Awww! That was just so beautiful! I agree with Cat about how everything just wrapped up so well, and it was the sweetest thing when he said he was going to make Lyndsey his queen. I'm sad that this story is over, but you already knew that.

Awww what a great ending! I love how the chapter names were sort of full circle since the prologue was called "Once Upon A Time" and the epilogue was called "Happily Ever After". It really wrapped it up rather nicely. And of course it was definitely fitting for Brian to have been crowned king in the final chapter. As soon as his mother asked him what he was going to do next I totally said out loud "Marry Lyndsey!" lmao, and so I was definitely aww-ing when he said he was going to make her his queen.

I'm so sad this is over! You started this story forever ago and I've become so invested into it that I feel so sad that there aren't going to be more chapters.

EPIC BATTLE SHOWDOWN!

I wasn't sure how you were going to kill Bartholomew off (because of how it happened in the movie) but it definitely made sense to do it the way you did. Just fyi, I was listening to this music when I was reading the chapter: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqiiP6NJkh4 because it just seemed to fit perfectly. ;-)

It was great how Lyndsey just grabbed Brian and kissed him after he'd kind of gone into shock. Makes me so excited for the last chapter to see them together as a couple!

I'm seriously going to miss this story. It's just so addictive, which is like pretty much anything you write. I loved how swiftly everything flowed in this chapter and how the tension continued to build until Bartholemew died. It was great Mandy..

This chapter gave the shivers, in a good way though. You wrote Bartholemew perfectly as a budding psychopath. Just...ugh, he needs to go.

Ooooh, boy. We're getting closer and closer to the fight!

And I also agree with Vicki up there; the way you've put your on spin on the movie - really just taken it and made it into your own - is pretty darn cool.

Wow... I just love this. I love the spin on it and just how every chapter leaves me wanting more.

I can just imagine the look on Bartholomew's face when he saw Brian come running into the room to defend his mother. I also really liked Lyndsey's line about Zack and Matt "dressing as ladies" to distract the renegades, haha. I just thought that was a nice reference to make since you couldn't get them to dress in drag and do the hula like in the movie. XD

Bitch, you are TEASING ME with the ending of the chapter! I want the fight to happen nowwww!

It was mega sweet how Brian saw the place where he and Lyndsey almost kissed and then decided to seize the moment and kiss her like he had previously planned to do.

"To the armory." Epic ending to the chapter. It felt like it was one of those lines you hear in a big action blockbuster movie before the bad guys get their asses kicked, haha.

BOOYAH! Now they're gonna get their fight onnnnnnn!

Chapter 23: I have to admit that it saddens me a little bit that Brian and Lyndsey had to share such a sweet moment under such horrible circumstances. I hope those four kick some serious ass though....GO GET 'EM GUYS!!!

I loved how Rafiki was actually played by the friar in this story. And that you made King Brian show up in Brian's dream because I was seriously wondering how you were going to incorporate that into the story. :) I thought it was a pretty cool idea.

Chapter 23: I don't remember Michelle being in this story! lol XD

I think the third update is a different story, a story I like, and remembered instantly. Love both of them!

Chapter 22: I can't believe Brian decided to go back without even telling Matt and Zach goodbye. But I'm also glad that Brian is going back to claim what is rightfully his!! GO BRIAN!!!

This chapter made me so sad, but like others have said, Brian needs a swift kick in the rear. He's not a child anymore and needs to realize that resposibility comes with that, like saving the world you knew or still know. Brian and Lyndsey fighting was equally as sad, so thus it needs to end... soon. I totally agree with Cat and Sarah by the way about the hula skirts, haha.
