I had an account on Quizilla but deleted it a couple of weeks ago. I hardly went on there and I really never posted my updates just a few chapters of my stories. They were on there for about a year and never got any attention. I would get on just to read a few stories that I liked but the authors would stop updating as well, so I just got rid of my account. Can't say I regret it.

About two years ago maybe a year and a half I was addicted to Wattpad, though over the months things seem to change. I mean love fan-fics and all the good stuff but there is was just horrible. It's one of those good plot horribly written stories that started taking over the site slowly. Not only that, it was really disorganized, you couldn't code the stories or anything. I had deleted my account once and got back one which is when I noticed the change, so I deleted my account for good this time. Not only that the ads that would take up most of the page and it would take forever to load. They didn't have any grammar rules (Which I love about Mibba) or anything. The stories were mixed in with journals and blogs and poems, it was really hard to find anything. To top it all off, if you're on it too long, like daily to update and read you would get viruses. So I 'dumped' the place.

I'm perfectly content with Mibba, I love it. Some of my closest friends I met through here. I actually found Mibba through a friend of mine at school so I decided to joine, haven't regretted it since. xD

So, this site launched recently. I went to high school with someone who's interning for it. Or the company behind it, or something. I'm not really sure. Thoughts, anyone?

It kind of weirds me out because it's like...corporate. I dunno. I like Mibba.

^ It sort of reminds me of a better organised version of wattpad.com.

^Yeah. Seems a bit like Inkpop too, which I never liked.

*Love your theme, by the way.

I just have to say... There is no site like any other because, admit it, we all love everybody's feedback on our writings. Whether it's honest or not, who cares! It's great to get feedback from real people that you can actually speak back to.

Also, the group stories! Other sites are just like, "write your own thing". But Mibba is like, "go ahead and have some fun and write stupid things with your friends or people you've never met before :)". A friend and I have some completely stupid story that people just seem to love cus it's stupid XP

And that's why Mibba is great. Whoa, I could write a whole essay on it, couldn't I? :]

The only sites I really use is mibba (of course!) fanfiction.net, and harrypotterfanfiction.com
I've been trying to explore other places to see where I feel most comfortable.
But somehow Mibba always takes me back.
    Everything here is splendid.
I love making my own layouts, I love the people here, and there are a lot of good stories here that have good grammar and good story lines, though some have been repetitive.
All in all, it seems that Mibba has everything in a fan fiction/original fiction site that I want and love.

    you're a star:
All writing sites are good for different stuff.

Quizilla - I use to really love quizilla. But than all the good authors moved here. You really can't find decent stuff there anymore. And I can't find old stories that I really use to love. It's been takin' over by badly written stories.

Fanfiction.net - I prefer this site for reading. They're are some amazing authors over there but most of the people are really rude. This one girl wrote a RPF and I reviewd and told her that her story was lovely but she should probably change it too Gabriella & Troy (It was a Zanessa fic) and she went absolutely bonkers. It was nuts!

Fictionpress - I've never really talked on the Forums over there. And generally don't review. Although, most of the stories over there are absolutely amazing. I'm sure it's the same as ffn though.

LiveJournal - I've only read a few fics on that site. I really only use it for graphics.

Mibba - I really like this site for the people. More so than the stories.
Actually Fictionpress is a great site to right on, and review. I've been reading there for a while and have made many great friends because of the fact that I reviewed their story. The authors can reply to your review, and answer questions you might have posed in the review.

Most of the really good writers just want feedback and they don't like mean spirited but I've never had anyone be rude to me because I took the time to review their story.

^ I like Fictionpress and Fanfic.net for the diversity of writing and writers they've got there - I think they have much more stories, in general, and a wider age-range for their writers - but I just that the look of the site. It just looks so...unfriendly, so generic. It looks really formal to me, and that makes me feel like it's not really a place to socialize at all. Unlike Mibba (and even sites like Quizilla) that definitely have that "social-site" vibe too. On Fanfic and Ficpress, I don't really want to get to know the writers, but on Mibba (and when I used to really use Quizilla) I always do.

i love mibba, but my parents get all of my emails and started reading some of the stories i subscribe to without telling me. now i have to delete my mibba acct, because they dont like the "mature content" on here. I am desperatly looking for another website to post my story, which i was just about to post on here. i want a website (besides fanfiction.net or mibba) that has lots of band fictions on it (stories written where a member(s) of the band or a singer or any famous person really is the main character(s) of the story). I love these kind of stories, and i love to get reviews and feedback so that is good too! please help me, desperate here. i am going to miss mibba so much! T.T

^I don't have any suggestions for you about other sites but I would highly recommend that you do not deactivate your account. Your only allowed one account ever on mibba; if you deactivate you can't make a new account later on. If your worried about your parents signing into your account, change your username and password (to something you'll remember, obviously) before you leave. Then if you ever can / want to come back, you'll be able to.

i have a wattpad. it's really awesome because you get a ton more reads there than you do in mibba. the only drawback is that there's no awesome layouts. because of both the pros and cons of each site, i have both! so, here's the link: click me!

I must say that while Quizilla can be a pain, it's the site that got me into writing Doctor Who fanfiction, which after about two/three years led me here.

And now instead of the bad stories I wrote there, I write stories that now the only thing is wrong with them is the occasional misspelled word, and missing comma. (Although my fics are still out of the ordinary, even for Doctor who)

I have to say that Mibba is the best there is out there. I have tried a lot of all of it, WEBOOK, QUIZILLA, WATTPAD, TEENINK, anything you can think of, a lot of other ones I can't remember. Nothing can beat Mibba.com!

I love Mibba, but as its blocked at school I'm looking into getting an inkpop or a wattpad. Mibba is great, and I love the family-knit closeness of it all, but I can't access it at school--which is where I do 99% of my writing/updating.

I love Mibba. I never really joined Quizilla but I did read stories on there a while ago, I've never joined any other writing site other then Mibba.

I've tried Fcitionpress and didn't enjoy it. It's not friendly and the overall layout look is not appealing, which makes it hard for me to focus on finding a story and reading it. Mibba is the best, but I've been here for like 3 years now and I think you should change the overall layout of the site every 3 or 4 years, I'm personally a little tired of this one. But it's good, I would just like to see a little bit more color other than blue and orange, but that's just my opinion :P

^We're getting a New Mibba, but it's been in progress for about three years or so now. We just have to wait for Dujo to finish it up.

I used to lurk around fanfiction.net, but I got bored and don't really go there anymore. Never found a site good enough to write on since I found Mibba.
