i really enjoyed how you wrote this chapter and how sloan and max were together...it reminded me of your other stories! i hope this isnt a story about how she cheats too. ah...i hope she is okay or will get better. sloan and max forever!!! :)

No one was holding Max accountable and instead of being happy for him, it had made me want to just punch him in face. Irrational, of course. But alcohol makes rational people do and think some crazy things. - - Sloan, while she is his wife, still feels like his biggest fan. The way we all feel only way, way bigger.

I have to admit that I'd somewhat enjoyed it. Okay...so I'd enjoyed it a lot. It had been so forbidden and so scandalous. The threat of being caught in such a compromising position only adding to the excitement that I'd felt when he'd finally caved in and kissed me back. I still tingle at the mere thought of it. - - Ahhhh so that’s what kissing Eric Tangradi is like.

And just when I'd attempted to apologize for ever putting him in a situation like that, he'd jumped up from the edge of the pool, dumped both of our drinks onto the grass and had practically dragged me inside. Giving Max shit for ever letting me get into such a drunken stupor and ordering him to 'keep an eye on your girl!'. - - Awww – I confess to really liking him. This was a very mature thing to do.

You know how you always preach to me about 'everything in moderation'? How come you never follow your own rules?” - - Seems to me if she followed the rules, she wouldn’t be with you buddy. She was 17 if I remember correctly – not legal Max.

“And I think this is far more than just drinking too much,” he says, and pulls the now half empty bottle away from my face and screws the cap back on. “You've been sick a lot, Sloan. Nearly every day...several times a day...for more than two months now.” - - hrm…

Fuck them,” he interjects. “I don't give a shit about that. There's things that are more important than hockey. Things that have to come first. You and the baby are those things. You mean more to me than some fucking sport.” - - OK really Max? If that were true, wouldn’t you have called her before you signed on the orange dotted line? – Wait am I being Phoebe again? Sorry.

You know what I was thinking? What would be a lot of fun? If you took me upstairs and threw me on the bed and ravaged me!” - - Look woman you just puked all over the driveway. He had to clean it off of you. I wouldn’t fuck you either. No offence.

“Kissed me. Well I kiss him. But that's neither here nor there. He was a good kisser, too. But not as good as you. Nowhere near as good as you.” - -WOW – well sloan – you’re nothing if not honest. (At least when you’re drunk)

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this chapter. I love where you picked up. Max was sweet, but I can’t help but thing he has a sense of reality that bends with what is working for him at the moment. Can’t believe she told Eric. I never would have told. But then again, I’m not married. Loved this chapter.

Oh and can I just say another Good For Eric, not taking advantage of the situation. Kinda wish he did though.

hmmm what could be wrong with Sloan? I like seeing Max be tender with Sloan, but their problems are obviously still not fixed...i'm sure Eric will be back. ;)

Oh man she just told Max a little bit of what went down. I hope Max doesn't go all angry on Eric. I loved the chapter! Just having Max take care of drunk Sloan lets everyone know that he still loves her more that anything and it makes me smile. I sort of feel bad for wanting Sloan and Max to get it on now because of this moment of Max taking care of her and making sure that she will be alright in her drunk state. I can;t wait to read what is going to happen next! <3

She better be glad she's drunk or else he'd be pissed right now.

this story brightens my day when i see an update! gosh i love this story. I hope Max doesnt just pretend what sloan said is not real due to her being intoxicated. by sloan not thinking to tell max about her kiss makes her somewhat worse than what max did. cant wait for the next update.

Oh Max, there is no denying that what Sloan is saying is the truth. The fact that she's drunk (or half drunk? lol) makes it even more of a reason for Max to believe what she just confessed to him. You know what they say, a drunken mind speaks sober thoughts. Another great update, I can't wait for the next one :)

Sure, we have a lot of vets and proven winners on the squad, but we don't have Max and Rupper. We don't have any personalities that can match theirs. Everyone that's left is ultra serious or just doesn't have that same level of 'give a fuck' or they're so caught up in their own game and padding their own stats that teamwork isn't even on their list of priorities. - - Yeah I'm pretty worried about this to be honest.

The organization will regret it. They'll realize what they'd lost when the season starts up and they don't have those personalities in the locker room any more. When they see just how much chemistry has been lost and how employee morale has been disrupted. - - THis totally concerns me. Stop being so deep Tangradi K?

Who the hell does something like that? Spray paints shit on your driveway and vandalizes your property? Tucks notes threatening bodily harm against your wife and your kid into your mailbox? That's just some sick shit right there. - - Wait till he leaves Philly if you think that's bad - and you ought to know mr. Philly boy.

How do I know if the sex is really that amazing if I don't have anything to compare it to?” - - She may be drunk, but I think think that's a perfectly rational question ;-)

All words escaping me as she grabs me by the front of the shirt, roughly pulls me into her and captures my mouth with hers in a rough, greedy kiss./i] - - Oh lord way to end it when I'm dying to know what's going to happen. Does he stop her, does he feel her up, does max catch them, come on!!!!!

Loved this. I'm sorry, but I'm just not on Max's side here. I know it's not cool to want people to have an affair, but christ if anyone deserves it she does. I hope he jumps her. Ultimately I want her with Max, but I really think her and Tangradi click in a way that she needs right now.

How about another update?

That's cool, I was just confuzzled! I will shortly return the favor with my maiden voyage into the fanfic madness ... no sex for a little while, though, ha ha.

Okay, I'm not getting it. I read "Got You Where I Want You," read this ... why is there no back story on why Max banged the stripper? It just comes out of nowhere. There's some with Sloan making out with Tangradi (upcoming grudge fuck?) but none with Max. To be honest, Sloan's behavior with Tangradi is definitely much more cheating to me than Max with a stripper. Possibly a back story in a future chapter? Please?

Oh--also more sex. ;)
