Ok so in the beginning I was so worried that the stress would cause something negative to happen to her baby, but it seemed like everything was fine, so I was fine. (For about three seconds)

I also don't understand whyyyyyyyyyyyy they didn't treat Tallulah right? (I'm not going to say it's latent racism but it's probably latent racism. There was a story in the news about something similar and the woman got a ton of jail time and there is nothing in the world that you can say to convince me that because she was black had nothing to do with it.)

She's so pregnant that she could pop at any moment someone should have a word with their mothers because I for one am very disappointed in them.

Things I'm glad about:
1) Tallulah's relief

Things I'm upset about:
1) THE JUDGE PUTTING HER ON HOUSE ARREST? WHERE IS SHE GOING TO GO? SHE IS HEAVILY PREGNANT.
2) "Control your client" UM.
3) I AM ACTUALLY TERRIFIED THAT WHEN SHE HAS THE BABY ADDIE IS GOING TO FIGHT FOR CUSTODY AND THEY'RE GOING TO USE THIS AGAINST HER AND IT MIGHT WORK.

I'm feeling so much anxiety for this baby and Tallulah and I am now team #Tallulah'sHappiness #Tallulah'sBaby and #Euphemia'sDeadlyRevenge (maybe Kill Bill style)

Are you saying that it's not been intense yet?? Because I've about had a stroke a few times. However, I almost wet myself when I saw that this had been updated. I've missed Tallulah! I don't appreciate how she's been treated so assy though, she's 38 weeks pregnant holy shit she's not a huge threat. I love how you added in the women's shelter thing, it was a really nice touch! I love this story so much!

This was a really great chapter! I especially like how she was on trial and the lawyer is super nice to her, which is really good.
And I can't believe that Attie is alive I thought when she shot him he'd be dead but I guess she missed his heart. I really wonder how this is all going to play out in trial, please update soon!!!

I looooove the backstory and the elaborate details of her family and I love how you spent chapters and chapters building up her childhood and how it shaped her and I just love big families in stories okay??? Something about it warms my heart idek people don't write about them nearly enough!! And the dialogue is perfect and I love the time period you set it in (I wasn't expecting that when I first clicked on this story but somehow it just FITS) and you just convey the intricacies and conflicting emotions of an unhealthy relationship so well without making it seem black and white u no????

I feel for Lulu, man. I feel for her so hard. (This chapter came at the perfect time because I was desperately looking for a reason to stop studying for my SATs and boom Tallulah chapter thank you for this). But I'm glad that she decided to leave on her own and put the baby first even if she still "loved" Addie and he's such a dick WHO HITS A PREGNANT WOMAN!!!!!!!!! oh my god and GRACE AND ADONIS. ("You don't deserve someone like Adonis" UM!!!!!!)

I want to believe that Tallulah will be fine and her baby will be fine and she won't go to jail and to be honest, I didn't actually want Addie to die. I wanted him to be seriously maimed or injured. (I want Euphemia to kill him). But it's still the '70s. People are still super racists. The justice system isn't all that it's cracked up to be. I'm just hoping for the best.

My fav ships are Tallulah/Happiness with Tallulah/Percy in the far off distance.

Oh my gosh this story is AMAZING!!! I love how it is written like a true story and that she is always having flashbacks or flash forwards. I love how the couple was so sweet and innocent in he beginning, but now Addie is a jerk. How could he cheat on Lulu again and again and again!!??? She should take Katie's advice and leave him, she is too good for him. I hope her pregnancy works out though, since she miscarried during the first one. :(
Anyway, please PLEASE update soon because I am dying for an update!!!

I literally read this entire story in a day and oh my god. It's sosososos/so/ good.

I love Tallulah so much and I'm so sad for her I just want her to tell her mom or let Katie help her (OR SHOOT HIM THAT IS A VALID OPTION I AM SUPPORTIVE OF)

(side note, it just hit me that Tallulah and all of her sisters have experienced an abusive relationship. Minus Simone, but from what Tallulah's said, I think Simone's issue is more with commitment ((doesn't want to end up like her mom and dad so she gives up early?)) Winona, Katie, and Tallulah are/were in abusive relationships and it just goes to show how much growing up watching something like that happen can affect the rest of your life.)

I thought about Addie and Marina for like ten minutes because I was so upset that it happened and I theorized that Addie had quite an obsession with making it big and became obsessed with Marina the same way he was with Tallulah in the beginning.
