False Pretenses - Comments

First off, I want to point out this line before I forget. XD Let's see if you can see the slight error:
'I'd went in and cleared Lyss' name the best I could, though I knew she and Brian would probably still have tons of problems from it, but I also knew they could work through them.'
Do you see it? XD I laughed when I saw it, because you had it close with the rhyming, but, yeah. :P Who's Brian? XD
My stomach dropped halfway through reading the new update. I guess because I really didn't want it to happen. But it did, and I knew it would eventually.
It wasn't until this line, though, that you gave the newsflash:
'"I let you move into my house," he said. "I dumped every girl I had for you. I fucking filed for DIVORCE for you," he said, shouting the word divorce at me. "All to be screwed over in the end."'
Bam did SO much for her. I would literally cry if he did this in real life, right now, for one girl. Because... it would show that he cared about her, a lot. Like you depicted in this story with his feelings for Jayde. And Jayde honestly had no idea what she was doing until the moment came upon her.
So I'm not going to say she deserved it. But I will say she was naive, and should've thought things through better before everything just... exploded, like it did.
And NOVAK... I mean... REALLY? He just annoyed me with being there. He made things worse then they needed to be. I mean, granted, he didn't really join the conversation, but yeah. It would've been better for Jayde if he wasn't there.
This chapter was very sad. The saddest one yet, I believe. :( Now the secret is out, fully, and everyone knows the truth. I just want everything fixed again now. lol. :'(



But I'm sure it'll be a while before that will happen. But gosh... and I also just realized how far along this story is. Not too much farther from now and you'll be at 50 chapters! It seems like this just started!
Great new update, though. Can't wait for more! :D

I guess it's best that Lyss exposed the blog to Ryan herself, just between the two of them. It's better than waiting and him finding out through Jayde at The Note. And it's good it wasn't in front of a lot of people, either.
I really hope Ryan gets to Bam on time, because I'd hate to see him go through that. He deserves the decency of Jayde just telling him herself. I wonder how he'll take it. Ryan didn't take it too well, but you can't blame him. What's to come of him and Lyss now?
You have me anticipating the next update, wondering what's going to happen. :o

So Lyss told Ryan, Ryan is pissed, Lyss is preventing Bam from being humiliated tomorrow night, I think tht there isn't goin to be no more Ryan and Lyss but Lyss understands if Ryan doesn't want to talk to her or see her again....can't wait to read more update as soon as u can :)

I mean, I know she only wants to protect herself with Bam and all, but does she not care about Lyss? Did she not hear a word that Lyss said?!!
Who knows what could happen with her now?! :( This could stress Lyss out even more, which is not good.

Oh my gosh! So Lyss is pregnant. And she didn't lose the baby. :')
I'm so glad that she didn't. :) And also that nothing else really serious is wrong with her. She just has to keep the stress on the downlow.
And aww... I could just picture the look on Ryan's face when he realized that he's going to be a father. :'( And this is the look that crossed my face as soon as I read that:



Because it was just... such a heartfelt moment for him. Awww.... :)
Great, amazing update. I really hope Lyss doesn't stress out. And I'm hoping that Jayde will hold off on exposing the site and all for her. I mean, she is her friend, so she will, right? She was concerned when Lyss went to the hospital.

I had a feeling that Lyss may have been pregnant...now just to wait and find out if she is or isn't or if she's had a miscarriage. :c
I hope that Novack does lay off for a bit, at least until they know Lyss is alright....and I'm still hoping a little that Jayde stops the blog, but still tells Bam about it, because I think that their relationship is strong enough that they can make it through.
