But the interludes we'd just chuck in whenever we'd feel it's necessary. So this way we don't have to substitute one of our chapters, we just have to write more

Let me read the last three pages and I'll summarise for you
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GO TO SCHOOL

Edit: Just read the first page, I've put down who died (it's a chick), how she died, the other character's story plots and we've decided that each character all contributes to her death but not on purpose. So like for example Samara could've told the chick to fuck off if the chick asked her for advice on something. So Samara feels like she's partly responsible since she didn't listen to the girl.

OH AND I CHANGED MARA TO SAMARA

Page 2 has the other two character plots.

And as for writing the story, this is how it's going to go:
We have our normal round of chapters based on the present (so, them being 21-22/maybe just finished college or living their lives or something) but we're also going to have interludes - which are basically flashbacks in the victim's point of view about how she died. But the interludes will contain how the victim and our character were connected prior to her death.

The interludes won't be a separate round of chapters, though. It'll go like how Raveena wrote it down in the post above mine. So a round of our chapters, and then when we feel it's needed we'll chuck in an interlude chapter. But the interlude chapter won't substitute one of our own - it'll mean that we will all eventually write two chapters in one round. Make sense?

PAST: Samara and Ryan (secondary character, as in no one is writing in his POV) are best friends whom Samara is in love with. But Ryan is also best friends with Levi (Levi and Samara are cousins, so they get along but aren't friends per say) and they're both in love with the same girl, Jessica. However, Ryan gets with Jessica and doesn't tell Levi they're together until this big party. Samara and Julienne are friends.

PRESENT: Julienne and Levi get it on . They fall in love and shiz. Ryan and Jessica are still together but Samara unintentionally breaks them up even though she has a fiancee. Ryan realises he's actually in love with Samara and they get together.

Now figure out how Jordan can get in that.

I'm thinking that when Samara realises how evil her dad is, she realises she has to step up to the plate and the only way she can stand up to her dad in a way that isn't going to affect their relationship too much (but inevitably, this will probably ruin it) is if she runs against her dad for mayor.

Idk how you guys see the ending, but I was thinking that they get the town back and Samara becomes mayor? But instead of it being by default, she proves to the town how much she's NOT like her father?
Or to make it more realistic maybe they sell some of their property or they join forces with the opposing town to make the lake a tourist destination and build a hotel next to the lake or something, idk.

Also, would anyone like to volunteer as tribute and make a layout? I am capable of making them but they're quite simple so if you guys wanna, that's cool with me ~

Edit: OH! First person or third person? I'm personally not a fan of third but I'll do it if it's majority vote.

We're only writing one POV - our character. If he has friends or anyone has friends we'll mention them and shit but the friend won't have a chapter. He's not that special

My knowledge of mayors derive from TV - actually most things I've learnt are from TV heheh
