I remember saying something about the parallelism with the rain in the first chapter... now with the information about Faerie's mother, I see that maybe it held a slightly deeper meaning. Her mom's feelings were so intense on those days that she affected the weather... is that right?

I don't really have anything to say about the story right now, though.
I'm just sitting here wait patiently waiting for an update.
This is by far one of my favorite stories that I've ever read on here or Quizilla.
But don't worry Shadows is still on My Top Favorite Stories of All Time List. (Ooh. I just make that a Journal! Lol)
And I'm sure you next ones will follow.

I've just found this.
To start with the title stood out on the stories page.
Then I saw the layout and it drew my curiousity.
First paragraph... Just wow. I've never read a better first paragraph.
And just the prologue was enough to hook me to this story.
It's so original. I've never read anything like this at all.
It keeps reminding me of old classics that I've read but then it's much darker and more shocking than any of them. Just when I thought I knew where the story was heading you threw in the twist with Prince and I was completely clueless again.

But seriously, this story isamazing. I can't think of any words to describe it. None do justice to it's perfection.

So basically, I love it.

i also love how alphonse si learning s many new things. like how he went outside and climbed the rock. he's no longer living a sedentary lifestyle, and i am curious to see where that takes him :)

I absolute loved the update!
The suspense was killing me! Let alone, I couldn't read it when I found out that you updated, and I ended getting up a little earlier than I needed to this morning, so I started reading it, but then I had to leave before I could finish. So I stopped right at the moment of Charles revealing his secret. And then it took me forever to get back home to read it. Sometimes I wish my laptop were smaller 'cause then I would be able to carry it around with me. :mrgreen:

Beautiful story! I want to know what happens. I love historical fiction (and stuff other than Jonas brothers and Twilight fanfic). This was a nice change. Please update soon.
