"I didn't. I can take the dagger downstairs where I left the case though," Fate offered, watching with mild amusement as he held the dagger away from his person, looking like he wanted to drop it and run but was afraid to let it go. "And I'm not sure why the mirror is special. Chances are, it was purposely made to look like a regular mirror, but to be special. I suppose it wouldn't do any good if objects stood out, huh?"

Death sighed, "I guess not. Still, it would be nice if this was easier." He turned to her, "Where do you want us to take these objects anyway? They need to be somewhere safe while we look for others and kill the horsemen."

Fate nodded. "I think I know a good place." She gave him a small smile. "Looks like you'll get to see my home as well. No one but Fate can actually create the pathway there, since the fates of everyone, every single thread, is there. So the only way for a person to get there, would be me," she explained. She gently pried the dagger from his fingers then. "I'll put this back now." She turned and walked out of the attic, heading back downstairs and towards the front door, though it took her some searching before she found the table she'd left the case on.

Death sighed as Fate headed down to the case. He studied the mirror, estimated the damn thing weighed a ton, then with a sigh he lifted it, making sure not to scratch it as he slowly headed down. When he did finally reach Fate he grunted, his voice strained as she said, "You could make that transport any time... now would be good."

Fate had put the dagger in the case, was closing it when Death walked up with the mirror. She was going to go upstairs and make the transport there to be easier, so her eyes widened a little as she saw he'd brought the mirror down to her. Then as he reminded her about actually making the transport, she quickly did so, him going through first. Then she picked up the case and followed. "Just set it down wherever you want," she told him, since they were inside already.

"Thanks," He grunted again, setting the heavy thing down basically where he stood. Huffing in deep breaths he turned to Fate, "Well... now that we have the first object... what do we do now?" He honestly didn't know... was unsure as to what to do next... but then his gaze was caught by her place and he began walking around, basically doing what he'd done at Time's.

Fate was about to answer, until Death started wandering around, going and touching everything. Just about everything was a neutral shade of gray, though there were bright patches of color from Fates over the years trying to make it less... Well, gray. "You can't go in there," she told Desth as he moved towards a closed door at the end of the room. She moved over, fully expecting to stop him. The room was her bedroom, but beyond that was the room where the fates of everyone were, and that was dangerous to mess with.

Death stopped with his hand on the door knob, "Oh?" He said, meeting her gaze, "So... what's in there?" He leaned in a little closer, "A torture chamber of doom?" Then he opened the door and looked around, a little disappointed, "Oh. It's just your bedroom." He sighed, then perked up a little, "Hey, you got any naught lingerie?" He asked as he walked in and headed to her dresser.

Fate sighed as he opens the door anyway. While he went to search her dresser, she went and moved in front of the entrance to the room she was actually worried about him entering. "No, actually, but feel free to make sure anyway." As if he was actually going to listen to her...

Death opened her drawers, rummaging through them. When he lifted out plain white undergarments he side, "Honey, we've got to update your wardrobe." That said he dropped them back into the drawer and turned to her, "Fine. Don't be fun. What's next?"

He shook her head a little as he scavenged through her underwear, at this point not sure whether to be glad or not that he didn't find anything interesting. "Now, we go visit Mother Nature. Trust me, you'll love her." She walked over to him and none too gently began to shove him out of her room.

Death dragged his feet, grinning over his shoulder, "Hey, maybe I should take you shopping, really spice up your closet." That was when she shoved him through the transport, "Anyway," he drawled, finally standing straight, "So why do you think I'll like Nature?"

"Why?... Well, you'll know when you see her," Fate told him, figuring she would leave it at that. She had pushed him into Nature's realm, which was pretty much what a person would expect. It was like a forest, crawling with life -literally. Some of the plants moved... It kept out unwanted visitors at least. Fate led Death along a path, carefully navigating her way through. At the end was a lake, a small house sitting on an island in the middle. Mother Nature stood half in the water, walking towards them. Her hat was green, almost like feathers, and she had an exotic air about her. While in other realms she did dress though, here in her realm, the only thing obstructing a person's few were the mist-like clouds that moved around her. They really did nothing but keep her modest though -meaning they covered most her breasts usually and the lower region.

Death had figured, with Fate's words, that Nature would be a hottie, but he hadn't expected this. She was down right gorgeous and he found himself grinning, "You know what, Fate?" He said to her softly, "For once I agree with something you've said." Then he turned his attention to Nature, a charming smile on his face, "Hello."

Nature's mouth turned up into an amused smile. "Hello Thanatos." She turned towards Fate then, with a more genuine smile, going forward and giving her a hug. "Fate. What brings this unexpected visit?" She asked as she pulled back.

"We would like the use of an object you are protecting. We have the dagger from Time, which will-"

"-I know what you speak of," Nature gently interrupted. "You may have the object," here she paused and looked directly at Death. "If you can find it in my home, without the use of the dagger. You have one chance, which means you cannot ask me over and over whether the object you are pointing at is it."

Death frowned at Nature, "How the hell are we supposed to find it without the dagger?" He asked, turning to Fate, "And why do I have to be the one to find it?" He pointed at faith as his gaze returned to Nature, "This is her thing, not mine."

"You agreed to help though, did you not?" Nature pointed out to him. She guessed that Death would not be with Fate if he wasn't helping. "So it is your fight too now. Also, it has to be you because I said so." She motioned behind her, a walkway appearing so that there was a pan through the water. "After you."

Death sighed, walking down to stand next to Nature, "Damn." He turned and dragged his gaze along Nature's body, "Well, at least you've given me a show for my trouble... which is more that Fate's done." Then he walked down the path to head to Nature's home, "You do realize I'm not going to be able to find it with one shot, right?"

(I was thinking a hairbrush, oddly enough. The third one should be a shield, so it's harder to find amongst War's things)

"You may also surprise yourself," Nature said, entirely unperturbed. She let Fate ahead of her as well, the three walking towards the island and her home.

Grumbling the whole way, Death walked into Nature's home, "This is why I don't socialize," He muttered, "Women are too damn irritating." Still he walked through her house, his curiosity winning out. He meandered through her things, idly touching what he could. It took his almost an hour to finally stop. He frowned, looking at a shelf. Reaching over he lifted up a plain wooden hairbrush, fingers tracing the edges.
