I adore this. B & Tyler really love each other. I can almost imagine Tyler vowing to give up things until he's the type of role model he wants for his son, who no doubt will worship the ground he walks on.

I love love love them. And their realness. They both deserve to be happy and we all know they're only going to be happy together. Lord, I hope they work out.

Tyler's side really showed how concerned he was for B and the baby's health. Also I like how his dad didn't sugar coat the fact he was mad that B got pregnant twice and proceeded to either ignore the pregnancy or cheat on her. I hope that they reconcile, because I love how they're flawed characters with actual problems yet you end up rooting for them.

They definitely need some sort of intervention because they aren't ready. They're practically children themselves, have never done this before, and have a slew of other problems, but people find ways to make this kind of situation work all the time. On that note, I think the way they're acting is completely understandable (not condonable, but understandable). I'm no psychologist and I don't know what your intentions were, but I feel like Tyler really does care about B and the baby despite how he acts. I think he's just really overwhelmed by everything and he's projecting his insecurities and feelings onto B in a negative way. I definitely love what you're doing with this and I can't wait to see where you go with it.

B should go home, where her brother and Coellie are on her side to sort things out. This might even involve getting Tyler's parents in on this so they can try to get his priorities straight, and convince him that no matter how he and B turn out romantically he has to learn that he can't go and do whatever he pleases and needs to put this baby's needs above his own wants. Hopefully the separation will make Tyler realize that he loves B and the baby, and show that he's been acting like a little kid and that he wants this baby. As for gender, I'm with most of the past posters on wanting a girl, because if he found out it was a girl, it might kick in the over-protective-dad gene and he'd see that if some guy treated his daughter like he treats B at times, he'd be threatening them for hurting his little girl. Plus it would force Tyler to really put the baby above himself as Tyler and his son would have so much similar that it wouldn't be as much of a sacrifice. With a girl, he would be switching things like video games and action figures for dolls and tea parties, a much bigger change and test of what he values more, his own social agenda or the baby's happiness and his relationship with B.

Oh. My. Gosh. Well...at least Tyler didn't hit her back. But his words definitely cut like a knife. Maybe B would be better off going back home and doing this with her family. Because Ty obviously isn't digging the whole kid thing and B is.

Either way...a baby Segs would be adorable! A boy would be cute because he could become a Mini Tyler (Lord help us) and a girl would be precious because she'd be his little princess. And I agree with Katieeelove. Given how their relationship has been in the past, maybe having a daughter would make Tyler grow up a little bit and go "Wow. If anyone treated my daughter like that, I'd probably be in prison." I know I would prefer a girl because I love daddies and daughters. They're so just "awwww" LOL. It makes me think of when I was little and would hold my dad's hand walking anywhere (down the street, through a parking lot...didn't matter) and I'd always skip. And that's just adorable to me to see other little girls do the same thing.

So there's my food for thought. :) I really love this story. It's so different than other stories out there so it's refreshing to read! And they seem like real people who encounter real situations/problems in life rather than the players and families who get put on pedestals.

I'd like a girl just to see how Tyler interacts with her and deals with a baby girl after how he had treated B in the past. Like now he has his own daughter and how he would feel about some guy doing that to his kid (if that makes any sense). But a boy would be lovely too :) As for the rest of the story, I love it. Of course he had to do something that's eventually going to blow up in his face.

I thought B was a great character, even before the last chapter. This has quickly become one of my favorite stories. I absolutely love what you're doing with it.

I've loved B from the get go. I know what it's like to be in a haze. To come out of it, you become a bitch until you get another hit/high. Plus, she's real. She's someone you could see walking down the street. I'm interested in seeing how this goes. Subscribing!

Yes. That's what I'm talking about. I never really disliked B, but now it all makes sense. This was what you really needed. Bravo. Also I love how you've made Tyler. He loves her so much, but even after findig all of this out it doesn't feel like it's driven by guilt. He just knows what's happening in her life and loves her so much that he has to be there.
