The Sake of Hope

A fanfic I wrote based on the Nikelodeon TV show: Avatar: The Last Airbender. I don't know how many people on here watch it (considering, yes, it is for kids) but if you do, I'm pretty sure that it's the only one on Mibba yet :] So, basically, I'm just a big kid and a story about an Earth Kingdom girl popped into my head and I've decided to write it down for your enjoyment.

The girl, Sake, meets the Fire Nation prince, Zuko, as he and his uncle are disguised as refugees in the Earth Kingdom. If you're unfamiliar with the story and just want a small background- Zuko is a banished prince and is on the run from Fire Nation soldiers (and his sister) as they search for him and his uncle, as they are wanted men, and that's where my story picks up... in a nutshell.

So basically, the girl, Sake, is around Zuko's age- 16 or 17- and is a simple girl who works in her Aunt's rented out home. However, as the story unfolds, we find that she is not as simple as she seems....
