i just recently started exercising more, as well as eating healthier and controlling how much I eat.
So far, I have seen some results and I'm happy about that. My goal is to drop at least fifty pounds by the time fall rolls around.
I'm planning on enlisting in the Navy around that time or early next year, so I have to be fit.
I joined a gym and I love it. I go to the classes they offer and they are awesome.
They have: core camp, pilates, yoga, Zumba, cycle, athletic training.
I take a few of those classes throughout the week, and I try to go at least every day to work out.
I'm now able to last longer than before. I used to not be able to run for very long, but now I'm able to run an entire lap around the track by my house without stopping.
I am proud of myself. The only thing that I'm not proud of is that I have yet to quit smoking. But I'm gradually trying to stop that.

- I've been doing the express exercises on The Firm's Cardio Dance DVD. They will whoop. your. ass. And on my lower-key days, I walk 4 miles with Leslie Sansone.
I'm not sure if I should post this here, but does anyone want to be my buddy in this? I need some moral support in this since all my other friends have an awesome metabolism and don't need to diet :l
