Tuck's cheeks flushed as he pulled away, 'Vespyr I can't do this. My job, where I live and you...i just cant do this,' Tuck turned and quickly walked away out of the building. This was a mistake. A mistake. He walked off down the sidewalk till he was a few blocks away before leaning against the wall, resting against the hard surface. Vespyr had kissed him. He shook his head. Again he refused to be one of the blonde's conquests, the one night stands. He doesnt like one night stands.

Vesoyr exhaled sharply when the other told him he couldn’t do this. He walked back into the bathroom, feeling sick. He really liked the other. But he was just ruining everything, like he always did. The blond sat on the tile floor, wishing he hadn’t done that

Tuck didn't come back that day. He just went back to the hotel room and dialed FDR's number, 'yeah man I'm fine. Yes the flight was okay. I think I made a mistake coming here. I dont know what I was thinking. Vespyr is messing with my head and my heart and I dont know....When the band broke up and i moved back to London, before I did, i wanted to tell him that i liked him but he was sleeping with everybody and I didnt want to go through that. I dont know if I should go back to London or not...Fuck man.'

The blond returned to the hotel room around midnight. He was drunk, and some of his clothes looked wrinkled. He had gotten into some sort of fight, as evidenced by his black eye. But he was still hurting over what Tuck had said to him, and sais nothing as he crawled into the bed.

Tuck looked up when Vespyr stumbled in. He took in his rumpled clothes and the first thing that came to mind was he got laid but when he looked up and saw his black eye, the theory changed, ‘mate you alright? You look like hell. What happened?’

Vespyr looked toward Tuck, a brief look of surprise crossing his face. “The guy you fired found me,” he said in response. He had finally stood up for himself, but look where it had gotten him.

Tuck stood and left without another word. Just because he and Vespyr were never going to be didnt mean that anybody could hurt him. He walked out onto the street, heading to the last place he knew that guy would be.

Vespyr’s eyes went wide when the other male got up and left without saying anything. The blond moved out to follow Tuck, but Tuck was gone before he could. He swallowed, not understanding why he had left.

He stormed into the club and yanked the man off the guy he was dancing with and slamming him into the wall. Tuck was shorter than the older man but he was faster and had training in boxing and several forms of martial arts, 'who the bloody hell do you think you are? He told you no that he didn't want to be with you anymore and you beat him because of that. Look leave him alone. Leave this band alone. Don't make me have you arrested? I know a prison that would love you.'

The man glared at Tuck when the other slammed him into a wall. “That little bitch had it coming. He’s just a whore, who will sleep with anyone who pays the right amount.” The manager was obviously pissed off that Vespyr rejected him.

Tuck pulled him away from the wall before slamming him into it again then pulling back to punch him hard, 'federal agent,' he told the people who came over to try to stop him from beating the man up. He pulled his badge off his belt clip before show them. They immediately backed off and let him haul the man up and outside, 'don't ever come near Vespyr again, do understand me? If I see you around him again, I will have you arrested.'

The man glowered but nodded. “I understand.” He ran from Tuck, clutching his bloody nose in his hands.

The blond paced back and forth in the hotel room he shared with Tuck, hands shaking slightly. It wasn’t good of Tuck to be gone this long, was it?

Tuck came back between twenty to thirty minutes later, his knuckles slightly bruised. He walked over to his luggage and put his badge back inside, 'he'll leave you alone. I have ties to several police agencies that will arrest him for assault and battery.'

Vespyr stared at the other male with wide eyes. The blond got up from his bed, hesitantly approaching Tuck. “I thought you hated me,” he mumbled softly, as he bit his lip hard enough to draw blood. He didn’t understand why Tuck would do that for him.

‘I don’t hate you Vespyr. I never hated you,’ he told him before sitting down on his bed. He wanted to tell Vespyr how he really felt but he held it inside. He laid down on the soft comforter with a sigh.

The blond exhaled sharply. He didn’t know how to respond as he stared at Tuck. “Then why do you treat me like I mean nothing? Tonight’s the first time I’ve seen you act caring for me...”

‘You want to know the reason I pushed you away back then and why I’m doing it now. I like you Vespyr. I really like you but I did not want to be another name on the list of people you slept with. I’ve been through enough people, using me then tossing me aside when their done with me but if you did that to me, someone I actually like, it would crush me.’

Vespyr flinched. “You never said you liked me... How was I supposed to know?” The blond sat on the edge of Tuck’s bed. “I only returned because of you,” he admitted quietly, running a hand through his hair, looking at the floor.
