ooh this story just keeps getting better and better! :)
I do have a feeling we will be seeing much more of Riley.
I can't wait for the next chapter!!
    update soon!!

keep up the fantastic work!! :) I really enjoy reading this story. It's one of my favorites!!
:) I'm glad you love it so much. But now I'm curious as to what your other favourite stories are, mostly because I kinda want to see if I want to read them... lol.

Since this story's almost done, there's not much more of Riley you can see, but he's in the next novel. So, we'll see :)

  • I love how Luther gave her that room key and the fact that Riley would be a creeper in the night because he doesn't have any "personal boundaries." XD

*cringes* Ew. I hate needles. And I'm allergic to Penicillin too. You know, I'm having trouble picturing modern day medication and medical aid inside "The Council's Castle." lol

“I can't believe you made a deal with the Council! What if they want to perform electro-shock therapy on you?!” Maria hissed at her.
-That just made me laugh. Hahaha. It shouldn't have (at least I don't think), but it did.

Logan should feel EXTREME guilt... but I see no signs of that. Hmmph. >_>

ooooooohhhh, "Riley's grin grew in front of her. “You are such a stunning woman,” when she didn't reply, he went on." and >> “It's a key for the door. You can lock it from the inside as well as the outside with it. Im giving it to you as a precaution with Riley. He can sometimes be...too intrigued, and does not follow personal boundaries. He has a key as well, obviously, but locking the door will give you several seconds to compose yourself, or cover yourself, before he barges in. If you need any assistance...” (oddly, its one of my favorite parts and I hope you have something planned to enforce this part)

I'm curious to see how far Riley's interest will go, I really like his demeanor and character in general. Especially how formal he is, but I think I've mentioned that already haha! Also, I love how you're adding so much original fiction to this, I was so enthralled with the part with Caroline and Ava in the nurses office; it was a very interesting tid bit.

I can't wait to see what will happen when Ava confronts Logan, I hope she kicks his butt!

Also, I'm glad to hear your school work is decreasing, good luck to you :)
Well, Ava is leaving at the end of the chapter remember? So Riley barging into her chambers is unlikely.

Riley is an interesting character, however, I didn't show much of him in this story. I expect that you'll be seeing a lot more of him in the sequel. So I'm sure you'll enjoy that... He's actually one of my favourite characters :)

I'm not sure I understand what you mean about the original fiction... of course I am, it's an original fiction story. lol.

I'm glad my school work is decreasing too :)

What the hell Greyson is really dead. I thought maybe he wasn’t dead just severely injured. Greyson is like dead and not coming back. It makes me sad. Now what is Ava going to do without Greyson? I definitely did not see this happening. I was surprise to say the least with the twist in the story.
Yeah. He's really dead. You have no idea how many times I've told people this. lol. I'm like "he's actually gone, never coming back kind of dead... cause, you know, that's what dead is."
OBVIOUSLY Ava's going to hunt down Greyson's murderer and kill him. That's what she's going to do without Grey. :)

So I just started reading your story today! LOVE IT!! I do have a few questions though.

    1) Why did Ava get turned? Like I don't understand why she turned to a werewolf and why her parents didn't.

    2) Why did Grey have to die? I really liked him....:( But I"m sure you have something else up your sleeve. :)

Overall, I really love the story! Absolutely great! :) Keep up the awesome work!

PS: I have subscribed too. :)
    Glad you love it :D

One. I guess I didn't really describe the whole changing process quite so well. But basically, when she was turned, Grey realized what he was doing before he was too late. So he let up in attacking her. And when someone's in the process of changing, it's almost like the person is dead because their heart stops beating while their body works at regenerating itself and then suddenly when their heart starts beating again, they get that pain. But with Ava, she didn't gain control of her actions over her wolf like Grey did, so she simply finished killing her parents when Grey didn't. And that's how she became a wolf and her parents simply died.

Two. Originally there wasn't going to be a sequel. And I planned the whole story out before I wrote it, so in my story plan, Grey dying was important for the ending of the story... although I changed the ending a bit. But with the change in the ending, Grey dying was still an important part of how Ava got to be at the ending. It was basically for character development that Grey died. i didn't expect to fall in love with him while writing the story though, so I get why everyone's upset.

I'm glad you like it :)

I just finnished reading fourteen and this is intense. I think that Logan should find his mate suddenly then Ava should kill her >=) It would only be fair. Its just an idea though. Update please!
    Hmm, I see.
    Glad that it's...intense? lol.
    MarriahShadows:
Haha. I can't stop reading now!!! I have to know what's going to happen.
Besides, if I did stop reading at this point, the sequel probably won't make as much sense to me. ;)
But I think it's kinda flattering in a way that people loved Grey so much that they would stop reading because of his death. Not even Stephenie Meyer managed to lose readers when Edward leaves Bella in New Moon.

I totally missed this the first time around, I had no idea that I gave you an idea because I was caught up on the idea rogue wolves.
I don't suppose you'd tell me what that idea was if I'd ask, would you?
I'm sure there were some people who were like "WHAT?!? Edward's leaving? I'm out." lol.

Ha ha, I would like to point out that we're having a GWM conversation in the comments...

Ha ha! I enjoy how you said that even if you did stop reading THIS story, you'd be reading the sequel anyways. lol.

I couldn't tell you the idea that you gave me now. I'll let you know what the idea was after the chapter is posted... but I plan for it to either be in the sequel or in the sequel to the sequel (if there is one; I feel like it's a trilogy. Don't you?)... so you might be waiting awhile to find out what idea you gave me.

Denial? I was never in denial! ;)
Yeah, I kinda was, I really liked Grey and didn't want to believe that he had been murdered and by Logan of all people! This is me over-obsessing about your very fictional story. Again. Haha.

I think that Ava's grief is so strong that it has the potential to break her if she were to face it head on when she's not ready to. At least, I think, that by her making her plans to find Logan, she can stave off on having to face her feelings on losing Grey so soon and it will be a more gradual thing. That's the way I see it at least. It's kinda hard as a reader to believe that Ava doesn't care about Grey enough to mourn him when she's going after his murderer, you know?

I definitely feel all special, haha. Although since I have a vague, and I mean vague, idea about the sequel now, rogue werewolves are scaring me a bit. Is Ava gonna team up with some rogue wolves or something? I don't think The Council would be too fond of that haha.
Every time I write your name to quote it, I feel like only putting one R in Marriah, and 2 D's in Shadow...EVEN THOUGH there's only one to begin with. lol.

At least you weren't so obsessed with him that you suddenly decided to stop reading.... I would most definitely miss your comments. And your obsession. lol.

The idea that I had going was that Ava was holding off on grieving... like, her whole revenge plot and anger was stopping her from breaking down and crying.

No. I don't think the Council would be too fond of Ava teaming up with rogues either if she did. But I'm not saying any more because I'm scared I'll give more away. lol.

I meant to comment on this much sooner but forgot.

I am sad to see that Grey is truly dead. There, I can admit it now, even though it still really sucks. I'm not gonna lie, I did almost cry when Ava discovered his body. Almost. It was just too sad, I mean she'd come to terms with Grey attacking her, realized her love for him was stronger for her hate for the wolf that attacked her and then tragedy strikes her life once more.
Ava really is such a strong person. I don't think I could handle half the shit destiny has tossed her way. It really does seem like too much for any one person to handle.
First she's attacked and turned into a wolf. Then she kills her parents because she's having trouble controlling her wolf. And then she finds a pack, and as luck would have it, the man she's destined to be with. And then the mother of all cherries to top it all off! Grey admits he's the one who attacked her all those years ago. She gets over that bombshell only to find him dead at the fangs of Logan. Seriously, how much more can she go through before she snaps and turns rogue or something???
But it seems like Ava isn't wasting anytime in getting her revenge and I'm all for her catching up with Logan. And ending him.
I'm worried about her deal with The Council though. It seems like they're willing to play ball now, but what happens when Ava wants to leave? Will they let her? Or will Riley mark her and keep her?
As severely bummed as I am at Grey's death, I am still looking forward to the end of this story and the sequel.
Again, I apologize for my lateness in commenting. I couldn't comment straight away after I read this because I was sad over having to accept Grey's death and then I just forgot to comment. Until today.
I've been trying to tell you that he's legit dead and not coming back, just no one will accept it! lol. Seriously, they're like "You'll bring him back" and I'm like "I legit told you straight up that I'm not bringing him back. I didn't leave anything out, I didn't bullshit my way around the question. I told you he's dead dammit!" lol. But I get it, it's a traumatic experience. The first stage of grief is denial.

I agree, Ava IS a strong person. It's hard to fathom cause it's like it's second nature to her, you know? In her brain, she's like "It happened, what can I do to make it better?" In mine i'm like "Dammit!!! mourn.....wait, wait...fix it. FIX IT! Damn, I'm good" lol. I feel like I didn't make her mourn long enough :\ Or seemingly, at all...

Ha ha, rogue... you'll see int he sequel (ouuu, just revealed a tiny bit of the sequel to you :) Feel special.)

You just gave me an idea for the sequel. Merci beaucoup (thank you very much in french). I should just stop typing things in french if I'm just going to explain them afterwards.

No worries. I love your comments, as long as you remember, I wont hold a grudge :D I joke. You don't have to comment....but I love when you do! :D
