I couldn't stop the laugh that came from my lips.. "I suppose I should probably go get my son to wake up so that he can eat his food." I said, "I'll be right back." I got up and walked to his bedroom. About five minutes later, I returned with a half asleep James, his head on my shoulder. I set him down in his chair and grabbed some water for Chloe and some water for him. I quickly fixed his plate and sat down, eating my food. "I do have to admit, I missed Huntington Beach's food.." I said with a slight laugh.

Matt
"Usually we do eat fast food, but whenever we have the extra time, we usually go to a sit down restaurant, have a couple of beers and enjoy ourselves. " I said to her. "It's nice to not have to cook for so long, but then you never wanna cook whenever you get home." I said with a smirk.

Matt
I smiled whenever she said that she was an awesome cook. "Well, if you'd like to cook for us, then by all means, go ahead. I have no objections." I said with a laugh. I didn't understand why she had been jealous of Val and Michelle. She had an amazing personality and she was extremely beautiful.

Matt
" You and me both. We've gotta be up early to make it to my parents house in time tomorrow. Only because this little guy likes to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade." I told her before cleaning up our mess. I looked over at my son. "You know the drill kiddo. Go brush your teeth and pick out your pjs," I said to him. Watching him get up and run to his room I smirked and picked Chloe up before carrying her to the bedroom.

I finally got James to cooperate and got him tucked into bed. "Goodnight little man," I said to him. I kissed the top of his head before turning the light off and leaving his room. I left the door cracked slightly as I made my way back to my room. I walked into the room and went over to the closet. Completely forgetting that Chloe was in the room, I pulled my shirt off before taking off my pants and boxers. I grabbed a pair of basket ball shorts before walking to the bathroom and doing my business. Once I was done, I brushed my teeth and turned out the light before walking back to the bedroom.

I climbed into the bed and pulled the blankets over me before wrapping my arm around Chloe. I pulled her close and laid my head down on the pillow as I turned the light off. I closed my eyes and yawned slightly. "Goodnight," I said before passing out beside her. I knew that i was starting to develop feelings for her. I didn't know how to handle them, and I wasn't even sure if she felt the same toward me, but I did know that I wasn't going to let anything happen to her.

I woke up the next morning to.the sound of Chloe showering. I yawned slightly and climbed out of the bed and walked to the bathroom. If she had seen me before, then I was perfectly find using the bathroom while she was showering.

Matt
I couldn't help but laugh. "So I've been told," I said with a smirk. I flushed the toilet and washed my hands before brushing my teeth, looking into the mirror. "You don't look to bad yourself, from what I can see," I said with a smirk, watching her silhouette move in the shower.

I had already left the bathroom to give her some privacy as I began to get dressed. James had already woken up and was getting himself ready. I knew that he most likely was going to put something silly on. Just as I finished getting dressed, he came running in. He was dressed nicely for the most part. He still had on his dino slippers and a graphic tee, but he had a nice pair of pants on. "I'm ready daddy!" He said cheering. "You gotta change your shirt bud. You know mamaw would throw a fit if you wore that shirt," I said, picking him up and carrying him back to his room.
