Owen took a step away from the giant femur he had just cleaned. The bone was most likely just as tall as him, and as wide as the average female's waist. A boyish smile grew on his face as he squatted down beside it, brushing the dirt away from it gently. The thighbone was almost in perfect condition, a few cracks here and there, but he didn't care. In perfect Spanish he instructed his team to be careful in the area around the bone. If there were more bones in the area then he definitely didn't want them to end up being damaged. He stretched his arms above his head, twisting his back with a groan. ''I'm getting too old for this,'' he mumbled and scratched his neck. He turned away from the bone and went over to the nearest tent, grabbing a bottle of water from a well-used cooler. He took a sip before pouring some out into his hand to splash it on his face. He was tired, they had been digging now for a few days with little to no luck, until now of course. He had gotten a call from one of his local friends, while he was still in Australia, that there might be some interesting things a few miles north of the small town Paquera. Owen had taken the chance and left immediately with his team. It was a rough hike out there, but the big clearing in the rainforest gave him hope. They had found a small fossil, nothing to be excited for, but it gave them the boost they needed.

Olivia had never been a part of Jurassic World or any of its many different branches from their hotels to the restaurants to the more involved, like the scientists and the dinosaur keepers. She had preferred to keep herself more focused on natural sciences, something that she could study that left her with no guilt over creatures that didn't deserve to be trapped in cages for human entertainment. There was no part about dinosaurs being brought back to life or genetically modified that was natural. And she hated it. So throughout her entire career, Olivia had never stepped foot on the island despite being offered a job as a raptor keeper. The pay they had offered had almost made her consider it, nearly twice what the local zoo offered her but after heavy consideration, she had denied the offer and went about her life being able to sleep peacefully.

How in the world Olivia had ended up stuck on yet a different stupid island with Owen Grady, Jurassic Park's lead raptor keeper, she had no clue. After the incident with the Indominus Rex, Owen had decided it was best to distance himself from the corporation. Olivia had never met him up until this point so she was only assuming, at best. She had not learned that Owen would be on this job site until she had arrived and so far, they had exchanged a few pleasantries but little else.

One of her assistants came rushing up to her while Olivia knelt down, munching away at her lunch. He had only said a few words about a large bone being discovered in tact before she was discarding her salad, brushing her hands off on her pants as she rushed through the campsite. Wiping the back of her hand over her mouth just as she stepped up to the site, Olivia couldn't help but to grin to herself as she knelt down. She brushed her fingers across the bone, Olivia was startled when she heard someone shouting. She looked up, her eyes narrowing a bit as she caught sight of Owen quickly approaching. "You can relax, I didn't damage the bone. I mean, I think I know a thing or two about handling fossils," she declared with a huff, reaching to tuck a stray strand of hair behind her ear.

Owen put the bottle down, scanning the site making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing. He was proud of the team, everyone had an influence on everything they did on site. Everyone had a say, and it had worked so far. He knew it gave them the freedom they needed, as long as they did something productive, then he wouldn't give orders. Other than being careful with the bones and everything else valuable they found.

He watched as a small sunburnt man ran over to one of the few females he had on the team, he smiled to himself when she basically wolfed down the salad and rushed over to locate the bone. She touched it with respect, and he noted to himself he had to thank whoever put this team together. He casually walked over to her, trying not to trip over a random rock or root. The rainforest melody rang in his ear like a loud alarm, but he didn't mind. It was something he had gotten used to.

''Completely relaxed, you wouldn't be here you didn't. I just need to remind people, cause some get extra handsy. I guess for some it's a thrill to touch the bone.'' He winked and knelt down beside her, their shoulders were almost touching and he looked at her for a couple of seconds. ''Olivia, right?''

He didn't wait for an answer before he sprawled out on his stomach beside the bone, inspecting it further since a team had been digging at it even more. He let a finger run over the smooth surface, a surprised look on his face when his finger sank into a deep cone formed hole. It was deeper than he expected, he could easily fit 3 fingers in there. He quickly found other holes, although they were similar in shape, they lacked depth and size. He shook his head, surprised why no one had noticed, but then again, he was the one all up in the dirt.

He looked back over his shoulder and made space between him and the bone, ''You want to see this. Tell me what you're thinking,'' his eyes were filled with honest interest as he invited her to lay down beside him.

Olivia visibly relaxed when Owen addressed her, her eyes narrowing just slightly as she eyed him. Her lips pursed as she wondered briefly if she had just seen too much into Owen approaching her. She was used to having to prove herself. She was small, she was a girl in a male dominated scientific field, it was just something that sort of came with the territory. Having gotten used to that and more or less come to expect it, Olivia was left to blink at Owen, wordlessly expressing her confusion.

Giving a quick nod of her head, Olivia grimaced when she realized that Owen probably hadn't seen the gesture since his attention had turned toward the unearthed femur. She was quiet as he observed it, tilting her head to the side to watch as he ran his own fingers over the surface. When Owen's face morphed into surprise, Olivia's brows pulled together.

Not hesitating even a moment, Olivia dropped down to lay beside Owen in the dirt. Her eyes widened a bit as she reached out, running her fore finger over the edge of the cone-shaped hole. Frowning as she fit her first three fingers inside, Olivia blurted out the first thing that she could think of. "That he was an unlucky son of a bitch." When she realized that she had actually spoken out loud, Olivia's eyes widened into spheres as her head snapped to the side to watch for Owen's reaction. After all, he was the one in charge and if she put him off, she wasn't sure what would end up happening.

"Ah, sorry. I mean.." Olivia paused long enough to clear her throat. "May have been sick or injured before a predator got to them. With how big the bone is, she must have been a force to be reckoned with so I'm leaning more toward sick but there's no real saying unless we can find something else to be a bit more conclusive," she said a bit more confidently, glancing toward Owen with a raised eyebrow. "What're you thinking? Think we'll end up finding something?"

Owen laughed at her comment, ''oh for sure! No doubt about it.'' He sat up and put his hands on the ground as he leaned backward. He threw his head back as the sun hit his face, making his eyes sting a little. He enjoyed the warm feeling though and stayed quiet for multiple minutes while listening to her and thinking of his answer. He started going through all of the possibilities, raising his brow as he came to a conclusion.

He leaned over to take a closer look again, he felt the holes again. Starting from the smallest to the largest. He nodded, ''I agree, but I can tell you now, it definitely wasn’t sick. If anything this one was a very healthy one. In a lot of cases with sick animals or dinosaurs for that sake, you see slight discoloration on the bones. Yellow spots, brownish, that sort of thing.'' He smiled, ''this one almost doesn't have any. It was probably a young adult, almost fully grown.'' He looked at Olivia again, ''We probably will, but there's no time right now. We will have to wait until tomorrow.''

He stood up brushing all the dirt off of his pants, reaching out his hand for Olivia to take. ''I'm having a friend come to the site tomorrow, someone I used to work with. Kind of. He said he had some interesting things to tell me.'' He had a feeling it was about his past workplace. He had been trying not to think about Jurassic World and it's close. His heart started to ache. He didn't want to think of the pack, and what happened to them. He still got angry thinking about it, about the Indominus, about all the remaining creations. About Blue. He never wanted to return to Isla Nublar mostly because he was scared of what he would find or what he wouldn't find. He knew no one had touched the island since, so it was probably very overgrown. He had been tempted multiple times to go back, but never went through with it.

Olivia frowned a bit as Owen started to explain why the dinosaur wasn't sick, nodding as he finished up. She honestly hadn't even thought about that and it almost made her feel ashamed to have not thought about such a simple concept. Shaking her head to clear her thoughts, Olivia grinned at the prospect of finding more. She was used to arriving after things were discovered and the idea of being there when the bones were unearthed did excite her quite a bit. Taking Owen's hand gratefully, she mimicked his actions and was quick to brush what dirt she could get off, off of her clothes.

Looking up in just enough time to spot the emotions flitting across Owen's features at the mention of his friend, Olivia couldn't help but frown. She couldn't quite place what it was but she could almost guess that this friend's visit wasn't a pleasant idea to Owen. "You don't seem very happy to see this friend," she spoke softly, hoping that she wasn't overstepping her boundaries.

"I hope whatever this friend does have to tell you is something good. To continue the little chain of good luck that you have going," Olivia joked as they began to walk back toward the camp. She stuffed her hands into her pockets, looking down to her feet as they moved. "If it is bad, we will just have to make another large discovery to cheer you up," she said, chancing a look in Owen's direction. Olivia flashed a small grin as she raised an eyebrow. "I have heard many things about you, most people have. Whatever this friend has to say to you, you'll be able to handle it. I'm sure of it."

''Oh it's not that I'm not happy about seeing him. He's a good guy. I'm just really not looking forward to what he has to say, especially when he goes through inconveniences like coming out here.'' He smiled as he looked over at her, touched by her concern. He nodded, ''I don't think I'm that lucky though. We'll see.'' He listened to her trying to reassure him. A small smile grew and for a while, he wasn't worried.

They reached the campsite and Owen pulled out a folding chair and folded it out for Olivia to sit on, followed by one for himself. He sat down and shrugged, ''I guess so. I mean I hope so, but yeah I'm sure I can handle it, I can only imagine what he has to say.'' He thought about her words, close to asking what kind of things she had heard about him. He could only imagine it had something to do with the Jurassic World failure.

He leaned back in the chair and sucked in his cheeks. His curiosity got the best of him, ''What things?'' He started feeling a little uncomfortable in the chair. He let a sigh escape his lips and he braced himself for the things she was about to say to him. He knew she wasn't a mean person, he could sense that, but he was still a bit worried. He definitely didn't want her to get a bad impression of him.

He knew he could come across a little stuck up to some, but that was only because he was so dedicated to his job and the things he did. He wanted them done properly and if someone couldn't handle it then he would let them know so they could do better next time. A lot of people just didn't like that, which he understood, but he had gone through that when he was starting out, and it helped him through his career and got him to where he was today.

Olivia offered a quick 'thank you' when Owen motioned to the first chair that he had set out. She was quick to sit, leaning back against the top of the chair as she started to get comfortable. Crossing her ankles, Olivia briefly let herself wonder what Owen's friend would have to say to him. This was the first time that she was even speaking to the man, she doubted that she would find out in the future. And still, she doubted that she would even have a conversation with him after tonight. Perhaps a brief acknowledgement in passing at most.

Looking up in surprise at Owen's question, she debated on lying to him. She had heard many things about Owen Grady, you didn't exactly work in this field and not hear anything. Clearing her throat, Olivia shrugged her shoulders as she sat up a bit straighter. She tilted her head to the side, her eyes flitting around the camp for a moment before they came to rest on Owen's.

"I hear that you're stubborn, that you can be an asshole.." Olivia trailed off, letting out a small laugh. "That you are a perfectionist to put it lightly. Which I don't think anyone can blame you for, can they? This field isn't forgiving to people who make mistakes in the slightest," Olivia said, giving another, small shrug of her shoulders. She didn't think it was fair to blame anyone for trying to be perfect in their work. It was almost expected, particularly from someone of Owen's caliber.

Olivia paused, looking down to her hands that now rested in her lap. "To be fair, that's not what I've seen working around this camp. No one that seems to know you, feels like that. So I think it's fair to say maybe these things I have heard aren't as true as I may have thought.." Olivia trailed off, sitting up a bit straighter. "Or perhaps you're just a different Owen Grady," she teased lightly. "I think that one must be true, hm?"

He snorted as she talked. It wasn't wrong what she said, plus he had asked her himself what she had heard. He was otherwise silent as he listened. Owen didn't answer for a few minutes after she was done talking, he wasn't sure of what to say. He ran his hand over his face, rubbing his eyes a bit. ''Sounds like me, but shit, I'm a pretty good guy in my opinion.'' He wanted to ask her what her first impression of him was, but he bit his tongue and didn't say anything. ''I just want the best outcome, you know? Is that so wrong?'' he looked at her with a lost expression on his face.

His mind wandered back to the moment he found out about the different genes they had played with to create the Indominus. He was angry back then but gave it a shot none the less. The thing that ticked him off even now, was that they added the raptor DNA. It was so wrong. The whole thing had been a huge mistake, he was happy it was over though. He was happy that the Indominus were no longer and that he wouldn't have to worry about that anymore.

''I'm sorry for being so depressing,'' he smirked and let out a deep sigh. ''People weren't too happy with me on Nublar, so it's not that I don't notice peoples issues with me. But to be honest, if I hadn't been there, lord knows how many people wouldn't have gotten away from the island.'' He took a deep breath, ''Till this day I still can't believe that they created such a thing'' he admitted to Olivia. ''I to some degree understand why Hammond started all this, but he started it for the wrong reasons.''

He looked at her to see if she was following, ''I'm sorry if I'm boring you, or talking nonsense. I actually don't know why I'm saying all this. I haven't talked about it for almost a year now.'' He felt like he had been sitting down for hours and when he looked around he noticed that it was getting dark, and most of the crew had retreated to their own tents.

"No," Olivia was answered Owen's question without really even thinking about her answer. She thought that he was right in what he asked. Someone wanting the best possible outcome, wasn't that pretty much everyone in the world? No one wanted a horrible outcome with anything they did. She was quiet as Owen seemed to drift back in his memories, watching as the emotions shifted across his features. Looking down to her lap, Olivia ran her hands down her jeans to dry them before looking back up to Owen as he began to speak again.

"You're not being depressing," Olivia said with a small shrug of her shoulders. She chewed on her bottom lip, not so sure she should be the one that Owen was talking to about all of this. She barely knew him, it just didn't seem like it was the sort of intimate moment that it maybe should have been. "You were in the military, weren't you?" When Owen gave a nod, Olivia shifted in her seat before she began to speak. "Then I think it's fair to say that they're very lucky you were there. God forbid you hadn't me, many more would have died because no one else seemed to understand the Raptors like you did. If you hadn't been able to lead the pack, there's no saying whether the Indominus would have reeked more havoc than she actually did."

Olivia hid a yawn behind her hand, moving to stand as she realized just how tired she was. Her fatigue was catching up with her. Stepping over to Owen, she hesitated for just a moment before she gave him a gentle squeeze on the shoulder. "You did everything you could have. I hope you know that," she said, offering Owen the smallest of smiles before she turned to head toward her tent to settle down for the night.

Owen watched as Olivia's hand rested on his shoulder, ''Thank you, it's nice to hear.'' He swallowed hard, trying not to be too emotional about it. He cleared his throat and stood up, making his way to his own tent. At the entrance he stopped to turn around to Olivia, ''I'd like you to join me,'' He paused, ''Like, tomorrow. Meeting my friend. Not y'know,'' he nodded towards his tent with a boyish smile.

He stood there for a couple of minutes, he could feel how his ears got a bit warm, but he tried not sounding too awkward. ''Only if you want to of course.'' He wasn't sure why he was inviting her to join him, but he didn't want to be alone for the meeting. Plus he felt that they were kind of becoming friends, and having her there would probably help along their friendship. Not that he didn't see her as a friend, but they were still getting to know each other.

He waited for her answer before heading into his tent. He quickly undressed and sat on the foldable camp bed. He took a deep breath and crawled into his sleeping bag. He found a comfortable position and started to relax. It didn't take long for Owen to drift off to sleep. He fell asleep worrying about what the next day would bring. Hopefully, he was just overthinking it, and there would be nothing to worry about.

Olivia's eyes widened slightly at Owen's initial offer, her stomach dropping. She gave a small shake of her head until he had corrected himself and she realized that she had read way too into his suggestion. Looking down to her feet, Olivia shifted her weight from one side to the other before looking back up to Owen. She cleared her throat, giving a quick nod of her head. "I mean, if you want me to be there, of course," she answered, pausing long enough to clear her throat. "I'll come by after I have breakfast in the morning."

    - - - - -

Olivia wasn't so sure why she was as nervous as she was as she finished up her breakfast. It was cold oats that did nothing to sate her desire for an actual well cooked meal but out in the field, you didn't really have too many options out there. Having dressed in just another pair of jeans and a plain t shirt, Olivia found herself wondering why she would even be going to this little meeting with Owen and his friend. It wasn't as if her input would matter, would it?

Hovering outside of Owen's tent, Olivia kicked at the dirt. She was more than a little relieved when Owen emerged from the tent before she had to awkwardly called out to him. She cleared her throat, offering a small smile. "Ready to tackle today?" Olivia teased, raising an eyebrow as she stood up a bit straighter.

Owen stretched as he walked out of the tent, which made his shirt ride up. He yawned loudly and groaned a little, ''God that stupid bed.'' He did a few stretches more and smiled at Olivia, enjoying that she was the first person he saw today. He grabbed the granola bar from his pocket and started munching on it. ''As ready as I can be,'' he nodded and looked at his watch. 9:30 am.

''We'll head down to the harbor, we're meeting Lowery there in around 30 minutes, 40 if he's late.'' He stood there for a few minutes thinking. ''You wanna follow the river? It's a tiny bit longer, but definitely worth it. If you're ready?'' he said gesturing in the direction of the river. He started walking, finding a small path in between the trees and plants. Weaving as much as he could so he didn't have to cut down anything with the machete he had at his side. Each step was thoroughly thought out, as the underground was filled with hidden roots and creepy crawlies that could, in the end, kill them.

As they walked the forest became more alive, bird sounds and howler monkeys made up a whole symphony. He looked back over his shoulder, making sure Olivia was keeping up. ''Anything you'd like to find out here?'' He asked and looked up at the trees. He noticed a group of howler monkeys had been following them, he chuckled as they sent out their warning calls, letting Olivia and Owen know to keep their distance.

Her machete hung loosely from her hand as she followed behind Owen, matching his footsteps as closely as she could. Her legs were a bit shorter than Owen's so she kept having to quicken her steps to keep up with him. Olivia was so thankful for the work that she did because this was what she had been wanting to do since she was young. There was something astounding and just thought provoking to know that she was around things that had not been touched in millions of years. To know she was one of the first to touch a piece of their history was enough to send a chill down her spine.

Grinning at Owen's question, Olivia took a moment to look around at the rain forest around them. "I'd love to make a breakthrough discovery at some point in my life. Maybe not today, not tomorrow even but something that'll turn everything we've ever thought on its head. To put my name on the mark of the field of study I love. You know?" Olivia was rambling and she wasn't so sure that she could properly express herself. It felt like a girlish dream, like she wasn't so sure that this was reality even when they had been observing the femur bone the day before.

"What drew you to this work?" Olivia asked suddenly, a few minutes after they had reached the river and were able to actually walk side by side. "I mean, for me, it was always a thing that I was drawn toward even as a little girl. Sort of always knew that I wanted to play around in dirt and maybe dig up some bones and artifacts if I could," she murmured, letting out a small laugh. "Faced a lot of negative shit because it's not very feminine of me but," she paused long enough to give a roll of her eyes. "If I can't do something that makes me happy, is it really even worth doing?"

He listened to her quietly, nodding once in a while. ''It'll happen, one day. Just keep trying. You're smart and if you keep at it you'll definitely find something.''

He stepped cautiously on the wet rocks, thinking about her question. ''I've always loved dinosaurs, loved the outsides. Definitely liked getting dirty,'' he said smiling. ''My old man was a museum hopper, he lived to gather information about everything. Animals especially. After gathering information he would go to the specific place where he might find the animal. Often he took me with him, no matter where it was.'' He laughed at the memory, ''After the navy, after losing him, I got an offer I couldn't say no to.''

It was a way for him to escape reality, he wanted to get away from the pain and the loss. Working with raptors was the perfect way for him to forget and do something he had always wanted to do. ''You might have to do things that don't make you happy once in a while,'' he sighed and thought back to the island, ''For example releasing a T-rex from its enclosure,'' he said trying to lighten the mood.

Up ahead the harbor came into view, ''He might come onto you, so just ignore that. He's hopeless when it comes to women.'' He looked at his watch which showed it was almost 10, ''Thanks for coming with me,'' he said looking over at Olivia, ''It would have been a little boring if I went alone. Plus if I fall and hit my head I have you to carry me.'' He smirked and nudged her shoulder with his.

Olivia let out a small laugh as she looked over to Owen, giving a small nod of her head. She could tell that letting the T-Rex out of its' enclosure had bothered him and likely still did but since he was trying to make light of the situation, she thought she might as well try to as well. Her nose scrunched a bit as she tilted her head to the side. "But I bet it made you feel really bad ass, didn't it? I mean, how many people can say they've done that?" She teased, shrugging her shoulders. "I bet you're probably one of a select group that are able to."

Admittedly, Olivia was a bit put off by the prospect of Lowery flirting with her but she pushed it away. She was sure that he had to be harmless, especially if he was as hopeless as Owen was saying. She simply grinned, deciding not to comment on the situation. Starting to laugh at Owen's last comment, Olivia waved him off. "I might be strong but I don't think I'm that strong. I might be able to drag you a few feet but that's about it."

When Lowery appeared just about on time, Olivia stood back and let the two old friends interact with each other before she stepped forward and shook Lowery's hand. She gave a roll of her eyes, unable to contain an uncomfortable giggle when he brought her hand up to kiss the back of her hand. Smoothing her hands down her pants, Olivia was quiet as they turned and started the trek over to a small cafe just outside of the docks.

Olivia ordered a horchata, simply because there was nowhere that would make one quite right in the world except where they were. Grinning as they sat down, Olivia decided to nipple away at the pastry that she had ordered, figuring that it was best for the two friends to catch up without her trying to insert herself too much.

''Oh no, I can't take credit for that! Claire Dearing was the one with that mental idea.'' He laughed, ''But yeah, I can imagine that. But honestly, I would not want to run from a T-Rex in heels.'' He shrugged, a small smile forming on his lips. ''Trust me, it wouldn't be a problem if it was a life or death situation you would basically turn into she-hulk,'' he teased.

Seeing Lowery again gave him a weird feeling in his stomach, he tried to push it aside as well as he possibly could, but it wasn't easy. He watched as Lowery kissed Olivia's hand, ''Don't scare her away please, Lowery.'' Lowery just laughed, ''Gotta make an impression!'' Owen sighed at Lowery's words, he was tempted to say something else but didn't. He sat down with the two and raised an eyebrow at Olivia as she ordered the pastry.

''So Owen,'' Owen looked over at Lowery, sitting back slightly, ''people have been talking about Nublar. Apparently, some rich people have been searching for someone to take them sightseeing or something like that.'' Owen froze, leaning over the table and folded his hands on it. ''You're joking right?'' Lowery shook his head, ''Sadly not. They haven't been able to find anyone willing to show them around, so they decided to go on their own with guns. I didn't really care about it to start with since all traveling from and to the island is being monitored intensely. But from what I've heard, they're absolutely loaded and has been able to pay off most of the people monitoring it, and no one is doing anything about it.''

Owen rested his chin on his knuckles, ''They're supposed to be leaving in about a week from L.A. Own private planes and shit.'' Owen snorted, ''Idiots.'' Lowery nodded, ''I thought you'd like to know.''

Olivia had fallen silent, letting the two boys talk back and forth before Lowery cut to the point. His words sent her heart to her stomach and her stomach, that went right to her feet. She swallowed as she looked up from the pastry that she had dutifully been tearing apart and eating piece by piece. Her eyes narrowed as Lowery continued to speak, not even looking over at Owen. She barely knew the man but she liked to think she was smart enough to be able to figure out that this news wasn't happy news for Owen.

"We have to go," Olivia blurted out the words before he was even able to really think about the implications. She turned toward Owen, taking just a moment long enough to sip at her drink before she set it down and became all business. "If we don't, there's no telling what'll happen. Someone gets hurt, the rest of the party lashes out. And that news story breaks? There's no telling what the world will decide needs to be done to that island, to those creatures. No one will advocate for them."

Suddenly feeling like she had overstepped her boundaries, Olivia dropped her head, staring at the pastry that she had abandoned. She had no appetite left, she was too on edge. The idea of what could happen to the dinosaurs left on the island and to this whole thing upsetting Owen had her in a precarious position that she hadn't been expecting. Tugging her bottom lip between her teeth, Olivia looked back up to Owen with a small frown.

"I mean, I guess we don't all have to go but someone has to do something. If they're rich enough to pay off everyone, not very many people would tell them no or try to control them on the island. At the very least," Olivia said, spreading her hands wide as if to emphasis her point.

Owen had completely forgotten about Olivia sitting there aswell. He jumped a bit when she spoke. ''We?'' He snapped without thinking, ''there is no ''we'', that island is dangerous,'' he looked over at Lowery who nodded. ''I haven't gone back there for a reason, plus why would I put you in danger?'' Owen shook his head while Olivia kept talking. He folded his hands and rested his forehead on them. He took a deep breath and sighed, ''Look I'm not gonna sit around and do nothing about it. Just calm down for a minute.''

Owen looked up at her and caught her looking at him, he could see she was ready to throw some punches. His features softened as she frowned. ''I'm sorry, I didn't mean to snap at you. You're not a child. I can't take you with me, it could end up really ugly, not just with the dinosaurs, but with the people. To be honest they're the ones I'm most afraid to face.'' Owen understood her outburst, and he agreed with her. Something had to happen, but at the moment he didn't know what had to happen. ''How long are you staying?'' he asked Lowery. Lowery shrugged in response, ''As long as you need me to stay.'' Owen nodded, ''Good, I need you to contact some people,'' he said as he picked up a napkin and started scribbling names on it, ''Get Claire too, she might know some people willing to help us.'' He looked at Olivia out of the corner of his eye, ''we need a lot of guns.''

As they finished up, he pulled Lowery to the side, just enough so Olivia wouldn't be able to listen in on them. ''If she somehow manages to sneak her way in, I want you to take her back here. No matter what she says. Knock her out if you have to.'' He patted Lowerys upper arm as they both nodded in agreement.

Owen said his goodbyes to Lowery and joined Olivia again. ''Let's get back to camp, don't want anyone to think we're lost,'' he laughed a bit, trying to lift the atmosphere. He looked over his shoulder to see Lowery still standing there with worry all over his face. ''He's gonna come to camp one of these days, so don't worry it won't be the last you see of him,'' he nudged her shoulder and smiled softly.
