A Melody, a memory, or Just One Picture...

James feels his whole world crumbled down on him when the doctor informs him he has cancer.... But the worse thing, is that he needs to tell his family and friends, he knows they will be in distraught, especially, as in most cases, his type of cancer is fatal.
Will James be able to recover from his illness, or is this the end of his life? Will he survive to help his son and watch his daughter grow up? Or will this story end in tragedy?
