- Lately, I do a lot of "underlying comedy".
That's what I call it.
My stories aren't necessarily "comedies" but they do contain humor.
It's very apparent in narration and conversations.
It sort of . . . makes it all more real, I think.
I don't write comedy; it just really isn't "my thing."

- Even when its not snarky, outright comedy can be funny as long is its not "MIKE DRANK MORE COFFEE AND THEN THEY ALL RAN AROUND SINGING ABOUT BLUE RAINBOWS AND TRE SAID AAAAHHHH MARTIANS" which is painfully easy to think of, is devoid of any ingenuity, and not really funny.
