  • The move was good! It was kind of big, but more so for me - cause I basically got my own place! It's pretty awesome!

  • Awe, I'm glad I inspired you! <3 I absolutely cannot wait to read to more. Crash seems to have a hold on me and I was thinking about it the other day. I'm sure your next update will be fantastic, just as you are! Clap

  • You bet. Pushing through, even if it kills us hahahaha....dear lord

  • How's the chapter re-write going? I am currently staring at everything that I should be working on - have been for the last hour - and am ready to throw in the towel for the night. I hope you're having better luck than me! Wink

  • That sounds like a really cool course. How many more assignments do you have to do until you're finished?

You're rewriting the first chapter again?? Haha! Oh you are too much. Well, if people don't like it then that's their problem. It's your story and ultimately, you're the one who has to be satisfied with it in order to continue with more chapters.

The weather isn't too bad here. We're at -6 right now which is pretty damn mild compared to what we usually have at the beginning of December. Usually we have a couple feet of snow and are in the -double digits. Our winter weather has been super weird this year.

  • A correspondence writing course?! That sounds really interesting. And seriously, when you get something published, I will be the first to buy it!

  • Umm...well we have certificates, diplomas, degrees and masters - it all depends on what you're taking. I'm not sure if there are different levels of certificates though. I would imagine so. I feel like you told me once already that you'd studied photography, I must have just forgotten! Yeah, doing something for yourself and that you enjoy might feel different when you have to do it for a living. That makes sense. Well, like I said before, if you ever have the opportunity to go back and have the money for it, I support you!

Thank you :) That means a lot coming from you, one of my favorites! (I wasn't fishing for compliments, by the way. I realize now that what I'd said might have come across as me wanting someone to tell me I was awesome or something, and that totally wasn't my intention, I was just whining lol) Those are words of wisdom, yes. That's a good idea.

I can't believe it's almost 2016! Honestly where the crap did the year go?!

  • I'm definitely going to, it's just a matter of applying and getting my transcripts sent over. And money. Money is big. But I'm going to be doing it distance, which means I really only need to pay for the registration and then one course at a time so fingers crossed! You have no idea what you'd take if you went back? I was going to suggest photography but you're already good at that so...Well if you ever do decide to go back, I support you!

Oh, that was totally me! Most of the year was spent thinking if I should even bother trying to write any more, if I was just wasting my time, and then I'd start to tell myself that my writing isn't that good anyway so maybe it's not worth it. Yep, I am that lame. But then I started telling myself that if I enjoy doing it, then what difference should it make? Writing is my outlet. The only one who can take that away from me is actually me, so I made myself stop whining. Inspiration is back (not for anything that I've already started of course) but the words just aren't there. Hopefully it happens soon. You're right though, sometimes we just have to push through.

And have patience. Which is the hardest part.

HAHA! Well I'm glad not hitting 50,000 was a celebration for you :P Though I can kind of understand that. Too much pressure. I didn't join NaNo - I thought of it but then I was like, if I can't even write half a page on a regular day, what will make the month of November any different? So nope, no NaNoWriMo for me and I'm pretty okay with it lol

  • Thank you so much for commenting on Trapped! I honestly meant to say something sooner, but I was a bit shocked because you've been one of my favorite fanfic authors for a really long times, so it really did mean a lot to me that you even read my story. So thanks so much! Hug

  • Thanks so much for your review! I instantly smiled once I saw that you did ^_^ I'm glad you liked it and that it wasn't too crazy. Since it's been so long, I don't even remember how I wrote the original one, so all of this is most definitely just coming off of the top of my head. I made it so long because I didn't want the chapter to be so bland. So, I hope others will like it. I know quite a few loyals will have to re-read to remember everything. I had to =P

  • Well I can't wait to see what you have in store for the sequel. And as much as I would love to see it as a standalone just to finally see what else was in Haylie and Zacky's future, I wouldn't like for you to hate your story for the third time. =P

I've been a fan of vampires since I was little, but I have to admit I did give in to the vampire craze when Twilight and all that came out lol.
I never really watched True Blood. I remember watching a couple episodes because my best friend made me and I just wasn't a fan of it at all.

I agree with you on the kidnapping stuff. It's so interesting but I would probably die if it ever happened to me hahah. =P

  • Well I'm very excited to hopefully get a sequel this time. I've been begging to see one for so long =P
Just take it one chapter at a time. Don't try to rush, or you could end up hating your beautiful story again.
Btw, your endings have never been shitty! =)

I agree, I might have to search for other stories to read. Or maybe go back to finish all the ones I stopped reading many updates ago lol. I kind of miss being able to get lost in a story after a long day.

Really? I'll definitely have to check it out at some point. I do recommend The Originals if you're into vampire stuff. I used to watch The Vampire Diaries but the drama between Elena and the brothers was getting annoying and eventually I started hating it. The Originals hasn't let me down yet and it didn't take long for me to catch up with the current season. =)

I was starting to lose interest in TWD as well, but this current season has brought my interest back. =)
First season of AHS is my favorite. I can't even begin to tell you how much I loved it. The rest of the seasons have been good. Though I wasn't a big fan of last season. This current one has been so good, it takes me back to the first season. I think once it finishes I'll definitely consider it a second favorite =)

I'm so close to finishing The Sopranos. I've started the fourth season but I can't find motivation to keep watching lol. I love mafia stories as well which is why I started watching in the first place. I'll have to finish it eventually =P

I agree with the kidnapping part though! lol =P

  • I drifted away from here a while ago. Work was getting so busy and I never had time to keep up with the stories I was reading. Besides, many of them either finished or weren't being updated... add that to my tumblr addiction, I just didn't have time for it =P
Now that you're back though, I'm sure that will definitely change.

I've never watched Heroes, though I've heard it's a very good show! Might give it a shot one day when I'm caught up with everything else haha.

I'm sure many of us missed you and your stories. I have no doubt you'll get back into that mindset when you hear us praise you on your stories. =)

This week and last I have been binge watching The Originals. I stopped watching about halfway through the first season, I don't even remember why but my best friend begged me to keep watching and so I did. I forgot how much I loved vampire stories lol!
I've also been trying to finish The Sopranos which is taking forever. Besides that it's just shows that I've been an episode or two behind on like Gotham, How To Get Away With Murder, AHS, TWD, Once Upon a Time.. I watch so many, it's hard to keep up. =P

  • Life totally took over! I don't even know how, I haven't been doing anything fantastic and I haven't been all that busy but...well, it is what it is. I've been okay though! Still working in the ER, where things are still chaotic as ever but I really wouldn't have it any other way. I'm possibly going back to school though! I'm thinking about it, at least, and hopefully within the next year or so. So that's new and kind of exciting. Not that I really love the idea of being in school again, with all the studying and papers and deadlines and student drama, but it's time I go back to further my degree. So we'll see.

Oh, I'm still writing. Trying to, anyways. The only 'active' story on here is Frailty, and I haven't updated in a couple months because I only have one more pre-written chapter and I refuse to update again until I have at least 2 more written...which is a problem because writer's block is kicking my butt. I started planning a couple originals as well, which I love, but just can't seem to get anywhere with anything. It's frustrating. Inspiration will hit again, I hope, but until then I'll just continue to sit and stare at what I need to work on and wonder if I should even bother lol

Where are you working now? I'm so glad you're getting back into photography and everything that you love! Isn't it crazy how not being able to be creative just make you feel like part of you is lost? I absolutely get that. I'm happy you're *fingers crossed* getting back into the groove of things! And I am so, so glad you're back to writing -- mostly because I'm selfish and want to read all your amazingness, but you know :P Did you join NaNaWriMo this year?

  • Tumblr can be very addicting! I have wasted so many hours of my life scrolling through my dash haha =P
I've recently tried cutting back on that so I can catch up on all the tv shows I'm behind on =)

It's honestly so good to have you back. I'm sure you'll stay this time =)

Btw, I'll be reading the first chapter of CIM as soon as I'm home from work. I can't wait! =D

  • Hello!!

So...I feel like an arse. I haven't been on here in what seems like forever (I actually could not for the life of me remember my password, even, how the crap did that happen) and feel like I've neglected people. Your update was actually the only thing to bring me back onto this site in a good long while. So I'm here now to apologize for being absent and awful, and to tell you that I hope you've been well! Catch me up on what's been going on with you!

I also see you have another story up that I haven't seen, which I need to read the crap out of. Right now. <333

  • I'm so sorry I'm super late with this reply. I haven't checked my email in quite a few days and haven't really been on mibba in ages!
But I'm so glad to see you back! =)

Procrastination? You? I highly doubt it! =P

(Seriously, I love you too! <3)
