I write transgender/transvestite characters because I want to give a voice to a character that is rarely seen.

    Why I write original fiction:
*I'm not attracted to many guys in bands. Only one, really. And writing about him wouldn't make me feel comfortable...since I have friends who know him and all
    * I really want to be a writer when i grow up like Palahniuk so creating original characters is going to be really important
    * I don't like writing sex scenes. At least serious ones.

I write fanfictions because it's just my way of fantasizing...i guess. It's just like I always picture myself meeting the famous people I write about, and I like to write out scenarios about it.

Now with the porn? I couldn't explainw hy I write that, cause I don't fantasize myself fucking Frank...etc...

I write original fiction, because I actually like it too. You get more to work with, with time-lines, characters, and personalities and stuff. Also I feel there's a lack of it on here, so I'm trying to....bring it here? I dunno.

I like to write all kinds of fiction. Why? I can't really put it into words. I just like to. And sometimes, , cause my main character girl is always myself, I put hidden backstoreis of my real life in there sometimes.

I don't really know why I write porn either.
I highly doubt it's because I'm hyperly sexual. [I don't get off on my own sex scenes.]
But I think you can put a lot of hidden emotion into sex.
I mean Decayed Dancer is extremely pornographic, but there is a lot of emotion and depth behind the sex. There is a major storyline there.

I love writing sex scenes because I like to incorporate a bit of violence into them. Sex is violent no matter which way you slice it. It's almost innate, drilled into human nature, that sex is good, and with sex comes pain. So humans, subconsciously, enjoy pain. And I want more people to realize that... I guess? Who doesn't like sex and violence?

But I do have more personality characteristics like a guy so I may be the only one.

In my stories, the characters usually have lots of kids. I do that because I'm an only child, and I just enjoy writing stories with characters that have large families, since I've never experienced it.

    If that makes sense...

They're not. They're just more common in fan fiction.

    Now, that's not necessarily true.

    Ever read a romance novel?

I'm not saying in general, I'm saying on this site. There are a lot of similarities to fan fiction and romance novels though.

I write fanfiction, because I love the people I write about and love to create little scenarios in my head.

I don't write slash, because it makes me extremely uncomfortable. I don't know why, but I can't read it either for similar reasons.

I create OC's because it adds some element of myself into my fanfictions. Usually, I write in a female perspective because I find it easier to describe my own personal emotions about a similar situation which occurs in my stories.

    Why I write original fiction:
    1. I wanted to give my mind a break of the repetitive-ness of band based stories and discover what my imagination could accomplish without having certain restraints.
    2. It actually lets me use the lyrics and prose I come up with in a wider range, I can insert them where-ever I like and get away with it by adjusting other parts of the story.
    3. It is the product of my own mind, Mine.

    I write fanfic with a fuckload of OC's cause;
    - I find it easier to base fiction around famous people, but more OC's.
    - I prefer to put in a load of OC's cause I can't just concentrate on only famous people.
    - I usually can't write just fiction full of OC's /:

I write slash because it's so good to think of men like Ryan Ross and Brendon Urie together.

I don't write "original fiction" [and I dislike the term, it makes it feel like slash writers don't have imagination when so many do], because my mind is so likely to run away with me. Badly.

    Why I don't write Fan-Fictions :
~ I just seem to have some weird problem with it.
~ I find it, honestly, to be a last resort when you can't think of charecter relations.
~ Most of them end up cheesy.
~ You can't kill one and get away with it easily.
~ Can be A LOT more ranged.
~ I get to come up with my OWN charecters and their OWN problems and their OWN personalaties.
~ There are too many fan-fictions.
~ Original Creations are all VERY different.
~ In Fan-Fiction its too difficult to make seem realistic.
~ I don't have to stick to any rules about the charecter before I write.
    ~ I feel poser when I write fan-fictions.
    ~ I'm terrible at fan-fictions.
~ In Original Creations, I don't have to think "What would [insert celebrity name here] do in this situation?"

    Why I Write Series :
~ Usually my ideas go far longer than the regular story.
~ I love those "Where Are They Now?" feelings.
~ Honestly, most of my favorite movies are all series (i.e. Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, The Matrix, ect.)
~ It makes the feeling of completion go away. I mean, no one stops living or being intresting directly after the climax.

    Why I Write . . . :
~ About Huge Families: I grew up with my parents divorced and my older sister away all the time.
~ About the Same Type of Dude in Different Stories: I can't help it.
~ About Boarding Schools: my school sucks more than you can even imagine.
~ Fantasy: it gives the reader more to take in. (i.e. the history of the world, the physics, the inhabitants, ect.)
