Cassie is just a normal girl until the day that her secret boyfriend, Devon dies. Her strict Greek parents arrange for her to marry Christian right after she graduates. Which is in three months. Christian is a nice enough guy even though she barely knows him, but he's no Devon. He never will be. She can never see herself loving anyone again. That is until the day Devon comes back and this time, he's here to stay.

I nod hestiantly and he appears at my side and grasps my hand. His mischievous emerald eyes still shine, even if the light has dulled now, they still shine. He kisses me, just a whisper of a kiss.
"On the count of three, alright? On three you jump with me. One, two, three."
And without thinking about my parents, or Christian, my best friend Sierra, or my little brother Evan ... without thinking about anything, I jump. The wind snaps my hair as I plummet into my new life.
