I'm the oldest out of my siblings.
I'm 17, my sister is 15, and my brother is 13.
We get along with each other pretty well since we're always stuck together.

But I suppose it has it's advantages. She gets called my name by teachers :lmfao
:lmfao My sister had her Year 7 day a few weeks ago and she came home and yelled at me because 5 teachers asked her if she was my sister. :con:
:lmfao My brother did that too.

^ I get people in my brothers year asking if I'm his sister.
    And I'm the eldest. :grr:

They walk past me like 'It's Jacks sister!' ::Ranting:

    ^ Same here
Once we had a sub. (she also helps out with the band so she knows me) and she called me Amber (my younger sister)
One girl in her grade came up to me one day and was like, "Your Amber's sister right?" Disgust

It bugs me even more when I've never even seen the kid before.
I mean, these children have been at this school for about 3 months, and about 2 months in they were saying it! Disgust

I prefer being the oldest because they tend to think you're a lot cooler than you actually are. :lmfao

    I'm the oldest of two.
There's me, and there's my little sister, Sam who's two years younger than me.
Sometimes I get treated like I'm the terrible teenager, and I get blamed for everything - when it's my sister who winds the shit up out of me. ¬_¬ Also, she's allowed to do shit loads more than I was allowed to do when I was her age.
    Good thing?
Uhm. I'm cosidered "special" cause I was my mum's first. I have to be more responsible, and I like the fact my little sister looks up to me alot, even though at times it can be a pain in the aaaass.

I have to cook for my sister a lot, it's amazing I haven't given her food poisining yet; I'm a HORRIBLE chef.
I don't really like that part of being the oldest.

Most of it, I find pretty enjoyable.

I'm the oldest of 3. Helena is 13, Annie 10.

Annie can be so evil sometimes.
She just tries to annoy me on purpose, which works. But I wish it didn't. xD
The other week Helena and I were scared by her, and I was like 'you're like that boy from 'The Omen'...you're Damien!" and then she started running after us. We ran away pretty fast actually. :lmfao
Me and Helena are always calling her the devil child.

I'm quite close to Helena, though. I think it's cos our ages are nearer. I can tell her stuff and she'll understand. I like my other sister, obviously cos she's my sister, but I reckon we'll be closer when we're older- she's just going through an annoying childhood stage.

As for being the oldest...it's alright. xD
Sometimes my parents treat me younger cos they're used to talking to my 10 year old sister and they forget. That really pisses me off and can be pretty embarrassing. :|

    I'm the eldest.

My brother's 3 and a half years younger than I am.

We fight nonstop, but whenever he gets picked on or anything I'm ready to hurt someone and vice versa....we look out for each other.

    ...yeah. :grr:

It's the same here. Except my little sister's friends don't worship anything I do.
They think I'm cool though. :tehe:
Before I got my hair cut, I went out to the kitchen where my little sister Nina and her friend were eating cereal, and my hair was in a messy ponytail and I was listening to my iPod, was wearing just a black tank top, skinny jeans, and my studded belt, and I got a granola bar and a cup of orange juice like any normal person, and when I left the kitchen I heard Nina's friend attempt to whisper (but failed epically) "You're sister's so cool!"

    I'm the oldest of four. I'm 20. Bobby: 17 Betsy: 15 Rachel: 12

It annoys the hell out of me sometimes. Bobby's never here. Betsy's the fashion guru, and Rachel sits on the computer all the time. It's why I write so much; I just want to sink into my dream world and not have to worry about all the things I have to do as the oldest child.

I'm the oldest out of three. I'm turning fifteen next month, my brother is thirteen and my half-brother is turning three in two months. My brother has asperger's syndrome and my half-brother had to have heart surgery. All my friend's and family and just people in general are all, "Jessica, can you do this and this and this by tomorrow?" or something and I can practically never say no unless it's family or really close friends and I always have to watch the other two because my parents want to go to the movies or something then I stay up until like four in the morning before I actually get some sleep which is why I always have bags under my eyes. Last weekend, my baby brother fell off his bed (the same weekend we made it into a 'big boy' bed) and I went in there to make sure he was okay. Also, just so he wouldn't wake anyone up since I was already awake, I calmed him down, put him back in his bed and ended up falling asleep on the most uncomfortable floor in the world because he didn't want me to go (he hates sleeping in his room if no one is in there with him).

I see nothing great about being the oldest out of my siblings. Or out of all my cousins on both sides of the family (I have an older 'cousin' on my step-dad's side of the family but I don't usually count that side of the family. If I do, I should still technically be considered the oldest because the guy acts like a fricking eight year old).

I'm 22, I have two younger brothers. Dan is 18 and Alex is 16.

Yeah, I deffinatly had it easier growing up than my brothers. Rules were much more lax. But, I guess that my parents saw how much of a slacker I was and made my brothers buckle down.lol.

I also never got grounded from anything. My brothers do. Or maybe that's not the rule thing. Maybe it's because I'm daddy's little girl. :P

I'm the oldest. My little brother is 12. When he was younger his friends used to think I was cool but then they got older and more 'mature'? (well as mature as a 12 year old gets, anyway) Soon they decided that I wasn't that cool after they looked at my iPod and found no Hannah Montana or whatever 12 year olds listen to. :tehe:
