This isn't written very much like an article than your own thoughts.

How ever I do agree with you. I was a big fan and I have read the books countless times to wear the binding is falling off. However I did realize how horribly written the book was and how horrid the characters are.

Edward mistreats Bella, controls her and emotionally and mentally abuses her. What girl would want a guy like that?

This seems more like a journal; not an article; just cause it's so opinionated.

I totally agree with you though. =]

Well. You're in luck! It just so happens that Edward Cullen DOES NOT exist. :D Shocking right?

It's fiction. It's fiction because it's not true. :/ just another shitty romance novel.

~In before Twilight fangirls go insane.

(I also agree with you about pretty much everything in this article. 'Edward' also seemed to me like one of those creepy, violent, and obsessive boyfriends you always see in Lifetime movies. Not attractive at all. I love how anti-woman the Twilight series is and yet almost every single teenager girl everywhere is all "OMG TWILIGHT". I don't think I'll ever understand. CANNOT WAIT until everyone moves on and something else get popular.)

    This should be a journal.
I dislike Edward, even before twilight became popular, I never liked him.

    I AGREE!

    This really isn't an article.

In all honesty Edward is a character you're going to love or hate.

    I think he's severely flawed but I don't think that's a bad thing.

He's only written as 'perfect' because that's how Bella sees him. If you read what's available of Midnight Sun you see that Stephanie Meyer wasn't trying to create this perfect amazing prince charming type character.

The reason girls love him is because despite everything the one things that is clear is that he's madly in love with Bella. For a lot of girls that's what they want. That's why they love him as they read the books.

I don't think he's the perfect boyfriend, but I don't think the perfect boyfriend exists. He has moments where I just want to slap him and moments where I simply adore him.

But... yeah, I don't really think this is really an article.
