I didn't know they still made Razzles! My friend and I used to get them all the time at a local ice cream stand when we were little , but I haven't seen them in ages! Random comment, I know, but if I don't say something while I'm thinking about it, who knows when I'll think of it again...

I agree with you, @FootieJo. I was ok until he called Quinn's phone...but I'm looking forward to Halloween! Oscar the Grouch! Ha!

Not sure what to think of Quinn's parents but I have a bad feeling about them already!

Also, I laughed at James screaming back at the baby! Funny -- but the dogs didn't seem to think so! Glad he reached out to Paul -- someone outside of his bubble. It's ok to ask for or need help, James! Everyone does sometimes.

He'll get the hang of being with a baby all time soon enough. I was doing ok until the end.

Baby WebAHHHH! See what I did there? That's me being excited for another baby webs.

PS. The reason above is why I shouldn't be allowed to comment when I'm very very tired. That and all the spelling mistakes I made while typing this that you no longer can see.

Oh no, more phone comments so reader beware. Poor James not wanting to be in his house or car -- but I'm glad hes looking past his current grief to the future when those memories will be so important to both of them. And yay for baby Weber too! Smile

I totally forgot the other thing I was going to say, so -- he part about the Pens and former Pens made me sad! This is the 3rd season since Jim Rutherford ruined my hockey fun and it still annoys me! But that's not that I mean -- Or even the wish to trade places with Sid (I'd wonder too) -- but how it seems like another life. That was just a poignant line to me...

I love Peyton and James time but it broke my heart when she said ma ma.

    1. Craig is weird.
    2. The dogs have had worse than popcorn under my supervision
    3. Quinn's parents...bad

Poor James, too -- while he IS right that he has to get through it all for Peyton, it's not like he, or his feelings, aren't important. I hope he doesn't burn himself out or anything by repressing his grief...she's so cute, though. SO cute.

Well, I thought I'd go back and re-read this and have more comments. But my only comments seem to be more crying...I know how James felt with the biting his hand to distract himself with the pain. I have done that -- but I make a fist and dig my fingernails into my palms. I totally knew where he was coming from on that one.

I could only read half of this chapter. I'll read the rest when I recover from my cry fest.

You weren't kidding about this being a tear jerker - I don't cry for anything really and there are tears just streaming down my face after every chapter.

Oh man, I am SO glad the boss left early today. I had a terrible day with work os my husband won't question the red eyes and smeared makeup when I get home...how do you do it? I mean, this is so beautiful...I can't absorb it all (hence my re-re--re-readings) and I can't imagine coming up with it in the first place.

I want to say one thing first. Thank you. Thank you for mentioning God in this. I am a devout Catholic, and it means a lot to me that you brought him into this. I don't want to be preachy or anything, but thank you. I actually hoped that Quinn would have some kind of faith for the hereafter. That said, I totally understand where James' feelings are coming from. And I think God understands when people in crummy situations question things.

I agree about the irreplaceable line, too. I'm sure I'll have more comments later...sorry for the disjointedness. Matches my emotions!! ha ha

I thought I was going to be OK reading this because I have no heart, but nope. Joke is on me.

I like that Quinn isn't a morbid Morticia and still has her sense of humor. Her telling James that there's no replacing her was gold because that was a bery Quinn-line response. And I think she should Swayze shit just to mess with James.

PS. Note to self: never let James cook a turkey. Not that I ever would, but still.
