You Make Me Do Bad Things. [closed]

Zoey raised an eyebrow and said, "It's pretty much luck based but alright." She laughed and then said, "Sausage and ham." She siad happily and said, "I wonder if I'll eat more than you." She laughed before taking the red car. "Red." She grinned and said, "Though purple is a close second." She laughed before setting up the rest of the game with him and turned on a lamp next to them to give more light. She hummed as she did so.

Taven laughed and sent back I'm only nice to select people. I'm nice as long as the other person is. Usually, that is not the case, so It causes me to be mean. I'm not going to take people's shit. He saw her next message and was surprised, I'm glad you're glad. He also sent another emoji that was one sticking it's tongue out. He grinned softly before just watching the ceiling again wondering if he could get her to go on a date with him one day.

James shook his head, "I doubt you will be able to do that." He said, handing her the red car. He grabbed himself the green car then put his little person in it. James looked at her, "You can go first." He said, giving her the money she needed to play. He set his stuff down in front of himself. He took his turn, then looked at her, waiting for her to go.

Meilani smiled at her phone, Most people aren't nice people. Pretty much all of them are terrible. She sent the message then laid back, closing her eyes. She ended up falling asleep, holding her phone in her hand. She woke up the next morning and sighed, looking at the time. She knew she would have to get ready for school soon.

Zoey raised an eyebrow once more asking, "What makes you think that?" She smirked softly before putting her own person in the car. She nodded and rolled the dice before taking her turn paying and such as the game went then watched as he took his turn. She went again and got a text from her mother and texted her back saying she was good and that she would remember to lock the door tonight when she went to bed.

Very true, but not all of them. You run into a few special ones.He fell asleep soon after his phone being on the charger. He woke in the morning and groaned as he looked at the ceiling going into the bathroom to brush his teeth. He finished up before getting dressed in a white shirt as well as a pair of jeans. He got his converse on and grabbed his backpack as well as his phone. He had taken his eyebrow piercing out.

James looked at her, "Because I didn't eat much today and I'm pretty hungry." He said. James took his turn, his piece going ahead of her. He smirked, "I'm already beating you." He said. He took a sip of the water that she had given him. James looked over as the doorbell rang. He knew that the pizza was probably there.

Meilani got dressed and walked out with her things. She walked into the school, grabbing her stuff for the first class. Meilani looked over when she seen Taven come up next to her. "Hey." She said, smiling a little. She couldn't get over how cute he was.

Zoey rolled her eyes at him, "Yeah but I had volleyball practice earlier." She told him shrugging. "Aren't you always hungry though?" She questioned before looking back at the board game. "Just because you're ahead of me, doesn't mean you're beating me. It's about how much money you make in the game." She told him smirking. She heard the doorbell and stood up answering it and paying for the pizza before bringing it back and getting two plates handing James one and getting her own food.

Taven made it to school and yawned as he headed to class. He saw Meilani and smiled sitting down beside her. "Hey, you." He told her loving her outfit and just watching her because she was so pretty. He finally looked away and took his binder out and a pencil hoping she would continue to aid him at class. He was hoping he wasn't annoying her at all.

James looked at the pizza, taking a piece of pizza. He took a bite of it. It had been awhile since he had pizza. James took a sip of his drink, "This is some pretty good pizza." He said. He had never ordered from the restaurant. James ate another bite then got another slice of pizza.

Meilani smiled at him, "Have a nice night?" She asked as she closed her locker. She walked with him down the hallway, feeling everyone staring at them. She hated that people were constantly judging each other. She had learned to ignore it though.

Zoey chuckled and said, "I agree." She smiled and ate her two slices before getting two more. She then sighed finding she was done and sipped on her drink. She looked at the time and groaned. "Well, school tomorrow and volleyball got canceled." She sighed to herself softly before turning her eyes to look up at him. "What are you up to tomorrow? We should probably try and work on the project tomorrow too, after I get my answers from the teacher." She said watching him with her hand on her cheek before laying her head on the table listening to him speak her eyes slowly closing.

"I like your outfit." Taven said sweetly before laughing, "Yeah, what about you?" He questioned leaning against the locker beside hers as she got her stuff out. He then walked with her down the hallway. "Look it's the fag and the virgin bitch." He heard someone say. He turned around and said, "Who said that?" His eyes narrowed as he transformed from the nice boy he was to Meilani to what his rumors were. "I did." Some guy said. "Yeah?" He said walking up and said, "You should apologize to her for calling her a bitch." He said his voice low. "What if I don't?" The guy countered. He leaned in real close and said only so he could hear, "It'd be a shame if you got stabbed one night." His face turned pale and he said, "Fine, Sorry for calling her a bitch." "Don't apologize to me, apologize to her." He said. The boy went to Meilani and apologized.

James looked at her, "Well, I mean we can, but I can't stay too late. Me and Taven have plans." He said. He watched as her eyes started closing. He snapped his fingers, "Am I that boring?" He asked. James finished his pizza, then took a sip of his drink. "If you are tired I can go." He said. He didn't want intrude on her night.

Meilani walked with him and was surprised when he stood up for her. She looked at the guy who quickly apologized, "It's okay." She said, watching as he walked off. She looked at Taven, "Uh thanks." She said. It was nice to have someone stand up for her and not let someone just call her names.

Zoey nodded and said, "Your call." She felt as if he only wanted one thing from most girls and refused to be one of those girls. She heard him and laughed, "You are pretty boring." She teased him grabbing his fingers to stop him from snapping. Her fingers were pretty cold. She took her hands back and said, "I am tired, but I'd feel bad if I just kicked you out so I can sleep." She chuckled shaking her head.

Taven nodded as the guy scrambled off. "What a dick." He sighed before looking down at Meilani. "You're welcome. You did nothing to him and it was uncalled for. I don't care if people call me shit, I'm pretty used to it, but I refuse to let them insult you in front of me." He shrugged his shoulder before smiling down at her gently.

James smiled as she grabbed his fingers, "Hey if you want me to go I understand. You are probably pretty wore out from today." He said. "Are you sure you will be okay here by yourself though?" He asked. He knew a lot of people didn't like to be alone. Hell, even he wasn't a fan of it. James slowly pulled his hand away from hers, watching her. He was hoping she wouldn't make him leave, but he would go if she wanted him to.

Meilani smiled at him, "You know you continue to impress me as the days go on." She teased him. She walked with him to her class, feeling him sitting next to her. She kind of liked having Taven around. Even if people gave them weird looks she didn't care. She was more interested in him than anything else.

Zoey noticed his smile and was curious as to why. She let it go hearing him speak. She didn't want to admit that she didn't want him to. Hearing his other comment she sighed and said, "I will be okay, but I don't like it. The house next door got broken into about a month ago." She frowned softly and said, "I dunno. Sometimes I get paranoid thinking someone is outside my house. Honestly, I'm probably imagining it." She said biting down on her lip. She looked up at him and said, "I just hear stuff sometimes." She shrugged running a hand throughout her hair.

Taven laughed and siad, "I told you yesterday you just had to get to know me. I'm not that bad." He told her smiling sitting next to her, glad that they had a few classes together. He then looked up at the teacher feeling her glaring at him and was confused as to what he had done. He shook his head continuing to speak to Meilani but soon the teacher out of nowhere gave them both detention. "What why?" He asked. "For talking." She replied. "You never gave us a warning." He said frowning. "I don't have to." She replied. He looked at Meilani and said, "I'm sorry."

James frowned at her words, "Are you sure you don't want me to stay? I can sleep on the couch." He said. He didn't like the idea of something happening to her. Plus, he would feel bad if it happened after he left. James leaned back against his seat, "So do you want me to stay?" He asked.

Meilani frowned at the teacher when she said she was giving them detention. She had never even been in trouble. "It's okay." She said to him. She figured the teacher was just trying to be mean to them. Meilani had a feeling it had to do with Taven as well. teachers always blamed stuff on him.

Zoey wrapped her arms around herself staring out the window as she listened to James speak. She mulled it over while chewing down on her lip. "Sure." She said turning her eyes to look at him. She smiled softly. She popped her neck before taking her glasses off laying them down on the table. With her glasses off you could see the obvious freckles as well as how long her lashes were and her beautiful hazel eyes. "We have a guest room, so you don't need to sleep on the couch." She told him. "It has it's own bathroom."

Taven didn't like the fact that the teacher was punishing Meilani because of him. That wasn't fair and it was stupid. He sighed shaking his head. He heard her and nodded. "I know it's because of me." He told her. "Most people judge me immediately for the tattoos and the way I dress." He told her shaking his head. He looked at his hands which were clenched on his desk.

James nodded, "Alright that works." He said. "Did you want to clean up this mess?" He asked, looking at the game and stuff around them. He knew she was pretty tired and he wasn't going to make her stay up. He helped her clean up the stuff then walked up to the guest room with her. It was way nicer than anything he had stayed in.

Meilani shook her head, "It's fine. " She said, smiling at him. Meilani got up when the bell rang and walked out with him. "I can't believe she did that. People are so dumb." She said, shaking her head. Meilani really didn't even want to go to the detention because it seemed so pointless.

Zoey nodded giving him a smile. She nodded again, "Yeah, let's get this cleaned up." She said and cleaned it up with him before going upstairs and showed him his room. "Here it is. I'll see you in the morning." She told him before leaving and going into her room. She went into her bathroom and showered before getting into her bed. She fell asleep almost instantly. She woke up and sighed washing her hair before getting dressed. Since she didn't have volleyball today she figured she was going to dress pretty alright. She had put contacts in today, something she rarely did. She came out of her room and went into her kitchen wondering if James was up yet. She put some waffles in the toaster humming as she waited. She turned on some music and just hummed along.

Taven nodded seeing her. He smiled walking out with her and laughed, "Agreed, but you can't fix stupid." He told her giving her a flattering smile. "I wouldn't skip detention if I were you. Like myself I would, but I know you don't get in trouble a lot." He told her. "Detention is worth it if I get to talk to you. Besides we can work on our project there." He pointed out running a hand throughout his hair.

James got up the next morning and sighed as he made the bed he had slept in. He walked downstairs, smiling when he seen Zoey. He let his eyes move over her for a moment, before stepping into the kitchen. "Morning." He said, watching her eyes move to his. "How'd you sleep?" He asked. He kind of liked the idea of seeing her this early in the morning. She seemed really happy.

Meilani laughed softly, "I mean I guess I can deal with sitting there." She said. She nodded when he mentioned working on their project, "That is true." She said. "Though i'm pretty sure my dad is not going to be happy about this. Then again it was for a dumb reason." She said, shrugging.

Zoey just hummed while making them breakfast. She got two plates and put them on the table before putting the waffles on them. She looked up hearing someone and smiled, "Morning." She told him before getting the syrup as well as silverware. She put two waters on the table and then sat down finally knowing her shirt was showing some of her midriff but she didn't care considering. She hummed thinking turning her music off and said, "Pretty much like the dead, and you?" She asked him knowing her mom hadn't gotten home really late last night. She looked at him and tilted her head. "What?" She asked seeing him just looking at her.

Taven laughed and said, "It's not that boring since they really don't care what you do." He told her before noddind. "I'm sure your dad won't be mad since he seems like a really nice person." He told her before stretching his back. "I'll see you later he said after he walked her to her class. He gave her one last smile before heading to his own class and sitting down hearing people whispering but ignored it for the most part.

James sat down at the table, "I slept great actually." He said as he looked at the food. He looked at her, "I have just never seen you look so lively is all." He said, cutting his waffle. He took a bite of it. It was nice to have a real breakfast for once. He didn't really get to eat like that all the time.

Meilani sighed as the end of the day as she shut her locker. She did not want to sit through detention. She had already texted her dad and explained what happened. He didn't seem to be too upset about it. Meilani looked over, seeing Taven near her. "Let's get this over with." She said. She just wanted to go home. It was nice that she would get to spend extra time with Taven though.

Zoey nodded and said, "Good i'm glad. Sorry, this is nromally what I eat in the mornings so I figured you'd want some too." She told him before starting to eat. "I wouldn't get used to it. I'm not normally a morning person at all. This morning is a weird one. I don't feel like choking someone." She laughed eating her food and finishing up. She yawned popping her back. "Want to give me a ride to school since I fed you?" She asked laughing softly.

Taven chuckled and nodded in agreement. "It's not all bad. I'm saying it's good, but it's not quite as bad as you would think. The only bad thing about it honestly, are the rest of the people that get put into detention." He told her knowing he would be out by the time James and him had to go do their crap. He smiled down at her before going into the room and sitting down.

James nodded, "Waffles are great actually." He said. He laughed softly when she said not to get use to her being so chipper. He nodded once they finished, "Yea you can ride with me." He said. He grabbed his keys then left with her when she was ready, driving to school. He got out, walking inside with her.

Meilani smiled, "You are so positive about this." She teased him. She walked with him, then sat down at one of the desk. She really just wanted to go home. She worked on her project with Taven, hoping the time would go by faster.
