    This encounter certainly wont be pleasant - although I get the feeling that Sid deserves everything he is going to get.

    I am wondering who is footing the bill for Peyton's hockey, thought. Entry fees and equipment....big bucks!! And it doesn't sound like Aurora is rolling in money.

    Maybe someone else is soothing their guilt and paying for Peyton!

    This story is so good , I usually hate pregnancy because they usually try to make it seem like the children are mindless idiots and they hold no resentment toward the parent.

    So Peyton plays hockey - that may explain how she knew who Sidney was. She certainly would have the right genes to play! But travelling back and forth to practices with all her gear on a bus - not being able to afford a car - must be quite difficult and shows her tenacity.

    And it was interesting that you chose to show the differing experiences of Sid and Flower with their "new" daughters. The fact that Sid did not reveal to his "hockey brother" shows how much he knows he messed up.

    It was funny, though, how Sid was already getting protective with Peyton talking with the boys.

    Sidney has a lot to make up for - and saying he wanted to see Peyton...hmmm, that definitely wasn't the only reason he was there. But if I was Aurora I would be wondering "why now" and "is he going to try and take Peyton away".

    I love that Peyton has got spunk - and I am sure she has inherited a lot of that from her mom. It would have taken a lot for a 16 year old to survive - pregnant and without a mother's support.

    Interested to see how this all plays out

    And like a lot of the other commenters, I loved the Les Miz reference - although that didn't end to well for Fantine. Hope things end up better for Aurora!
