I just recently read this and, while I'm normally a silent reader, there's something about this one.
I just love it. I love how well it's written and the storyline. The characters are wonderful and it's just great.
You have a beautiful thing going on here, keep it up. :)

I love this story. I honestly can't get enough of it.
I think that you should write about Steve Downie in your other story. There aren't any stories about him, and I'm a diehard Bolts fan. Or Erik Gudbranson, Brayden Schenn, Luke Schenn or Max Talbot. I can't ever get enough of those boys. :)

Is it cheesy to say I totally cried reading the latest chapter? Between Sid getting hit (which all I could picture while reading it was the video of him ACTUALLY getting hit), them losing the game, and all of Kris emotions, it was a really sad chapter. Amazing, but sad. I can't wait to see how/when Lux tells Kris about the transplant, and how he takes it!

Oh my god she knows. LUX KNOWS. I'm going to go ahead and say that this is my favorite to date. Seriously. Just the entire emotions surrounding the chapter were beautiful, yet heartbreaking at the same time. I mean, you really get a feel for how much the team loves her when she was at first talking with Jordan (which btw, OMFG HE KISSED HER. I know it was probably meant as a friendly kiss, because he was all excited that he's cleared to practice, but STILL) and later on with Max :) Going back to the whole LUX KNOWS thing, I could not imagine how it would feel to have your entire life flash before my eyes like that. Or just knowing that everything she's gone through in life has led her up to this one moment, with this one man.

Can't wait for another chapter.

So I'm reading this during the second intermission of the Pens/Wings game and I don't know if you know this but KRIS KISSED LUX. HE KISSED HER ADHDJYDKFUKFUFJFU. Okay, I'm done being obnoxious now haha. As you can probably tell, I'm happy he kissed her. I also loved how you incorporated the Pens and Paws video in the chapter. Kris with animals is so cute :)
