Oh my goodness. You're killing me, I neeeeed to see Gabe's side of this story. And Melanie really needs to open up and address what happened. Another great chapter.

I love how multi-dimensional these characters are, specifically Gabe and Melanie. Truly beautiful writing. This will be Gabe's defining moment- take a chance and go with your heart or keep the cool facade and go with your head. Very very excited to see where he decides to go, or not go. Praying he chases her down, because he loves her so much and although their love is immature in a lot of ways they've taught one another so much, about life and about themselves. Okay, enough rambling. Really great story, great chapter. :)

Gabe chase her damnit finish crying and go after Melanie, fuck Kathy tht bitch is now irrelevant, get Melanie back like now u have the cash so go to New York and get her and tell her tht u love her as many times as u can until she gets it, can't wait to read more update as soon as u can :)

Poor, poor Melanie. Thinking that she was just some kid Gabe got stuck with after the Kathy thing and the realizing that she has to learn how to take care of herself now...so sad. This line hit me the most, and I don't know why:

But I was an adult. I was eighteen years old, an orphan, and a grown–up. I had to learn how to take care of myself.

And Gabe! Jesus. He obviously feels like crap now, and probably has no idea what to do; stay and get over it, or go after her. Is she going to have to face her mom without him now? Jesus, this chapter hurt my heart. But I loved it. You are so talented, especially with writing raw emotions. So jealous. Thank you for updating <3

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I'm so upset! I mean, I knew this was going to happen at some point but still, I didn't want it to. Why, Gabe, why?! And really, was it necessary to more or less dump Melanie in a text message?! You're 30, dude, not 13! I kind of figured she'd go talk to Alex. They did get pretty close. But now I'm wondering what will happen between the 2 of them. THANK YOU FOR UPDATING!! <3

Awww tht sucks :( I was really rooting for them in their relationship the only good news is tht Tori said yes to Will's proposal and thts it nothing else and I wonder what's goin to happen between Melanie and Alex now or if there is goin to be something between them i mean Gabe practically broke up with her over text, fucking stupid like seriously be a grown ass man and tell her in her face not by phone, can't wait to read more update as soon as u can :)

Okay... So... I'm really falling in love with Gabe's and Melanie's flirting/kinda dating/complicated relationship right now. Before everything, they were always so nervous and hesitant about saying certain things around each other, and it was so frustrating how they would questions themselves about feeling things towards the other and just UGGH!!! But now, they're hugging and kissing and it's super cute! But it kinda makes me sad because I have a huge feeling that something is going to happen in New York that will mess up their relationship or something. I really really don't want that to happen... But I have a feeling. Melanie's surprise was fucking awesome. Just absolutely fucking amazing. I laughed so much at her song choice. I love that she chose a song that Gabe hates, just to mess with him a bit, but I also love that she picked a song that actually pertained to her feelings. I could totally imagine Gabe being totally confused by Mel's performance and then awkwardly standing on stage after William pushing him. I can't wait to see what Mel wrote on the paper! I hope that Gabe means that he wants some type of commitment by asking her if she thinks she can face all of the criticism from fans... Man... Lots of crazy and confusing feelings are being thrown around in these past few chapters... I need some clarity! Haha. Oh well... Their feelings and everything are always confusing in this story anyways, so I'm used to it. I can't wait for William to propose to Tori. It's gonna be SO CUTE!!!! :D Thank you soooooooooooooo much for updating! Don't worry about taking a long time between updates, I know how you feel when it comes to being busy and not having any time. Take as long as you need. :)

Just caught up with the last two chapters and oh my God!
She and Gabe have finally got it going on!

Love this story, I thought I had subscribed to it but apparently I forgot to do tht but luckily it popped up on the stories tab soo yay for finding it and subscribing to it, love this story it's soo awesome and I like the whole counting how many times Gabe cusses, anyhoo Gabe and Melanie has been through a lot of shit and I'm soo glad the last update ended with them becoming a couple which is soo fucking cute just love it and a smart way of sayin tht u like someone and thn the response u get is a kiss, anyhoo I'm excited for Williams's proposal to Tori, can't wait to read more update as soon as soon as u can :)

It's been so long! Or maybe not but it feels like it has. So worth the wait though. This chapter was adorable. Melanie killed it on stage, good for her! So proud of her. I wonder how she'll deal with the backlash of the fans now. Seriously can not wait to see where things go with Gabe now. I love them together. And I love this chapter! <3

UPDATE!

I think there's something else with Mel that we don't know yet. Something that stops her from being able to be intimate with Gabe... I'm glad Gabe is able to restrain himself with her, and respect her. They're so perfect. *Sigh* Her erratic behavior is so funny because Gabe just doesn't know what to do about it usually haha, it's good for Gabe I think. This is such a wonderful story. Very well structured.

I had a feeling that something was going to happen when Mel came into Gabe's room, but I didn't think it was going to go that far. I just thought that they would share a few little kisses here and there and talk and goof around. But... I guess not. Throughout their "intimate time" or whatever you want to call it, I was kind of rooting them on, but I was also hoping that nothing else would happen. I was worried that Mel was going to get too caught up and let Gabe have his way and then feel guilty later. I still feel so extremely bad for Mel, because that fear isn't going to go away for a long time, and she'll probably have episodes like that almost everytime anyone is intimate with her. I'm glad that Gabe cares about her so much to comfort her though. He's getting better at it, considering he usually doesn't know what to do when a girl starts crying. I love love LOVE that Gabe said that he's not that kind of guy anymore! It just made me smile, and it made me so super happy. Mel is going to have a blast at the show. I just know it. She's going to be screaming during All Time Low. Haha. Her mood swings make her who she is, and I think it's funny that Gabe still isn't all that used to them. I wonder what the surprise is... I hope it teases Gabe just a little bit... Mel needs to tease him a little more, I think. I like it when she's playful. I'm excited for the show now! Very cute little chapter this time! I have a feeling that she wasn't thinking about the guy in the parking lot when she had the panic attack, but I'm probably wrong. Either way, I feel terrible for her, to have something so horrible happen and for it to be so debilitating at any given time. Poor Mel. And poor Gabe, too, he must feel so helpless when she's like that but at least he tries to help her! They're so cute together, like...it's perfect. I can't wait to see what happens at the show <3

Gabe and William are perfection. I want to know the whole story with Kathy, I'm so interested to find out what really happened, all these clips of conversations are killing me! Melanie is such a sweet and amazing character, she is sunshine. It's also nice to see Gabe show self-restraint with her, even when he isn't sure what's going on between them. Beautiful chapter!
