Aleksis didn't say anything, but tossed Tendo the phone. He took Sam, figuring he could look after him while Tendo dealt with Stacker.

Tendo rang the marshall. He watched Sam worriedly but knew Aleksis would take good care of him.

"Mr Choi," Stacker sounded understandably pissed. He was pissed because like war and god damn it he didn't need this kidnapping shit. "How are your family holding up?"

(So I'm currently in Texas.)

"I think they'll be okay," Tendo eventually replied. I don't remember what they were meant to be talking about. Dealing with the kidnappers maybe?

And then they were back at base. Tendo paced up and down in one of the empty meeting rooms, waiting for Pentecost, Herc etc for a emergency meeting about the situation. Sam and Allison were safe in his room.

WHAT WAS THE SITUATION. I FORGOT THIS ENTIRE RP.

Stacker and Herc and all that lot rocked up.

Tendo gave a relieved smile in greeting and then sat down.

Chuck was in the kwoon, hoping for someone to train with. He was glad that Alison and Sam were safe, but he still had some left over anger to work off.

Newt was out getting drunk and thinking about Chuck.

Chuck beat up some guys and then went for a shower. When he was dry, he sent Newt a quick text. You busy?

Newt replied with: Out why?, only it came out more like: outttt yhy? because he'd maybe had one too many.

'I've got some free time. Do you want to meet up?'

Sure. Come find me. Newt text back.

'Where are you? In a bar I'm guessing.'

Newt wasn't exactly forthcoming with his location.

Chuck rolled his eyes and went to find Hermann, to see if he knew exactly where Newt was.

[dude this is gross but in the past 10 days i've had 9 shifts and i've had to clean up 3 people's shit on 3 separate occasions what the fuck is wrong with the world ugh
also we did espresso shots and i'm so fuckin hyped right now ugh]

Hermann was in the lab.

Chuck knocked on the door as he entered to announce his presence.
"Dr Gottlieb?"

Hermann looked up. He was all ugh why are you here. "Ugh," Hermann asked, "why are you here?"

"Do you know where Newt is?" Chuck ignored his bad attitude, figuring he was like that most of the time.
