Most people delete all the chapters in a story and put a note up saying that they're rewriting and post as they go. It's better than deleting the story completely because you keep all your subscribers. I don't think there's any rule against duplicate posting, as long as you go back and delete the unedited version at the end.June 18th, 2011 at 07:54am

Ugh. Who agrees with that? Like, I can imagine someone saying that in a fit of idiotic frustration or whatever, but I can't imagine anyone giggling in agreement. And yet those people exist.
