I totally think these games are rigged sometimes. Maybe not these but in some countries and even at the World Cup stage, games are rigged.

i don't think it's massively strange, to be honest. i dunno :| probably cause i wasn't interested in madrid - barcelona. (and celebrity juice is much better)

schalke to win CL (altho derp it won't go that way)
benfica v villarreal for EL final (as long as braga get knocked out i'm happy)
man city to win the FA cup.
mansfield to win the FA trophy (tho i don't really care if they don't win it)

plus, gerard houllier will probably miss aston villa's match with stoke - he's been taken into hospital with heart trouble. i understand they're keeping him for a few days as a precaution - what with his past heart problems & operation while he was at liverpool. i wish him the best.

I thought Chelsea was still third. I saw part of the Arsenal game. Ouch, it was an upset.

As an Arsenal fan, I have no idea what is wrong with my team, as of late. Yet again, we threw away the lead and our chances of getting silverware becomes even smaller as we go to the final five games of the season. Hopefully we'll sort ourselves out over the next few matches and pick up the all-important wins that we so desperately need! It amuses me though, that considering we've drawn five of our last six games, we're the only Premier League team in 2011 to have not lost a match, apparently.

El Classico (the 45 minutes that I saw of it) was really good. I'm pleased that Real Madrid won!

I read a really funny article about Nigel de Jong. I don't understand how he doesn't comprehend why everyone hates him. I mean after the karate chop to Xabi Alonso's chest in the WC and how he broke that guy's leg in a league match. I mean seriously, he's a really rough player, of course people dislike him!

And Sergio Ramos, I can't believe he dropped the cup. It's in a "coma" oh god, I hope they fix it. Embarrassing....

here's a fact for you: in all of the arsenal matches this season in which RVP has scored, they've never lost. which is probably why he took the penalty. ahem.

27 goals were scored in the prem yesterday. only three teams out of sixteen kept a clean sheet.

he scored that goal against west ham, for god's sake. in a 3-0 win. hardly a match winner, and won't be a season-saving goal for chelsea. took him 903 minutes from his last goal. 14 chelsea appearances i do believe. good how he broke his duck when it was raining. maybe it's the secret - getting his hair washed makes him score. it's been bloody awful at chelsea D;

giving some attention to the football league/conference; i think that after yesterday's matches, there's more tomorrow. i just thank god they moved our fixture, but it's still lots. (we was due to play darlo on the 19th of march rather than the 19th of april so we've had a tuesday match, a friday match, now a monday match. a saturday match after that to close the season...)
