I'm so glad you love it! I love dystopian novels too, and I'm trying to read even more to help with a revised draft of this later on. Addicted I've been glued to my kindle screen for over an hour and can't help but be amazed. I was recently addicted to dystopian novels, thanks to the forest of hands and teeth series, and have been utterly dying for my book fix, and I'm pretty sure I found it!!! (P.S. My Dog happens to be named Waldo- after Emerson as well)'. Loving my way through chapter 19 - Abi :)

Dear authors, the comment swap thingy brought me here and I have to say I'm amazed. You have quite a number of chapters so I read a few although I'll come back later on to read more. Even though stories that have to do with the future aren't my thing, this left me quite enjoyed and almost speechless if I may add. You have a nice plot going on and well developed characters. And even though the story's title wasn't to my liking, the summary captivated me. Plus I subscribed. Xd Anyway, well done. That's all from me so bye.~Marian.

After I finish this draft, I absolutely intend to put together a copy to send to publishers! It's eventually going to be co-written with another person to alternate between Tali and Avery when it comes to perspective. Unfortunately, that means that once I start sending it out, I probably have to take this down. Sigh. But I'm so glad people are interested, you don't know how happy it makes me that people follow my story.

I get so excited every time there is an update... haha. I'm loving this story still and you're one of the few authors who keeps the "ball rolling" if you get my drift. I really hope you think about sending this to a publisher one day (but after I get to finish it for free, I'm rather broke).

oh my gosh, thank you so much haha. i try to keep a balance between the action and the "fluff" bits (though they still have relevance i suppose... at least in my mind). things are really about to get intense, since we're about to reach the final climax of the story, so hopefully it just gets even more exciting!

There are a hundred chapters! Congratulations on how much quality your story still is! Usually around half the chapters and one third of your immense wordcount stories become boring and predictable. Up till now your story has been neither (:

Thank you for the comment! Three chapters may be a bit much, and I'll think about that for my second draft definitely. Harley and her gang are a bit displaced. The person I'm eventually coauthoring with and I decided to write Harley out of our second draft because we found her character to be replaceable, and I haven't exactly tied up that end.

It didn't take me long to read this story. You had a perfect storyline - beginning with essential parts of her childhood, then the rebellion.
I do want to say that, the parts where she was with Dean and her depression were incredibly hard to get through, because it seemed to stretch for too many chapters (at least three I think?). I'd also like to know what happened to Harley and her gang - I may have missed this part in my desperation to see where it was going so yeah hahha.
Otherwise, this story shows that you are well on your way to being a published author.

Dean has a teeeeny tiny bit of a temper. That'll come into play in the next couple of updates too, so you get to see more of that lovely side. I'm glad you're enjoying all the updates!

Simply perfect. It really is. Dean reacted how I would if I was in his situation- although he could try being understanding. I love this. :D
