I hope I don't sound like a bitch too much, but I felt like the ending was a letdown. I mean you had so much romance and drama going on between these three, and then suddenly she sees Jordan in the crowd for her show, he's backstage afterwards and all is forgiven? I mean I understand that him being there is a big deal and all because this was her premiere in America, but the way you had woven this story was so amazing and complex that it grabs people, but the ending, it just doesn't feel like it fits.
Sorry if I come off like a bitch. I just fell inlove with this story and loved seeing a new update email and this ending just doesn't feel like it really tie everything together. Again sorry if I sound like a bitch in my message.
I'm soo glad Jordan showed up! :) It made me really happy and I can't wait for the next update to see what Jordan's going to say! Sometimes I think I forget that these stories aren't real...
oh my goodness, all the chaos being described back there made me really interested, i didn't even care that it could be the most boring thing in the world, but i wanted to know what happened. and then to see that he was there made me just go yes! I want them to work so badly that i feel like i know her and feel her pain. love it. -S
LOVED this chapter!! It made me miss dancing SOO much - it's been two years since I've been onstage for a dance competition or recital and this story always makes me miss it!
And YEAH! JORDAN CAME!! :) I was worried for a bit there that he wouldn't show up, but they are too perfect for each other to stay apart!
Omg! That was just fantastic!! I don't know a whole lot about dance, but while reading this, I can clearly picture everything (cause I've studied cause I love watching dancers lol). The little girl was just precious... and the ending- perfect!
Aw, poor Sveta. Jordan needs to get his head out of his ass! Just saying...
But this was so good to read. As a dancer, it's frustrating to read stories that have to do with dancing where the author obviously knows nothing about what it really is like.
And haha, there are 11 recomendations. Jordan's number!
I love it a lot it got a little confusing with the constant switches of point of view. But at the same time having you not say that it was one character right off the bat made me really get into the detail and really allow myself to fall into the story.
This chapter was absolute perfection, in every sense of the word. I love this story, and it always excites me whenever I see it's been updated for this exact reason. Your characters never lose their personalities, and no matter what situation you've placed them in they never do anything that would be out of character. It makes them so real and that makes the story even better.
I love how Jordan was with his parents in this chapter - even over the phone you get an incredible sense of how close his family is - and I loved Henry's advice as well as "I was able to bag your mother so I ain't too shabby myself" - it was the perfect humor to sprinkle in with this chapter! And Sveta finally talking to her mother and asking for advice was wonderful too - I understand how hard it can be to get advice like that, because my mom and I are close, but not close at the same time, so it's easy for me to identify with her trepidation at calling her mom.
