Once again, about the narration, sometimes too much. You can tell the story without the narrator interjecting, though its a bit Austenesque

awwww Eddy! both creepy and adorable. isnt it strange for a driver to hand a young army brat/socialite his number despite his married status? i get how it plays into the story though, and this noah fellow has a twin, huh? hmmm.

Maybe consider revising the last paragraph of "The Beginning" or cutting it out? Considering the overall tone of the story, it sounds kind of corny, though no one loves rhetorical questions as much as I do. Majority of the readers are already hooked in by "The Question" anyway, so it probably doesn't matter. But as far as criticism goes, that's all I can offer. You don't want to give too much away too early.
