I wanted a tattoo now but I want to wait now.
My mum told me they go weird if you grow and it don't want that happening.
I'm not likely to grow much if at all, I haven't since I was 12.

But I can't afford one right now. Though I can afford peircings and now school's up my parents want me to go ahead with them.

Where I live, you can get anything pierced at 16...

I'm planning on getting my rook, lip, nape and 'sideburn' done within the next two years. =]

I want to get the middle of my lip pierced sometime before school starts again. I think I'll go when I get back from vacation next week, assuming that my mother is cooperative.

Is it a bad idea to use a sleeper as a lip ring?

I've got my ears pierced, once in each lobe and one on the top on the left. I'm going to get the loads done again, twice each, another one on the top left and then I might get scaffolding or my tragus done on my right ear. (:

At least that's the plan for when I turn sixteen!

I'd also like my nose or lip pierced some time in the future. My friend says I don't have the right nose for a nose piercing. I'd just have a normal one ... opinions. (me)

You'd look fine with a nose piercing, I mean it's up to you and NOT your friends.

i never ever even thought about piercing somthing myself again.

So guysss, I need some advice, I really like symmetrical piercings, so bear that in mind. But which piercings do you think (if any) I should get on my face? Pic here.
Just so you know, I'm like a part apprentice at a tattoo shop, so piercings aren't a problem where I work.

Tongue piercings heal quickly so long as you keep your mouth clean. However, if you've ever just bitten your tongue, you've probably noticed it swells. Imagine something going completely through your tongue. So, the swelling can be quite unpleasant, but that goes away eventually. You also want to make sure you have your tongue pierced in the correct place and that you use the correct size jewelery to avoid damaging your teeth/gums. So long as you do those things, tongue piercings are great.

I have my ear lobes pierces three times and my nose piercedI fainted

Yeah... apparently you're supposed to eat before piercings for a reason...

Buuut... I want my lip pierced, in the middle. And I was wondering how long you had to wait on average before it's okay to change the piercing, so I'd change it from the bar they did it with, to one of the clear plastic things that makes it less noticable. (I've finished school now, but my parents want me to get a job. apparently I can't get a job if I have obvious facial piercings...)
