I read the first chapter of Spirit Bound yesterday. It was amazing and I have to say, I was surprised by the small appearance of someone. Made me happy though, that is for sure.

My mom wouldn't actually let me buy the Signature Edition of VA, so I stood in Barnes and Noble reading the first chapter of Spirit Bound for awhile. It was good, but REALLY makes me want it to come out faster.

Congrats to Richelle. Her dress was absolutely beautiful and I wish the best to her. And as selfish as it sounds, may her awesome happiness continue to produce amazing books.

^ The last one made me laugh so hard I thought I was going to die. I wonder though, has Rose told anyone else about him?

As un-Rose like as it is, I can just picture her running up and hugging him while yelling, "Da-Zmey!"

    Richelle Mead:
So, that's the rundown. Sorry again for the blog lag, but my next post should make up for it. Why? Because tomorrow I'm taking an epic one-day trip which I will report faithfully on when I get back.

    I'm going to Forks, Washington.

    You've been warned.
Shocked I wish I was hallucinating. I don't want her vampires to start sparkling!

^ It is though. Yeah, I like some of the characters. But the overall plot stinks in my opinion and the two main characters are horrendous.

Now Vampire Academy... characters that are drool worthy without the complete idiocy.

I don't know why but I could never get into these books. I own two of them somewhere in my apartment but never made it passed the first few chapters of the first book.

^ I understand. A lot of people have trouble getting into it in the beginning and some people just don't like the books.

So, I just finished the first book today. Would you recommend that I borrow the rest of the series from my local friendly English teacher/library?

^ Personally, I would suggest it. Some people just can't get into the books and you should know that you like them before you buy them. But hopefully, if you do borrow them, you like the rest since you seem to like the first one. (That is why you're looking to borrow right? You saw good reading in the first one?)

Yeah, the first one was good. I rather enjoyed it. I spent the whole day reading it.

So, I'm going to return the first one to my English teacher and borrow the second one from her at the same time.

It's official: the sixth book, which will be released on December 14 of this year, will be called Last Sacrifice. Sounds like it should be interesting.

^ You always get to this before me.

Six to eight weeks till Spirit Bound and nine months to the day for Last Sacrifice. It just seems like the ending is coming so fast. I remember something being said about a spin-off, but still. Looking at that announcement really hits home that it is almost over. Hopefully, it ends with a bang. (And with Dimitri totally dead, but lets not get into that.)
