Tuck groaned pushing ar Vespyr's hand, 'mate leave me alone. I'm trying to sleep. I haven't slept in days,' he mumbled as he pulled off his headphones and turned over on his stomach. He grabbed the covers and yanked them over his head to block out the light and shield himself from view. He was tired and he didn't want to see Vespyr.

Vespyr frowned. “They want us to meet at the recording studio in an hour,” he protested, biting his lip hard enough to draw blood. The male reached out to touch Tuck again, almost wishing things were different now. He wanted to kiss those lips of Tuck’s, but he knew that would never happen.

'Bloody hell,' he moved before Vespyr could touch him again, getting off the bed, 'I'll meet you there,' he told him before walking out of the room without another word. He left his phone on the bed but he didnt want to go back to grab it so he left it on the mattress and walked off down the hallway. He remembered where they used to record and he really wanted to get there by himself.

Vespyr watched him go, for the first time feeling something more than the lust. But he chose to give Tuck his privacy, and showered quickly before leaving the room to go to the studio. He had almost brought Tuck’s phone, but he didn’t want the other to think he had looked through it or anything like that.

Tuck sighed as he walked down to the studio. It was a nice day so he decided to walk. Forget the cab. He looked around him at the city as he passed. Same semi tall buildings, same bumper to bumper traffic, same everything. This city hasn't changed at all. It took him almost twenty minutes to get to the studio on foot but he needed that.

Vespyr was the last to arrive, even though he had taken a taxi. But what else was new? He had a bad habit of being late to everything, sadly. But he’d also been flirting with a cute guy in the lobby of the hotel. The blond stepped in through the studio doors, chewing on his lip absentmindedly as he walked up to where the others were.

Tuck was talking to the singer when Vespyr walked in. He looked over at the door before looking back at his old friend, 'so what is this like a one concert or few concert thing or are you guys actually getting the band back together officially? I asked my boss for a month off work since I was grounded anyway and she agreed but I don't know how much more time I can ask for.'

The blond ignored Tuck. And crossed over to the drummer. He started talking to the other, smiling weakly when he was asked a more personal question about his dating life. The smile faded rather quickly, and he turned aside to grab a bottle of water.

'So you have a girlfriend?' Nick asked Tuck smirking. Tuck shook his head, 'boyfriend?' Tuck shook his head again.

'I'm not dating anybody at the moment. I had a boyfriend or I thought he was my boyfriend. He told me yes we were dating then turned around and later told me that it was just sex and he wasn't interested in more. That was a few months ago. I didnt have time for that bullshit. I had work and other shit I had to do.'

Vespyr frowned, listening to Tuck. He felt guilty, but didn’t choose to say anything. It wasn’t his conversation, and he didn’t think Tuck would like it anyway. The blond finished drinking the water bottle, and trembled as he stood there awkwardly.

Tuck sighed as he leaned back on the couch. He hadn't played guitar in a long time. He got busy with work and his life in London. His guitars were all in his music room, locked away in a separate part of his house. He took a bottle from the singer, drinking half the water bottle. He smirked when the singer whined, 'that was mine Tuckie.'

'Its mine now,' he smiled wide.

Vespyr yawned, not wanting to be here. The blond bit his lip, and glanced over to Tuck, for just a moment. The glance did not go unnoticed by their old manager, who whispered something rather suggestive in Vespyr’s ear. The male shook his head, stepping away, inadvertently tripping and falling into Tuck’s lap.

Tuck gasped, losing his balance on the edge of the couch and crashing to the floor with Vespyr sprawled on top of him. Tuck looked up into Vespyr's eyes only inches from his own, their lips almost touching, 'uh Vespyr could you please get off me?' He asked him, trying to hold back a flush that threatened to emerge on his cheeks. If it showed, he hoped the other didn't notice.

The blond nodded, scrambling off of Tuck in a completely ungraceful manner, causing the manager to snicker. Their old manager was staring at Ves’ ass as he got back up to his feet. Vespyr offered a hand to Tuck to help him up.

Tuck took Vespyr's hand allowing the younger to help pull him up, 'thanks but next time maybe watch where your going okay Vespyr,' he followed the old managers line of sight as he spoke. He sighed, resuming his position back on the couch. So it looks like the two of them were still sleeping together.

Vespyr walked out to get a drink of water from the cold fountain, feeling a bit hurt from what Tuck had said to him. But of course, he was followed out by the old manager, who he had not slept with since the band broke up. As the blond bent to get a drink, he felt someone’s hand on his ass. “Don’t touch me,” he snapped loudly, hoping to draw attention.

Tuck looked at the band's singer before he got up and walked out into the hallway to see the manager hitting on Vespyr, touching him, getting in his face. He walked over and grabbed the old manager back by the back of his shirt, 'he said dont touch him. Do you not speak english?' He pulled the manger out of the front of the recording studio throwing him on the ground, 'get lost. Well find somebody else to manage us. Somebody who isnt a pig,' he glared at the older man before walking back inside, 'you okay?' He asked Vespyr.

The manager had been saying something obscene about the blond before Tuck pulled him out of the building. Vespyr was shook up by the encounter. Sure, he may have slept around, but nobody had dared treat him like that before. He nodded, looking up into Tuck’s eyes when the other asked if he was okay. But then tears sprang into his eyes, and he pushed past Tuck, heading toward the bathroom.

Tuck followed him to the bathroom. He knocked on the door, 'Vespyr you okay man? Look he shouldn't have talked to you the way he did. Hes gone. I dont know if I had the right to fire him without everybody's approval but I'm sure they'll understand why I did.'

The blond splashed water onto his face, and stepped out of the bathroom, inches away from Tuck. He bit his lip slightly, and then hesitantly leaned in to kiss the other male. He should not have been doing this, not so soon, but Tuck was irresistible. And this way his way of thanking the other.
