I wasn't aware that people *still* did this. Its stupid! Look at people, then look at chocolate. Erg.
And it isnt a Vegan/Vegeterian Vs Meat Eaters article, why would you all drag that up?
Stop bickering please.
If you're really tired all the time, after getting a full night of sleep, you're probably lacking in iron.
If you have white spots randomly on your nails, you may have a calcium deficiency.
Those are the only nutrient deficiency symptoms I can remember off the top of my head at the moment, but it's a start, haha.

Oh, I'll willingly admit that my comment wasn't nice, but I'm not going to say it's rude... I'd go on the side of sarcastic, yes. But I don't think I'd say it's really rude or demeaning.
One more thing, as much I do enjoy the arguments, that are going down in the comment section, I suggest just letting it go. These are people, just like everyone else, and they won't change over one article.
Take a breather before you punch a hole in the wall.
Awesome, thank you. I'm not exactly sure what it is I'm lacking. I'm planning on doing more research when I get the chance to after I've figured out what it is I'm lacking. Ha! Thank you a ton for the link.
How am I not being civil? It's not like I'm saying, "Vegetarians are the most idiotic group of people on the face of the earth." And I'm not victimising anyone. Therefore, I don't see how I'm being hostile or anything
In regards to this little argument going on below me...
I'll admit I'm a vegetarian, and that I'm not getting enough nutrition. acid, what do you suggest I eat in order to get the needed proteins as a vegetarian? Just figured you've got some information on this. :) Thanks.
Yawn. It's just an article. Animal testing is bad blah blah blah.
Look, I still like Skittles and I still support the Mars company because I like it's products maybe not it's policy but if you feel so passionate about this subject then write a letter to the company, or to congress.
And PETA is hypocritical. http://www.consumerfreedom.com/pressRelease_detail.cfm/release/258
I liked where this article was going. However, the argument would have been more convincing if you included evidence, sources, and both sides of this controversy (maybe a defense from the company if you could find one). In addition, it'd be cool if you could just pack us with information about the company, when they started, and what candy brands are under their name. That way, the people who agree with you (not saying I don't agree) could avoid these candies. See what I mean?
I do not see how my comment was rude. I am trying my best to keep my head, but you're obviously not even trying to slightest bit. You could either express your opinion in a civil manner or leave.
