Fan Fiction of the Week: All That I'll Ever Need

All That I'll Ever Need is an enthralling fan fiction featuring footballer, Iker Casillas. In this edition of Fan Fiction of the Week, we take a closer look at this amazing story.

Give us a brief summary of All That I'll Ever Need.

All That I'll Ever Need is a story about a girl named Isla who thanks, to a horrid disease, is given only six months to live. She then meets Iker, the goalkeeper of Real Madrid, and falls for him. The story details their relationship and how they come to cope with the notion that it may not last forever.

What inspired you to write All That I'll Ever Need?

The story was inspired by the Ed Sheeran song "Tenerife Sea".

How long have you been working on this story?

I've been working on it for about two weeks, but progress has slowed a bit recently.

What is your favorite thing about writing All That I'll Ever Need?

I think it is a little different from the other stories I have posted here which tend to have a more positive tone or plot. All That I'll Ever Need is a little sadder and I kind of like that about it.

What is the most challenging thing about writing it?

I think trying to capture the mood, the idea of someone dying is not something I have had to deal with personally so it is a little difficult for me to capture the right mood.

Have you ever experienced writer's block with this story? If so, how did you overcome it?

Not particularly, but my attention tends to wander so updates will either be really frequent or really slow.

Do you write with an outline, or just wing it?

The summary posted with the story acted as an outline, but from there I winged it.

Do you have any pre/post writing rituals?

Not really, I just write when the mood hits.

Is there anything you would like to say to your readers?

Just a massive thank you for reading it and subscribing, too. And to Jayme112234 for commenting throughout. It makes my day to get feedback.

Special thanks to nearly witches. and Fandango for editing.
