Angels vs Demons

Well catharsis could be in relation to eradicating the angels or the demons. But typically catharsis in any form has more causalities than just one set group. Like during the Holocaust. Jews,were the main focus but gypsies, homosexuals, people with disabilities and mental illnesses,and a whole lot of soldiers died in Hitlers aim for the perfect race. Demons cut down who they want because they want but since this story is going to be an all out war brought to light, their going to need up their attacks on the angels. And vice versa. To cleanse the world of angels/demons. It's going to take a lot of little people in the middle (humans)

Ah, sorry guys. Uni again. My life will be less hectic once this week is over.

I don't know if we want to go with getting the whole human race blown up. Obviously there'll be casualties, but I was thinking they were kind of like the unnamed middleman that ends up injured. Again, that's something we'll need to discuss further as we go on.

I wouldn't see any angels wanting to completely destroy the human race (save Lucifer), so I don't know about that one. My character is going to be a sort of straight-to-it soldier type, so he will view the human race as sacred, almost.

I am okay with spoilers. Thanks to Tumblr, I know everything that happens in Superntural.

I'll just add that character bio to the bio post just now and I'll add the possible titles to the first page so that if anyone thinks of any others, we can do a sort of vote on it? It's the only way I can think of doing it just now.

I wrote up a basic bio for my character (details may change). He's called Othniel (which apparently means lion of God in Hebrew - how fitting is that?) and here's his bio:

A dedicated soldier, Othniel knows no other life than keeping Heaven safe from those that dwell below. Throughout the years, he has been a constant in the force battling the demons in the shadows. Although he is highly intelligent and very methodical, Othniel lacks the emotional aspect that makes some of his brothers and sisters compassionate warriors, but gives him the upper edge on many in battle.

I think there'll be quite a few human casualties because I think some Angels might think of a situation like "killing 100 humans to weaken the Demon drastically is a worthy sacrifice for them to continue living freely" so like they wouldn't be against killing them for the greater good, but ultimately don't seek them straight out to kill?

Annd, I'm thinking of my character maybe being a slight high-ranking Angel who originally was behind the scenes with the fighting, but I'm thinking one of a high-ranking soldier/commander (but not the one that starts the full blown war) gets killed and she is promoted to their position of strategy and now she's authoritative over the front-line soldiers in the war. I'm thinking that the previous Angel that she's replacing was also commander of the "suicide missions" (I have no idea what to call them) where a group of Angels are assembled where they know they're going to die but their mission is one to damage the otherside and as they're fighting for their Father and his will, they're willing to do so. But only if this works.

Yeah, definitely. I mean, I don't think they'll kill everyone off intentionally and I think in the long run, they'd attempt to work around killing the entire human race, but if they had to to save someone, then they would. I just don't particularly want to kill off the entire human race because I kind of like the human race.

That sounds pretty awesome, yeah! Your angel would be my angel's direct boss then, so that sounds like it would work really well!

Evelyn/Eve
A demon that was sacrifice offering during the time of Alexander the Great and Rome either down fall or beginning. She was a child when given away so her main feeding and tortures are on young mothers and pregnant women. Having the abity to shift into child or woman, her appearances change but her one form is always the same. Black and red, she's lucifers one of many favorites for her lack of care for anything or anyone innocent. She enjoys playing with people before deciding on an attack. She is close to what some might call insane with how devoted she is to her tasks at hand and fears nothing. She enjoys shape shifting and using dark magics to battle, but loves using guns. common form is a black dog or cat if she needs to blend in less human. She does not care for help, prefers to be alone. She had no care for the relic herself she gets wants it to be on Hell, she has no problem wearing off wings or ripping out hearts.

So my character basically lothes your character from pure envy and your character doesn't care lol. Ok. Should be fun having Pyros hating Eve. I look forward to scowling at you with utter disdain via story.

Ladies, I have created a story page which I will be adding you all to shortly! It's got a working title and description just now but when we've got some of the other things sorted out, we can update that!

Next order of business: Who starts the full-scale war? Who ends up with the weapon and why? I was thinking the angels win it initially (read: initially) because I don't think they'd use it straightaway but the demons might get this whole "Oh we have the weapon, let's vaporise the massive flying idiots" idea, but then again, that's just one opinion. Any other things to add?

I feel like a demon and angel should start it? That way to brings both sides against each other.

I'm not so sure on the whole, who should get the weapons and who should not and no idea on who should win.

Yeah, we're having the weapon start it and both sides are gunning for the weapon so we need to figure out who reaches it first. I haven't even thought about who wins. I don't want my character to die off but a world controlled by demons would be pretty awesome.

I was thinking that was a good idea, even if only because I think they'd be more level-headed about it. I have the feeling that the folks down below would just want to use it. Obviously, we need to see what everyone else thinks but I think that works.

Yeah we should see what everyone think, if Evelyn were to die. She would probably just shift into a dog or cat as an escape :)
