Working on finishing this story up, so there's an update in the works right now :]
However, I will admit, I started writing this slightly a long time ago, before my writing had really gone through any improvement, so the entirety of the story is a bit too similar to those stories and not very well written, you're right.

    ^Agreed.
The hospital scene, where Frank is in the bed reminds me of Speak.
So does the part where he goes into the closet and screams into his thickest piece of clothing.
Anyway, that's beside the point. This story is heartbreakingly bleak.
As a reader, you just want everything to get better.
You have an amazing talent for writing chapters that are absolutely full of emotion.
It makes reading an experience, not just a way to kill time.
    Bravo :]

Oh my God, it was amazing. Have you read 'Speak' or 'Catalyist' by Laurie Halse Anderson? This reminds me of that story in a good way. Kind of like a boy version. It's very good, sometimes I thought I was reading a reall book!

I know that this might be too late, but I couldn't read this and not leave a comment.
It was mind-blowing, and I'm glad that I found it. You are an amazing writer, and I just want you to know that this story made an impact on me.

    I- I miss this.

It's been so many months since you've continued with updating this story. And after finding your screen name today, I realize how much I just miss it. Miss the feeling that it gave me; miss the characters and your amazing ability to write so beautifully and realistically. And I just miss it. I do advise looking at adding more to it sometime soon. Because it was so incredible. But, I'd rather not go into detail with that right now, because it'll end up me reviewing the whole story, and I have to do something right now. But I just felt like letting you know I still love this story extremely.

... And that I do remember and miss it.

This is the first story I've come across in so long that has brought me physically to tears.
I can't explain in words how everything written has made me feel, but one thing I can say, is that you have talent, and a whole heap of it too!
    *steals talent*

This is amazing and I really feel for Frank Cry

    I can't even begin to explain..Anything.
I feel like I just had a heart attack of some sort.
I spent nearly two days to finish it all, and it makes me want more.
Your writing makes my heart jump up, over, and through loops.

Anything that I've ever read by you makes me think so much it hurts.
Reading anything by you is like my heroin, and i'm addicted.
    Thank you.

I spent the last 2 days reading this. And I regret not reading it any sooner. You are fucking talented. You probably get that a lot, but its true. It doesn't even feel like im reading. More like im seeing into somebody's thoughts, or somebody's life. It's incredible. Update this when you can?

    Amazingly well written, dear. :arms:
It's so heartbreaking, but I just can't stop reading.
I don't like how Frank is being treated, but yet, it's the kind of thing that grabs your attention and you want to know more of.

Again, amazing job, and I'm looking forward to more.

How? How is it possible? You write of awful things. Your words are so draining; they suck my emotions right out of my heart and leave a pit there; but it's the most inspiring pit of sorrow anyone could ever feel. My head is churning under the skin and I feel very dizzy, very weak with forgotten laughter under a shower of sprinklers back years ago. How can that be possible? How can you write such horrible words... but they make me so filled with pleasure and dry air at the same time. It takes a genius to make a reader buckle at their knees thanks to a couple paragraphs. I'm not crying; nearly, but not quite. Either way, a trauma is growing in my brain and it's composed of your words and emotions.

Zero is waiting for me, back in my closet. I ditch my homework completely. Outside, it’s raining again, sloshing the snow away and making the roads so muddy that cars are getting into accidents everywhere, with their tires sinking into the wet dirt like they’re drowning in their own graves. My parents crawl into their own cave and hibernate for the night. My sister is wherever. I sit in the confined space of my closet and shoot myself back to childhood. I hug Zero so close it almost feels like he’s hugging back. His fur is wet and soggy on my chin and it takes a minute to figure out why it feels wet. My cheeks stain with the paths of the tears, looking like rivers and creeks flowing down my skin. I want to feel like I’m four years old again. It is a secret, almost as bad as the first; the exact kind of secret you don’t even tell your closest friend. You keep it so deep down inside of you that you can physically feel it eat away at your insides.

That had to be my favorite selection from the whole chapter. I felt like Zero connected very well with the concept of this chapter, and the stuffed creature seemed so admirable, the way Frank was able to think back about being with the thing, and the imagery of it being there, and all. I dunno. Maybe it's how Frank reacts to it. I just wanted to point out that I really liked Zero in there.

And Frank's meeting very strongly reminded me of the time I met with a therapist. Fuck, I have another meeting tonight. Man. I wish I'd get medication to not be so down all the time, and Frank could use some too; only if it'd help him. You have no idea how strongly I feel for Frank. It's awful.

I adore this story, the emotion inside it is so intense and in the last chapter it's brilliant the way you didn't try to spread the narrative too thinly by trying to portray anyone's emotions except Frank's.

I feel like telling you "this story is amazing" again. You haven't updated in a while, and that's fine; you're busy with other things or something. But I re-read it. And I love it as much as always goes.

I want to see Gerard's reaction,
