Onto the update. Dominic was being so sweet (like always) in this chapter! I adore it. Wanting her to be pregnant with his child later on is probably the most romantic thing I've heard in a long time. Granted, she oughtta be married first like he said, but still.

Okay. So when I first clicked on this story I didn't know what to expect, but it had a good rating so I figured I'd give it a shot. Honestly, at first I thought it was going to be a load of shit. All that corny, cheesy, over-exaggerated shit.
But it's not. No where near it, actually. At first it totally remind me of Perfect Chemistry, even beofrr I read the author's note!!!
Seriously, this is really great. I like how Carmen is the one from the streets. And how she's strong, sexy, sarcastic, and she knows what she wants. She looks out for others despite being hardened by the streets. I would think that someone like that would only think for and about themselves. But she cares and the Wilsons, she OBVIOUSLY cares about Dom lol, and matt too when she sends him away when she sees Miguel(?) packing.
Don't even get me started on Dom. Or Matt. They are both just too cute for words :)
And I love how she doesn't forget where she came from. She doesn't get swept up in everything given to her.

I'm like Carmen. I don't like to cry. I don't cry often. I don't do emotions or heart-to-hearts, or anything mushy or remotely like it. But I teared up--not only once but TWICE while reading this story. Hot damn girl, you are an amazing writer!!!!

The whole Mexican gang wanting her back thing has me on edge. I don't know when they're going to show up next. Guns, knives, pipes, whatever. I'm just thinking of all the bad things! Greg getting shot while trying to bust up the gang. Or Dom getting hurt trying to protect Carmen(since we all know he's stubborn and a bit pig headed and testosterone loaded even though he secretly has a vagina ;] ) Seriously making me anxious!!!!!! I want Greg to drive her to school in the cop car lol
