Office Romance

Ellie smiled as she leaned in, kissing him softly on the lips. Once they got released from the doctor's office, Ellie waddled out of the office, holding the bottom of her belly. Slowly making her way towards Jethro's Charger, the young blonde stopped away through the walk, breathing. 'Hmmm...."

Tim looked to her and shook her head. "I don't know if I am perfect." He said with a small chuckle. "But I do know that you are perfect." He chuckled, kissing her softly.

"Ellie." Jethro said walking towards her rather quickly. "Are you ok?" Jethro questioned worried as he rubbed her lower back. "Are you going into labor? Do we need to go back in?" Jethro began questioning and panicking.

Johanna giggled softly, "That's observed." She smiled at him. "You are." She kissed his lips smiling. "We better be heading inside the building. I am assuming we have a long day of cases today. Paper work, yadayada." She shrugged smiling at her husband.

Ellie quickly shook her head. "No, not going back there." She eyed her husband as she stood there, feeling him rub her lower back. A couple of minutes passed before she turned to Jethro. "Can we go home?" She asked. "Please." She started moving towards the car. She just wanted to go home and lay down on the bed.

Tim laughed lightly and kissed his darling wife. "Yay...." He said with much sarcasm. He chuckled lightly before stepping inside the building with her. When the got to their office space, there was much concern that Gibbs and Ellie wasn't there. He turned to Johanna. "Where's your Uncle?" He asked.

Jethro was about to hesitate but decided it'd be best if they did. "Ok, let's get you home to rest." Jethro smiled softly at her. "But if you have another pain like that. I mean we are going straight for the hospital." Jethro warned her.

"I am not sure." Johanna whispered honestly. "I hadn't talked to him since last night, honestly." Johanna told her husband as she grabbed her phone deciding on calling him to see if they were ok. But not getting him. "He isn't answering." She panicked.

Ellie sighed, sitting in the car. "I just want to go home, cook some dinner and relax." She looked to him. "I will be okay." She whispered. Staring out the window as they started driving home. Looking over to her husband, Ellie grabbed his hand, holding his hand while he kept the other one on the steering wheel. When they arrived at home, Ellie sighed softly to herself. Today was rather eventful and she wanted nothing more than to spend time laying in their bed and just remaining relaxed.

Tim rose an eyebrow, looking to her, he was concerned on how Ellie was doing. When she said she wasn't getting ahold of Gibbs, he frowned. "Maybe they are just taking some time away from everyone. We'll call them in a little bit." He said. "Or why don't you call Ellie, you know she always answers her phone."

Helping Ellie into the house and up the stairs. Jethro smiled at her as he kissed the side of her head. "Alright you relax. I'm going to get dinner started. What do you want?" Jethro asked smiling.

"Good idea." Johanna smiled at him. She dialed Ellie's number waiting to make sure her friend was ok.

Ellie sighed. "I am really wanting some kind of pasta." She said as she sat down on the bed. She looked to Jethro and smiled. "You are so wonderful." She said as she pulled him to her and kissed him deeply. When she heard her phone ringing, Ellie pulled the device out of her purse. "It's Johanna." She answered. "Hey hun, everything okay?" She asked.

Tim stood there, waiting to see if Ellie would answer. He wanted to make sure that she was okay and was glad that Johanna called her.

"Yeah, everything is fine. I guess. Are you ok? I noticed you and my Uncle were both gone. Tim and I grew a little worry. That something might had happened. Or you might be in labor..." Johanna trailed off. "You are ok right?" Johanna questioned.

Jethro smiled, "Send her my loves. I'll go start your pasta honey." Jethro smiled as he disappeared and headed downstairs. Once he was downstairs he began working on her pasta for her.

Ellie nodded to Jethro, then brought her attention back to the phone call. "Yeah, no I am fine. Everything is good. No baby today." She said as she laid on the couch, rubbing her belly. "Thought we were going into labor, well your Uncle thought I was, so we went, but we're good." She thought about something for a moment. "Hey, would you and Tim like to come over for dinner tonight?" She asked.

Johanna smiled, "Sure we would love that." Johanna told her. "Ok I am going to go let you rest. I am glad you're ok. Tim and I will bring something to help out. See you tonight, Ellie." Johanna told her before ending the call.

Ellie smiled and then hung up. She slowly got up from the bed, stretching a little before making her way back dow the stairs. Having a hand on the lower part of her rounded stomach, Ellie made her way towards the kitchen. A small smile danced across her face as she watched Jethro move about his way in the kitchen. She bit the bottom of her lip, leaning up against the doorframe to just admire him. "Mmm." She smirked.

Glancing back Jethro stared at her, "What was that for?" Jethro asked smirking at her.

"No reason at all." She blushed, biting her bottom lip even more. "Hey, Johanna and Tim are going to come over for dinner tonight. Is that okay?" She asked.

Tim looked to Johanna when she got off the call. "Well?" He asked, trying not to panic. 'How are they?"

"That's fine." Jethro smiled at her. "What do you want for dinner tonight?" Jethro smiled at her.

"She's fine. Had a scare but she's ok." Johanna smiled at Tim. "We're going to my uncle's for dinner tonight by the way." She smiled sweetly.

"I really don't know." Ellie said honestly. "I just want to eat some pasta now, and then we can talk dinner plans later." She laughed as she rubbed her belly. "God, I feel like I could explode." She said as she leaned up against the wall, rubbing her rounded bump. She made eye contact with her husband. "Do I look fat to you? And please be honest."

Tim nodded with a relaxed smile. "That's good to know." He looked back at his computer for a moment, receiving an email from Vance. He was curious as to what was going on with Ellie and Gibbs. Tim took this moment to reply, saying she was fine, it was a false alarm, and that he was assuming Gibbs was taking the day off to be with her. He then brought his attention back to Johanna. "Dinner at Gibbs, alright. What do we need to bring?"

Jethro looked at her as he finished the pasta up. "Now Eleanor." Jethro looked at his wife cupping her cheek. "No you do not look fat baby. You look radiant and gorgeous as ever." Jethro complimented his wife. "I truly adore and love the way you look. You're still my gorgeous Ellie." Jethro smiled at her.

"Ellie really didn't say. But here lately she's been craving Pasta. I assumed I would make some pasta and a pie to take with us. Hoping we get out of here on time for me to do so." Johanna smiled at Tim as she took and felt the uneasiness. "Oh lord." She whispered underneath her breath. Quickly getting up she managed to rush towards the bathroom area and inside a stall emptying her stomach. Once it was over she flushed, rinsed her mouth out. Stepping out she sighed feeling the nauseousness hitting her harder than it had before.

Ellie could feel the tears welling up in her eyes as Jethro spoke. "Jethro." She whispered as she felt a tear trickle down her cheek. "Why do you always know how to make me feel like the luckiest girl in the world?" She asked, looking to him. Leaning off the doorframe, Ellie moved closer into her husband, kissing him deeply on the lips. She knew that she was the luckiest girl in the world and nothing was ever going to change that. "I love you Leroy Jethro Gibbs."

Tim nodded, "Pasta sounds like a good plan to bring." He watched her carefully as her body language quickly changed. Upon hearing her speak then rush off, Tim knew good and well what was happening. He stayed behind knowing that she was okay, and that this was just apart of the pregnancy. He sighed softly, moving closer to the bathroom area, wanting to check on her. "Sweetheart, you okay?" He asked, knocking on the door.

"I'll be out in a minute." Johanna whispered feeling the wave hit as she rushed right back in.
