I just found this story and I like it but what's with the in depth description of every piece of a characters body. Lighter than chocolate eyes, petite frame, rows of white teeth. I mean there's nothing wrong with describing them in maybe one paragraph. But it's too much. How many rows of white teeth can a person have? How many times can you describe the main character as, tiny, petite? We know this but, it keeps getting thrown in there. I don't get it??

I finally managed to read this entire mini novel and get all caught up! Even though it's like, half four in the morning

I'll start from the beginning and just ramble my way through his huge comment. XD

I love the title, it's so romantic and cute and ahhh *sigh* As is the banner!

I really liked that you started it off with Senoma as a little girl in Russia, little details like that make me smile. Zack was adorable with her when they were younger, answering all of her questions. She was so excited, bless her! And, even though Zack was an asshole to her, I like that you made him out to be a sulky teenager, that's what happens to most boys.

I've said this to you before, but I love the cookies and milk thing, it's so cute! And even now, when they're older, he doesn't forget

I LOVE RAURY! She reminds me a lot of myself In fact, this whole story reminds me of my time in high school, I feel so old! I only wish I had a hot, romantic boyfriend like Brian I hope Jimmy doesn't break her heart, but I can see it coming. Poor lamb. Love can be a wonderful thing, but it can also tear you a new one, too.

Speaking of Brian, is it just me that finds him too good to be true? It seems like all he wants from her is sex. In the beginning, he was very sweet and romantic, but now that they're older and the harsh realities of life are getting in the way of his sex life, I think maybe he may start to get a little bored. It started with Darbi - I don't believe for one second that he wasn't flirting with that girl - and I fear it's happening again with this mysterious "Mitch." I remember what you told me about what's gonna happen, all I can say is, you better run, Brian!

I'M SO HAPPY YOU USED THE JOHNNY WEARING A DRESS IDEA! That made me laugh so much! I love Johnny and Lacey, they're adorable! And I'm really excited to find out the baby's name!

I agree with HanerJoy. I hope that Brian's not doing something stupid. I worry that he has saved someone in his phone under a fake name so that Senoma doesn't catch on. Fingers crossed that I'm wrong.

So, this is lovely. Very lovely. I adore how it isn't set in America [right off the bat] like every other Avenged fanfiction is. It's new - and, honestly, refreshing. I've only read chapter one [and, moving on to chapter two because I've taken a liking towards this fic] Great job - this is really good.

She's right, he's wrong. The end. He needs to grow up and realize that having someone live with him means some things change. He owes her an apology. Douche.

I feel so awful! I have read this in its entirety, and I never commented. Jeez. I fail at life. Lol.

So, honestly, I love Brian and Senoma. They are amazing together. I think the cookie thing is adorable. I actually said "Awe" out loud when they shared their first kiss. The relationship has its ups and downs, as all relationships do, and I think you balance the blame quite well. She seems to overreact sometimes, but she IS young, and Brian doesn't seem to take certain things seriously enough. (The Darbi situation is a perfect example of both these things; he should have understood why she was worried, and she should have had a bit more trust.) We won't even talk about the wreck...all I could do was scream at Brian for being a moron.

I actually like Raury and Jimmy, too. It's dysfunctional, but still. Raury is so great. I had a friend just like her when I was in high school. Lol.

Johnny and Lacey = too perfect. I laughed out loud at Johnny having to go to the "vag doctor." Bless his heart.

I really hope you update soon! I didn't realize how long it had been since you have! I need to know her full reaction to Brian asking her to move in with him!!!!!!!!

I love this chapter. I would have acted like Senoma's parents. Because I would haveing trust problems letting Brian take her out again, knowing he had the stupid idea of driving drunk.

I've just read every chapter of this story today and I can only say that I'm completely in love with it!
Every character is amazing. Brian and Senoma have an amazing relationship; and they've been together for so long...! I must admit I was worried about Darbi when she first appeared, but now I'm even more worried because of this last chapter. He should have pulled over to prevent the crash from happening. He was stupid, and I really, really hope there wasn't any serious damage :/
Lacey and Johnny are also super cute, and thankfully he's taken well to the pregnancy news. Zacky is also an adorable older brother, even with all the fights he had with Brian. Can't say the same thing about Matt, though... he really pissed me off when he didn't stand up for his sister. Raury is also an incredible friend, and one of my favorite characters. I love her personality and I can't help but hope that she'll end up with Jimmy!

I can't wait to read this and I can't wait to see what happens to Senoma!!! Brian why did you do that to her?? Now she is gonna be hurt and I don't know how bad...I just need to know what is oging on!!

So I told myself that I was going to read this in stages, after I'd read the first ten chapters...well that didn't happen. Read it all in one go because I had to know what was going to happen next. You really have a gift with keeping a reader interested. I haven't read Syn Gates fanfiction like this in a long time, and it was really great that you captured that magic again for me. And by that I mean I used to read it all the time and this totally reminded me why.

Like I said, every chapter ended with me wanting more and that is so important. Raury is by far my favourite character - I just love all the dimensions to her. She's a real person when I'm reading this and I love how she's grown through it all because I wasn't that fond of her at first.
Senoma reminds me of one of those girls in high school who are totally obsessed with love for their S.O. Personally, I can't relate however I know plenty of girls like this so in that sense, you've got her pretty well pegged. I quite like how their relationship has managed to last this long though, considering Brian being on the road and Senoma in high school. It's actually really nice to see, and they aren't totally riddled with silly arguments either. I'm very intrigued as to the whole Darbi thing though. I have a niggling feeling that it's not over - Brian flirting with other girls is a bit worrying.

I do have a couple of little critiques for you though. The first five or so chapters could use another proof-read, and I think you need to be quite careful with what music you're using because you're sticking very closely to a timeline. Like Shots definitely wasn't out till 2009, for instance. It'll just help give the story more authenticity, you know? Also as a story editor, I do have to ask you to remove the links throughout the chapters, I think up until the prom chapter.

Other than that, I love this story and you definitely have me hooked! So glad you linked me to this.
