I like your story, but I'm a little confused. Generally, when a parent can not be there for their children, family and children services step in and put them in foster care until a better situation can be prepared. I'm interested to see how things turn out.

Nice use of humor here. It really lightened up the serious buisness, heart breaking, stomach clenching fear tone you had. I like how this girl's mood can be so easily brightened. It's refreshing. (:

Okay, so I think last time that I read this, I commented on chapter two, so it should be interesting to read what happened beforehand.

I really liked the opening at football practice. Working for a college football team, the scene felt very familiar and real to me. Though I'm not sure about high school practices, but college practices last way over an hour.

I loved the sort of obvious awkward uncomfortable-ness in Jenna's interaction with Jake, though I would admit that I would've liked to have seen her a little more, I don't know the right word, into him towards the beginning of it, then like, immediately turned off as soon as he mentioned sex. I just got the impression that she was immediately sort of standoff-ish towards him, and it didn't really click with me because in like, the paragraph before, she was talking about how she liked Jake even though Mercedes was against it. Anyways, it's not a big deal, just something I noticed =D

The confrontation between Puck and Jake was well done, but I feel like it needed a little something more, like, something more provoking if you get what I'm saying. I also liked that you described Finn as being a gentleman when he first appears, and that characterization holds true as he guides Jenna away.

Anyways, I thought this worked well as an introduction to this story. I liked that I was immediately thrown into the drama, and I loved how the guys stood up for poor Jenna. Nice job!

I love the story! I just started watching Glee today, and I looked up Glee and I opened this. But I really love it.
