I ADORE the Avengers, so this is a good story for me to get, haha! I love how you start off with really short, punchy sentences. It really adds to the atmosphere of the piece. Skylar is an absolutely fabulous OC, and you've developed her really well throughout the piece. Your description is pretty wicked throughout, which is nice to see. I read too many stories where the writer gets lazy and lets things drop towards the end, but this doesn't seem to be the case. Also, I must comment you for writing in the tense you've written in. It's incredibly difficult to keep it up, but you seem to have done a great job of that too.

Your plot was really well thought out, and I enjoyed this as a piece of writing, all technical things aside. Well done! :)

Wow! This is really good! I love all the detail you put into the story and I just love your OC. She's so quirky and awesome. I'm going to start reading the sequel now because this story really got me hooked. Your transitions were really well done and I felt like I was a part of the story with all the details and what not. I never really knew the Avengers, I had just heard about it and after what I heard it sounded boring. But when I read this story, I got a new thought about the Avengers and now I would give anything to watch the movie. So thank you for giving me a new thought about the movie than my class mates did! :)
Anyways I love that you writes so long chapters and your language and all that stuff. And I love you for that you're making a sequel!
I simply love the story. And you will become a good writer if you wants to be that! As I think you should but I don't chose over you :P

As I never really knew about the Avengers, nor read any fanfiction on them, so I have to admit I was a bit confused at first, but that's just because I came into this completely knew. However, your main character, Skylar, is very well developed and interesting, and I loved how easy your writing was to read - it flowed very easily and naturally, which I really enjoyed!
I'm going to go and finish off reading this story now, so thank you - even though I know nothing about the Avengers, I am really enjoying it :)

Hello, comment swap brought me here c: I really like this, I loved the Avengers but you can't find many good fanfictions on all of them, you know? It's always focusing on one character in The Avengers. Anyway, I liked how Skylar was basically added to the movie, and the dialogue you added from the Avengers like: "He's adopted" made me laugh so hard. You writing style is good, I recommend you use some more sentence starters rather than just "I", and there are some spelling mistakes here and there. Maybe you should get a beta or something, just to patch up the little mistakes. I like the character of Skylar, she seems spunky and smart and I love those aspects in a person. My favourite bit would have to be this:

Thor stomps toward me. He grabs some of my hair. "Are you an enchantress?" He asks in awe. "I've never seen locks of this hue!"

Ugh, oh my god I laughed so hard. Thor being Thor, as usual.

Anyway, good work, I'm recommending this!

Okay, so basically, just like dawn of light, I'm here because of Comment Swap. I love the Avengers, but have never, ever read a fanfic about them. I loved it though. I'm only at the beginning, but I love it tooo much. I love your character. She has a back bone, but at the same time, knows when to be weak. She's awesome. I reallly like it.

There are a few typos, and grammatical errors that I noticed. But, they don't take away from the story. Oh, and I loved the part where she met all of the Avengers, especially Thor. That part just...cracked me up!! I love this story toooooons!!

Hiya, comment swap brought me here. To be honest, I've never read a story about the Avengers. But I have to say, I am quite surprised I liked most of it. Your prologue was very well done. I could really imagine what was happening around him and the atmosphere.

Now as I read through, and like what everyone is saying, I like your writing style. I could say the plot is very original. It isn't something I'd would read on a daily bases, but I would recommend it if someone was looking for action to read.

Also, I tried to find some errors, but I just couldn't. This story is flawless in the grammar section. Well done.

I know I've already commented, but I'm trying to get the comment swap over again xD Anyhow, I like the newest updates since I last read. As Ned Flanders said, your writing style is brilliant, and you have very good punctuation skills. Although I haven’t seen the movie, I do know the stories of the other Avengers, such as the Hulk, Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man. I think it’s creative that for once it’s not Thor or Iron Man getting the girl, it’s the Cap. Kinda creepy how you wrote the scene where Skylar kills her captor… But none-the-less, you’re an amazing writer! Can't wait to read more :)

That awkward moment when I truthfully dislike The Avengers and comment swap brings me here. Nevertheless, I got my mind of off how annoying I find both Scarlett Johansson and her friend Thor and read a random chapter. Your writing style is brilliant and I didn't see any errors, that's fantastic! I didn't really catch on the plot, but the way you write is really good, and that's not something we see everyday on this website. Kudos on that! Oh and don't feel offended that I don't like this subject, you should always write what you want, not everyone loves the Avengers :p

I liked the intensity of this chapter, it was well worth the wait. (: the placement of their first kiss was a little strange, but it meant a lot and I think it was perfect; despite who she truly is, he still accepts her. I loved it, update soon!! (:
