Staff Update: Loading and Log In Issues

Over the past couple of days, users have been experiencing delayed loading of Mibba. This tended to be when trying to access alerts or the forum. However, during the last 24 hours Mibba started displaying code instead of the desired page and would not load properly. If this wasn’t happening, then users were repeatedly being asked to log back into their account, even though it appeared they were still logged in, and although they had the correct username and password they were not granted access.

Despite this, Mibba is fine and there is no need to panic. In Dujo’s words, “Everything’s fine, don’t worry about it”.

The most popular opinion was that Mibba was going to crash, but it isn’t. Many users were panicking about losing their work, and if you are one of them, have a quick look at the Back It Up article to ensure that if anything bad did happen, you wouldn’t lose your work.

Another thought was that the user couldn’t access their account because they were banned. In the recent Banning Alerts article, it is explained that Admins are now sending out emails to banned users to alert them of their banning. Therefore, if you can’t access your account, check your email first.
