But gawd, Viola, you really know how to pick ‘em, don’t you? First Gerard, then Arthur and Lee, then Ray, and now some Gray guy with anger management issues? Holy cow. And what about that he’s here for a reason line? Is he there just because of his anger issues, or did he actually commit a crime, or…uh oh. I don’t like the thought of Viola fucking a criminal with anger issues. Even if he is a nice guy deep down. And he seems awful protective of her, and not in a good way either. Not like he actually wants to protect her, more like he wants to have complete control over everything he does. He’s one of those psychos that make women the nervous wrecks you see on Dr. Phil! I know it and you can’t convince me otherwise! I’m American, I’m an expert on these things!!

And the thing with Viola suddenly being popular…hm. I don’t think I like it either, but I mean, being a fucked-up teen she was at 15, I suppose that by banding together with “the four L’s” or whatever they call themselves, I guess she could gain control over the girl’s ward. I mean, what teen doesn’t want a little control? Especially Viola, coming from an environment where she had pretty much no control over her life—I can understand how it would give her solace to be in a position of such power, even if it was only in a mental ward.
That’s my psychological theory of the day. *adjusts scientific-looking glasses*

Oh god, I don’t like the sound of what Gray’s going to do. I don’t like it I don’t like it at all, Jay. Is he gonna order a distraction so he can sneak Viola in the guarded ward or something? And if so, what kind of distraction?? I don’t like the sound of this!!!

And also, on the note of sex: is Viola infertile or something? Because I don’t think they offer condoms in a mental ward, and knowing how sex-oriented the average teen is, by the amount of sex she and Gray are bound to have had, she probably would’ve been pregnant by now. Then again, maybe when you’ve got that much power over the other patients you can find a way to sneak stuff in the hospital…kind of like how prisoners sneak knives and stuff into jail even though it’s against regulations.

Or maybe they’re blackmailing one of the staff. Cool. :weird

And oh god you said one of my theories was correct! Jesus! But there was the one where her parents were dead, and one where she wound up pregnant...either way, she's totally fucked!!! You're confounding me and I don't like it!!! *whine* I need more!!!

Why doesn't Gerard or Mikey come visit her?? Did they get into some kind of a fight? Do they even know she's there??
And then I thought of her parents, and as stupid and mean as they were, according to her, I still can't see them completely abandoning her and leaving her to waste away in there. Thus, this leads me to the conclusion that they've died or something. Could that be part of the reason that she's there??
Losing your parents would certainly be dramatic enough, add in her mental unstability and the copious amounts of drugs she's prone to taking and that could explain the "crazy" as well as the black outs, right? A defense mechanism of her mind??

Okay, you know what, that theory actually makes sense to me. Because if her parents died, that could definitely trigger enough shock for her to become a little fucked up in the head. And Alex, being her legal guardian in the event of her parent's death, he doesn't really know her, since he's been away so long and their relationship has kind of deteriorated. I don't get the feeling that he would know how to deal with the fucked-up Viola, and so I think it's a definite possibility that he would check her into a psychiatric ward. And the amnesia? I guess it could be a side effect of all the meds she's being fed--I mean, half the shit they feed mental patients does more harm than good (I've been to psychiatric wards, they're fucking terrifying. Not nice places to visit).

But it does seem that Viola is reacting well to all of this, which makes sense, since she's been through it so many times before. Maybe her body is just so used to her mind being wiped clean that it doesn't even bother giving her extra adrenaline or anything. Makes sense.

The "warm face" is Gray, isn't it? I'm sorry, but I don't like him and you can't make me. I never trust the nice boys. (Which, come to think of it, is probably not a good romantic philosophy...but oh fucking well. I can always turn lesbian if worse comes to worse.)
