    I apologise for the late reply! And I'm sorry for the confusion. A lot of my stories are a bit too influenced by postmodernist discourses which hardly ever make sense XD. Thank you for reading and yes, those films are gems :)

    This was a really interesting story. It was confusing, but in a good way because it kept me so intrigued the entire time. It was definitely unpredictable, which is great because I'm sick of reading the same story over and over again, but with slight variations. On a side note, I love Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle.

    Ah, this story. I think this was one of the very stories that brought me back to Mibba. :) I really loved it. The whole thing was amazingly written with a beautiful plot and wonderful characters. And...you know you posted the last chapter on my birthday? November 2nd. Ah. <3

    Now chapter 2.why didn't I just commented it with the above comment?

    Honestly? I will admit I was surprised. Because of your writing style, I ignorantly assumed the time it was set in. I was wrong XD Anyway, it's good because I can relate more to the protagonist because of her uncertainty towards her future (this year, I'm studying to be a nurse. eeek). And, ah. We also finally learn her name - Rose. Though, I think this was stated earlier (not sure?) but my favourite line would have to be "My name is Rose and I have no thorns to protect me."

    That's just... asfjkl;. Love it.

    Okay. First things first, just letting you know - I am lame. Why? Because I was meant to read this story ages ago but ack I never finished it nor commented. Sorry. So I'm reading this now. Also, I tend to comment on each and every chapter, so you might receive massively annoying 26 consecutive comments from me (though I'll try to condense my silly ramblings). Again, I'm sorry. ><

    Chapter 1:

    I must say I liked the summary and how you contrasted the two main characters. Especially the sentence 'He has been denied love / I have denied it'. From that, I can see how this is related to Beauty and the Beast, but at the same time your own.

    Okay, onto chapter one. Like you said, even though it was a prologue, I can already see snippets of the protagonist's character. To me, she seems like a bit of an escapist, recluse, almost. Though I don't know why yet, I'm curious. Also, I liked how you described the relationship between a reader and books. Because for me, it's true. And the line 'For a few moments you could imagine you were feeling those things but who to share your joy with?' strikes me. Because in the end, a book is just a book.

    Okay, I'll stop now. This comment is too long, aha. ><

    Wow, to think I just discovered this story. It was just amazing. I'm sad it's over, but I loved every minute of it(:
    That fairy tale-esq perspective was brilliant. Any sequels, perhaps?(;

    So i loved those. It was great. I have to admit that I was lost most of the story but the ending clarified everything. To be frankly honest, the last chapter was utterly breathtaking. :)

    Ha, I'm only on chapter one and I had to write this. ^^

    I can sort of relate to the character already. You're very talented. And, yeah, your obsessed with Beauty and the Beast! B&B rules!
